I booked a ticket with kiwi and cancelled it before the 1 month of the flight and travel insurance so in case if cancel the booking I will get the refund but these people are not giving me the refund back to my bank account. They big time scammers.Never ever book a ticket with them #kiwiscam

Impossible to speak with, had a carrier cancelation and KIWI will not refund or even allow me to speak with a human. NO WAY to rectify situation. Will never use again. Lost over $600.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I contacted them several days before my flight, but they ignored me until less than two days before my flight. When they finally did get back to me, they said it was now less than 48 hours so they wouldn’t help. When I pointed out that it was their fault it was less than 48 hours, they just repeated “it’s too late now, it’s too late now” over and over. I’ve been looking into them since, and there are countless reviews saying the same thing. Stay away. Just book through the airline. They provide nothing and if you’ve booked through them and need any help, you’re screwed.

Comprei uma viagem por um preço, não a conseguiram marcar, deram-me uma alternativa que me custou +39€. Depois disto confirmaram o meu voo, entretanto (uma semana depois) decidi entrar no website outra vez. O itinerário da viagem mudou pelo que teria de pagar NO MÍNIMO mais 160€. O suporte não me oferece opções, é impossível sentir-me seguro com este website. Pouco sério.

I booked through Kiwi.com however after checking the reviews was very sceptical. I tried to get in touch via message through their app however they did not reply. I also left multiple comments and messages on social media and they failed to respond. I instead tried calling however due to my flight not being within 14 days this was impossible. Once it was within 14 days I managed to call them to ask for the carrier details to which they sent almost immediately. I checked and verified my Ryanair flight and one issue that occurred was that the forename and middle name were put into the forename only box according to Ryanair, which is incorrect. I had to have this manually changed by Ryanair themselves. What really let them down was just the lack of customer service. A holiday is meant to be a pleasant experience that people tend to go out of their way to earn for. The least that can be done is to provide valued reassurance.

DO NOT TRUST KIWI.COM. SCAM! I have requested ASSISTED (paid) refund in May, two months down the road - NO RESPONSE, NO UPDATES ON REQUEST!! Just literally took 600 euros + 35 for assisted refund and decided to SCAM ME!!! I will make sure this will not go down quietly. Enough of stealing money. I will report any and all available authorities in Czech, US and wherever you are found.

Avoid at all costs!! Even if you wish to travel under a saver option, honestly, it is not worth the risk!! If you understand how this type of travel agency makes money, you will understand. Cheap booking won't give them much profit, so they will try anything to get that money from you, including making you purchase more and more services from them, change your flight ticket so you can book a more expensive option with them, and then refuse to give you a full refund really hard by playing word games in their T&C. Not allowing you to contact them and only until the last minute, or inside 14 days, but then the flight tickets became so expensive you have to book with them. They play a word game with me, they changed my trip, and booked the two-part trip with them from Antalya with them to London, they changed my first journey to become later than the second one, if it's the carrier's problem, they still don't offer a full refund even that I bought the refund services, and they only offered me 1/4 of the original refund amount. Like what?? The risk was not stated and then they made you take that, then later trying to suck your money dry by forcing you to make a decision. I am very glad I used my credit card to pay for my trip, and I will try to get the money back via the bank, not via them. Obviously, they have demonstrated they cannot be trusted so hard.

Kiwi is a scam company. I just lost $1,400 because of their scam. I purchased the round-trip ticket and I’m an American citizen, I was supposed to transit through Tokyo and Vietnam to get to Bali. In my past trip which I purchased my tickets directly with the major airlines, I was able to transit without getting a visa because in Japan American citizen can transit without a visa. But Kiwi sold me tickets that I was trapped in Vietnam and Japan, they did not allow me to get on the airplane because they said I needed a visa for Japan. The airlines that kiwi sold me a ticket with, they could not transit me to Los Angeles from Tokyo. Kiwi should not have put such airlines together as part of a round trip ticket. I tried to call Kiwi to change the flight but nobody responded. I already paid $1400 to Kiwi for this ticket and I couldn’t make this trip back because the way kiwi set it up. I had to buy another ticket with United to come back home. With United airline I transited through Japan without requiring a visa but the airline Kiwi set me up did not allow me to transit through Japan without a visa. kiwi is running such a scam. No other airlines ever put such flights together as a round trip ticket because the passenger gets trapped and can’t finish the trip but kiwi does such a scam. I am asking to get full refund for what I paid to Kiwi which is $1,400 but they don’t respond and it’s impossible to talk to anyone in that company.

