NO FLEXIBILITY TO HELP CUSTOMERS. Just a fair warning people that their refund request for ONE of multiple flights actually meant requesting for the whole trip (4 flights). Website does not state that at all and could not cancel the refund request. In the end, I have no flights, barely any refund, and have to spend for other flights. WILL NOT BOOK HERE AGAIN.

Scam artist and fraudsters.... Paid for a flight with them only to turn up to the airport and the airline has zero record of the booking. You will never get a refund from them and there is nothing you can do about it, they exploit the system and the little guy, because what can you do about it

I have had the worst experience with Kiwi, by far the worst of all online travel agencies. I booked my flight two months ago, and now they have changed my flight date without my permission. When I informed them that I have an important meeting on the original date I booked, they showed no concern whatsoever. They are also refusing to issue a refund. To add to the frustration, the checked baggage allowance they provided is only 10kg, which is completely inadequate. Overall, Kiwi's service has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Useless. Zero flexibility. You can change your ticket only if it’s with 48 hours of departure of outbound. So if you need a change on your return you need to buy a full new flight.will never use again.

I booked a one-way Westjet flight through Kiwi.com. Due to the labour strike and related disruption to WestJet’s operations that began on Friday, June 28, my flight on June 29th was cancelled. I called Westjet, and they confirmed that I am entitled to a full refund in compliance with the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. Despite this, Kiwi.com has repeatedly denied me a full refund. Initially, they claimed that ‘the carrier’ would not provide a refund. After I disputed this, they offered me $60.82 in 'Kiwi credits' or a refund of $46.20, claiming that that was the refund amount they’d received from the carrier. However, Westjet has no record of Kiwi ever contacting them to request a refund. Unfortunately, Westjet is unable to provide me with a refund directly and I am still having to waste time chasing a refund from Kiwi.com.

Services extremely poor. This is a scam. I booked a flight ticket from London Gatwick to Johannesburg and I was meant to connect by Prague , was told I can’t because I needed a shengin visa to get to Prague, I mean why would you connect people where they need extra visas and not even let them know they need extra visas? Long story short, the flight left me and they didn’t even care to refund. Please stop booking through kiwi guys

Questi voli sembrano economici , ma nascondono una quantità di insidie spaventosa. I molteplici trasferimenti da un volo ad un altro, nascondo pericolosissime situazioni per gli orari delle connessioni, le richieste di VISA (Visto) inattese e estremamente costose e la sostanziale irresponsabilità di KIWI per la positiva conclusione del viaggio. In una connessione (Transito internazionale) a Dammam (Arabia saudita), a causa di un mancato accordo tra l'aereolinea WizzAir e l'Aeroporto di Dammam, non ho potuto semplicemente trasferirmi da un gate ad un altro, ma sono stato COSTRETTO ad acquistare una VISA da 95€ per uscire dall'aereoporto e rientrare immediatamente dopo per prendere il volo. L'assistenza di KIWI `è stata semplicemente inesistente. Date of experience: 20 July, 2024

I booked twice with Kiwi. - Once, my flight in Milan was canceled and they issued vouchers to hotels that were 90 KM away. - Second, I tried to cancel my flight within an hour after booking due to personal reasons. They canceled my flight, kept my money and refused to undo the cancelation after I told them i wanted to take the flight.

They don't help you with anything, even when there is a global IT outage it's "sorry you didn't pay for the extra add on service that you need to have for us to help you with unexpected things like a GLOBAL IT Outage" and will take your money and then tell you that you have to call the airline you're directly. So when I tried to get a new flight because my flight was cancelled due to an, again, GLOBAL IT Outage- they would not help me with refunding my flight and so I had to book an entire new flight and pay for it. The original flight I had that I was not refunded for, Kiwi just keeps that money. Horrible business, robbing people left and right. Avoid at all costs.

Incredible. So you are my agent since I booked through you, you took the fees for apparently no support whatsoever (you had not even known our flight was cancelled until after I called you the next day also you initially offered me next day flight with 20 hours flight time and additional hefty fees and only after I told you that wizzair offered a change in flight which you do well know since it is EU regulations, you eventually managed to change my flight) Considering all that, I do not blame you personally, but I consider this event of case handling highly unprofessional, possibly constitutionally offensive and I would like to inform you that this case will face the court of justice so you might want to forward for a higher up. Money machine will no longer go brrrr. Thanks for nothing and I hope I will always avoid even the fruit aisle in every store just not to remember this disgrace. Sincerely A disappointed customer

Please do not deal with kiwi they are the biggest company stole miney all the flight I booked with them they don’t give me the right flight information so I can miss my flight. I’m lost here in Paris I don’t have family I don’t have money I get to my flight from Paris orly to New York 2 hours before my flight and they say the flight was booked they sold my ticket and they did not need to provide me second flight the freamch bee airline told me to call kiwi when I contacted them they told me call French bee and that was my second flight and I lose all my tickets to get to Salt Lake City. They did not need to help me at all I have record them video and I told them tha they did not care to even see the video

They get your money and cancel straight...my father is dying and I booked in rash to find out they cancelled it rest assured as I've never had a flight being cancelled. I hope I make it soon enough..

Never use Kiwi.com. Shame on all employees participating in this scamming scheme. Classic sudden price increase scam, even during the last step of booking a flight before hitting the pay button. A €290 flight suddenly becomes €332 on the desktop. Then I checked again on my phone, and the price was €364. In a matter of 5 minutes, the price increased by €74. I ended up booking the flight directly on the airline's website for €320.

Worst company you can deal with. Omitting the obvious cheap third party provider who does nothing more than book flights that care close to each other and you have to do your own transfers. This company has no kind of customer service or sense of responsibility to its clients. They over charge and provide no assistance. You are better off taking their info and booking the flights yourself directly through the airlines you will save 100s of euros. Customer service department is in India and are very rude and provide no help at all. They tell you go to the airlines and figure it out

I had a very bad experience with Kiwi Travel Agency. I booked domestic flights in Bali through them, but when I arrived in Jakarta, my flights were canceled without any notice. I had to scramble to find last-minute tickets, most of which were fully booked. This caused me to stay an extra night in Jakarta, losing money on my Bali accommodations. Even after many attempts, I still haven’t received a refund for the canceled flights. This agency is not reliable. Please avoid booking with them!

I had a flight at 2 pm from lax heading to Tehran, Iran. when i got to lax from San Diego, at the counter they told me that the flight we postponed to 8 pm. these mofos are not professionals, didn't even apologize.

Total scam and daylight robbery. Zero flexibility or willingness to help customers. DO NOT BOOK. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this airline to think twice. I needed to move my flights in September by a week and was told there were no options. I provided 6 flights that i could see online, all of which i was told were unavailable to me even though the provider in some cases was Kiwi. I was then encouraged to cancel my flights and rebook, and await a refund which i could put towards new flights. From the £450 that i originally paid, i received a £20 refund. Like I said, total scam and daylight robbery. Zero flexibility or willingness to help customers. DO NOT BOOK.
