Kiwi.com happily sold me a ticket , allowed me to print a boarding pass (10 hours before the flight) only to find my flight cancelled when I arrived at the airport. Never once did they contact me to let me know it was cancelled nor did offer other services as advertised. They attempt to force you to agree to very unacceptable terms even before applying a refund. Just round and round with excuses. I hear customers are offered 10-20 Euro on tickets valued 250 EU and up. I have received no refund as yet. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Terrible experience!!! My flights were cancelled and I was not able to use my air tickets, had to buy completely new air tickets at the airport. Since the 20th of March I am trying to reach them for a refund. Not helpful at all!!! EVERYONE BE CAREFUL WITH THE KIWI.COM

Such a scam company! My flights were canceled and they refused to give me a full refund. An official complain had been already made in ECC and they will take all the legal steps so they can ensure that I will get back my money, which is the legal process!

My flight was canceled by Delta due to covid-19. Kiwi never contacted me about the canceled flight and kept sending me emails to go check in (for a flight that was canceled!) The cancellation refund options offered by Kiwi are horrendous! I have talked to kiwi representatives who are not helpful and no one can tell me how my refund process is going. I called Delta on my own. Confirmed that tell have already given kiwi a FULL refund. Kiwi is doing nothing to give me my money back. I have joined a Facebook group with 2000 members who were scammed by Kiwi. I wrote to the US Department of Transportation. I have contacted Skyscanner with a complaint with Kiwi.

Only refund 1% after flight cancel and ask for 3% process fee if you want to refund to the payment method

They changed my 4 flight dates , offered me $30 credit in a refund, or my alternative dates, add about $1300 per flight. So $6000 more to fly the days I wanted.

Kiwi decided to cancel my flights during this pandemic and I had to book new flights home! They still have my €1,400 which they are not helping me get back. The staff are really rude and are stealing from people, also Skyscanner are the same! Please do not book from these people in future! Book directly with the airline! I will not be travelling for a long time because I do not trust these agencies! They are fraudsters!

Worst experience ever! Refund only $10 USD to customer for over $3000 USD tickets when airlines promised full refund to agent kiwi.

After providing proof that at least one flight for our trip was canceled, they've become unresponsive. Airlines are providing refunds and/or vouchers due to the covid-19 pandemic, but kiwi.com is not giving customers the ability to manage their bookings. They are profiting off of the pandemic by keeping money owed to customers. They offered $15 CDN refund or $15 credit towards booking new flights. Abhorrent behaviour - don't ever book flights through them!! They take your money and pay carriers using an online credit card merchant and do not give them customer contact info. They give carriers an auto generated email address which means the customer cannot be reached at all. They claim to check reservations for you when you ask to be refunded for the flights and tell you the flights have not been impacted while the carrier website indicates flights have been canceled. Disgusting company! Stay away!!

Give me my refund guys. Your customer service is the shittiest one J ever experienced. Not reliable at all. So unfair that you are going to refund a little amount only. This is hard earned money. So please stop cheating on innocent people.

Like so many others I had to cancel my flight reservations due to the Covid19 Pandemic. I was scheduled to fly with Air Europe on April 11, 2020. So obviously I had to cancel. I spent a total of $793 in airfare and the only 2 options they gave was a refund of $10.75 or to buy the ticket again for the same amount only discounting $10.75 which it's pretty unfair that the options they gave me were the same change policy they always have. Regardless that's a very FRAUDULENT change policy of theirs. I even called them and all they said to me was that since they returned to me $10.75 they can't do any more changes they have to stick with the same policy rules... How on earth in this crisis this company it's staying with the same change policy??? not having a plan when a pandemic like this happening it's very unprofessional and it's a negligence playing with people money like this. It's the first time having a inconvenience with an flight booking site. I will make sure everyone knows that KIWI.COM ITS FRAUDULENT AND ITS A INCOMPREHENSIBLE BOOKING SITE.. calling them a booking site even sounds short for them and it's a shame fvor the others. NEVER AGAIN. If i ecould give them 0 I would. THEY'RE A SCAM.

These are scammers. My flights where cancelled and company returned money to them but they only offered one 1/5 of the money back to me.