The worst travel company ever. I am a frequent traveler and worked almost with all travel companies. I have never seen in my life such process that is based on disappearance and not responding at all. You will never be able to reach them on the phone or any other channel and if they ever come back to you after days of follow up’s they come lacking any sense and just highlighting the process that you can read online. Travel industry has big tendency of mistakes either by systems or by Humans and many customers would really expect the travel company to respond to the major mistakes in bookings and not just to run away with the money and not even offer refunds or solutions of changes. This process is suitable for money laundering companies not for reputable travel companies

Still waiting on my refund that I requested in Jan 2020. Customer service sucks and they are refusing to give my money back after over 2 years by delaying contact and working extremely slowly, if working at all. They admitted they received money back from 2 out of the 3 airlines on my trip in March 2021. It is July 2022....so they literally swallowed my money by using the "still waiting on one more airline to respond" excuse for over 2 years now.

ABSOLUTE SCAM !!!! I'm still in shock with my experience with KIWI. I booked a flight to Mogadishu and they made me fly into Bodrum from Birmingham and then Bodrum to Istanbul .. I was supposed to receive my E-ticket for the transit flight which was 18 hours. Instead I was left in the AIRPORT WITH no HOTEL AND NO E.TICKET. I contacted them more than 20 times and they told me they would send me the rest of the flight details to ADDIS ABABA but they did not. Contacted customer service and they’re based in India although it’s a London number . They’re all scammers I was left with no hotel no flight and stranded in Istanbul. They will tell you that they’re waiting for the airline to send the flight tickets but this is false. I’ve spoken directly to Ethiopian airlines and they said they did this and that they’re fraudulent. ALSO before the flight I was supposed to go on left they sent me a fake PNR number which did not exist and I was sent back from the flight . AVOID AT ALL COSTS , SCAMMERS FRAUD

I had the worst ever experience with kiwi. They're fraud and won't help costumers. They refused me a refund even when the carrier emailed them and told them to refund me telling them the way to do it. My advise is book a flight directly through the carriers. AVOID KIWI AT ALL COST!

TOTAL SCAM in no way buy on this site. On a flight from Olbia Italy to Lima Peru they canceled the first and third connection I had to spend more than €3000 to reach my destination and with a minor KIWI I never answered with any kind of help. The only response was "we are very sorry, contact the airline". They charge your life $$$ but when they have to give some customer service they tell you "sorry there is nothing we can do" SCAM DO NOT COMPETE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY AND HAVE A BAD TIME"

Do not use Kiwi! It would take a long time to detail everything that went wrong. We were consistently misinformed or not informed about canceled flights which ended up with us paying 3 times for our outward bound flight and potentially being stuck for 3 days with our return flight (we were saved by the airline, no thanks to Kiwi). Several attempts at refunds have failed. Look elsewhere.

Stay away. Had a $650 flight to Morocco in December and Morocco made a flight ban. They cancelled all flights. Kiwi has kept every single penny and the flight never left the ground and it was cancelled entirely. 7 months and still no refund. They’re thieves.

I booked a last minute return flight from Hannover to Athens to be presented to a funeral of a family member. The first part of the flight was through Corendon Airlines (Hannover-Heraklion on 09.07.2022) and the other parts were from Aegean Airlines (Heraklion-Athens on 09.07.2022 and Athens-Hannover on 10.07.2022). Kiwi website confirmed the booking and sent me the e-tickets for all 3 parts (file attached). Few hours before departure, they sent me an email, that the Corendon Airlines cancelled the flight from Hannover to Heraklion and that I should search for another schedule and the informed me that I have no refund right as I didnt book the insurance they offered. I called the Hannover airport and they informed me that the flight is scheduled and is not cancelled. I informed the kiwi.com with an email that the flight is not cancelled and that I am waiting for my refund in case they dont resolve the case. The same time kiwi.com were selling tickets through their website for the same flight tha same date and same time. I contacted the Corendon airlines and our booking code and e-ticket (shared through kiwi.com) could not be find in their system. The day after, the Hannover airport confirmed that the flight was performed as scheduled. They are scammers. I have regreted booking with them.

Minus 10 is their rating. Fraudulent Airline - BEWARE! They gave us notice that our flight was changed from 4:55 pm to 7:45 am and we received the notice at 6:45 am. There is no way anyone could make this flight with less than an hour to get to an airport and flight that was scheduled for the afternoon. AND to make it worse it's a money grab - now they want us to pay 4X more for our tickets that were prebooked 4 months in advance.

Booked tickets on Kiwi.com for a trip from Spain to Prague. I really liked the fact that I was checked in by Kiwi automatically, so I didn't have to worry about anything when I got to the airport, and also received SMS with my gate number even before they become available on the airport screens during my transfer in Madrid!
