More than 1600 victims on fb group. Post Gmap reviews to fight this scam! There are more than 1600 victims of kiwi.com on Facebook group. The company cares more about their reviews here than the actual service. I paid for extra insurance and service to get an actual service. Waiting for an hour and 20 minutes ON THE LINE; hearing the same instructions saying waiting time 35 minutes. Always automatic answering machine. I used the company before when it was great. Now it's a joke. The instructions are very confusing. I asked for a refund, and they refunded me immediately for 9 pounds! What a scam. I will go through legal action to get my money back for sure. You can not expect customers to click some buttons and the company takes all your money. I'm still on the line when the company has time to reply here but not answering my call. What is the customer direct line? Where can I find it? I tried to look at the site thoroughly. My flight is going in three days time. Again, its a joke to instruct people to customer support but the customer support is not working. Aweful and hellish company. DO NOT USE Kiwi.com.

Kiwi is a THIEVERY company and I will never ever book with them even if their offer is the cheapest. I've paid 350 euro, the airline cancelled my flight and these bastards are offering 80 in their credit. They didn't even notice the flight was cancelled and I had to make them aware of that. Bunch of criminals.

They don't give me the informations about my reservations to go direcly to the airlines... They said that I have to pay 20 € to TRY to get my money back in 6 months but I'm after 80000 people who are in the same situation than me.

Why can't we give zero stars!?!? Like everything else lately with Covid-19, our flight was canceled. However Kiwi won't refund but a 1/3 fraction of our ticket price (and luggage fees). I am going to request their "Assisted Refund" but they had better not make me pay more to get back MY money. And they won't give you the necessary booking information to go straight to the airlines. This company is STEALING your money. I WILL NEVER USE KIWI AGAIN and will vocally denounce it to everyone. Their short-term greediness will cause their demise.

If I could give no stars I would! DO NOT use this company, they scam people out of money and have been using the current health crisis to their financial benefit. I booked a trip to NYC almost 2 months ago. Now, with my flights cancelled because of covid-19, I'm looking for a refund. The only options they offer are either a "fast" refund which is a fraction of what I paid and is frankly an insulting amount. The other option requires me to pay another £18 upfront for them to "negotiate a refund" with the airline. A process which they say may take up to six months. Spoke to someone on their help line but they were no help at all. They have no compassion or understanding for anyone in this currently very difficult time. Absolutely appalling that they're using this pandemic to profit off people. It's disgusting. Do yourself a favour and go with someone else.

Flight is cancelled by the airline. As others have mentioned, the airline is offering a voucher, but Kiwi.com only offers an instant refund worth about 7% of what I paid or an "assisted refund" which doesn't even mention the voucher option. Personally I will go ahead and reverse the charge with my bank if those assholes don't refund my money.

Terrible customer service, over an hour long queues in call lines, no answers to emails No information nor support from Kiwi for any flight cancellations. Terrible flow of information. No refunds.

Kiwi, scammers, thieves. Refund policy is a joke!! My flight just got cancelled and I'm left with an uncertain choice to make. My flight with Iberia Airlines was cancelled and I can see on their website they are offering a voucher with the full amount of your reservation but because kiwi doesn't provide the details to access to my booking I can't fill in this form. You can't contact kiwi and you are forced to take on their ridiculous immediate refund (100€ credit on their website for a flight that cost me 540€) or the assisted refund that offers no guarantees and you still are charged 20€ handling fee from them, RIDICULOUS!! I'm in the same situation as the rest of the people on here. They have no costumer service, you are left in the dark with no clear information about the refund system. They still trying to make money out of this caos, shame!! I wonder if we could get together and try to have some impact against this company as a whole.

kiwi is corrupt and is using the Covid 19 crises to make money off of individuals already in a bad place. I spend 1200 for round trip to Croatia and now am offered a 15 refund aswell for assisted refund i have to pay and then wait 6 months to get it. Corrupt and evil men run this company and they will pay for what they have done

NEVER use this service!!! During COVID-19 as flights are being cancelled, Kiwi.com is only offering half of the cost of the tickets as a refund. If you want any more they charge you a “service fee” (for doing their job) to get additional funds from the airline, which I’m sure they are doing anyway. So they aren’t really doing anything extra, they just want to take some more of the money that is due to you. They are shady, dishonest, and thieves.

Thieves and vagabonds. Don't book with them. They charge you for a premium service, they charge you for a refunds and offer you less than 5% of the price you paid when your flights get cancelled. They have bots posting responses to reviews and social media. Please, please, please don't take the risk

Such a shame Kiwi dealt with so badly with the Covid situation and tried to make money out of people who got their flight cancel. Short term win, we'll never use them again and hoepfully they go to bankruptcy for trying to escape it first by robbing people

Absolutely horrible customer service!! Did not notify me of flight cancellations and then therefore would not issue me a refund. Such a scam to ask for more money to get a refund and wait 6 months for it! Never will use this company again!

The list of problems started with the booking and they screwed up my wife's gender as male and we spend hours trying to get Kiwi.com to fix it. Our flights got cancelled from Australia to LAX and we received NO NOTIFICATION of the cancellation from Kiwi.com -- NONE!!! I went online to the carriers, Qantas, Air New Zealand and Fiji Air, to find out the flights were cancelled before going to the airport. I tried to call Kiwi.com, having their Premium Service, and waited 3 hours on the phone to a recording saying initially it would be 1.5 hours wait time. I didn't get any response. I left 4 email messages to their contact message center and NO REPLY has been sent back to me. They have my email address and phone number and haven't bothered to get back to me. I've applied for a refund on their website that says it will take up to 6 months to process. I know the corona virus has thrown everything for a loop but this company has Unbelievable bad service! Not too hopeful for a refund.

Remarkably poor service. Hard to navigate website. Complete inaction with cancelled flights (they didn't even notify us). Struggling to get a refund that was already promised by the airline itself. I've been waiting on hold for over two and a half hours to get my flight information so that I can contact our airline directly, but their system hung up on me. Guess I'm calling again, because I'd prefer not to have 800 dollars evaporate into the pockets of this insane company.
