“I order 2 different styles according to their chart, way TOO big. Website said cooling fabric which was important living in Central Florida. Always sweating under the fabric. Return policy was not apparent when ordering during their sale. They would not allow me to return them.”

“I was extremely disappoint in this whole experience with Knix. I ordered the product and it was not at all what I was thinking. Not a good fit and want was even worse was trying to return the product. I understand that not all products are for everyone but I have no way to return the product. I have emailed, no response. I have called, no one answers. The voice recording says no one is here to answer your call and hangs up. Now I'm doing there live chat, with no one answering the chat. I have been waiting for over 30 mins with no end in sight. Beware! I'm not a fan of there business practices! Thumbs down from me!”

“I have been wearing Knix bras for 7 years. The sizing has become inconsistent. I always order Medium bu the last bras I ordered were significantly smaller. The should straps are 2 inches shorter. I cannot wear them. The customer service rep I am dealing with keeps telling me to "wash and stretch them". I have asked to speak to a supervisor but that hasn't happened. It's too bad because I have always like these bras but I'm very disappointed.”
“The sizes are not consistent. The V-neck padded bra fit around, but cup size was way to small. The same size in the wing woman contour bra was too small around and the cup size was correct. I ordered the exact same size for each bra. I ordered them from the vault sale, so I could not return them.”

That is not stated when you buy from the vault sale and it should be in bold print on the sale page and when you are checking out. I will never buy from this company again. “Bought 2 bras for my daughter. Two months later the straps keeps falling down. Unable to tighten one of the bras and the other one gets tightened but a few hours later it is loosen and straps have fallen.
Reached out to KNIXS and because they were from their summer line, non returnable or exchangeable. PERIOD.
Shame they do not stand behind their products.

“I ordered 4 pairs of underwear in different styles. 2 cut off my circulation and I wanted to exchange them. However, they can only be exchanged for the same style. I've written multiple times and have yet to hear back. I like the bras but they can't be worn with a V-neck shirt as they are too high in the front.
So angry about paying all that money and stuck with underwear I cant wear.”
“I ordered leakproof underwear 10 days ago and haven’t been sent a confirmation email. I was charged for the items but have not received them. When I talked to customer service (which was a nightmare) they said they couldn’t find my order. They placed me another one but same thing, I didn’t get the confirmation email and I have not received my products. I think it’s time to dispute the charge with my credit card company…. 0/10 would not recommend just due to their terrible customer service”
“The bras and under wear run very small. The app is not friendly and trying to figure out how to make a return is difficult, as a matter of fact I still couldn’t figure it out and don’t consider myself having a lack of computer knowledge. Returning an item to a company should take less than a minute or two-if it’s a good app. several weeks of trying to return the bra (you can’t return under wear or else I would have) I resorted to the “Help Line” to no avail. After several weeks of trying to return the bra, I gave up and just threw it away. What a waste of money, however they lost a potential good customer-the whole experience with Knix was awful and I lost money. I’m not surprised they are being sued.”
“I was seriously thinking about buying "leakproof underwear" but I read the reviews first. Doing that saved me a lot of money. I dont like doing business with a merchant that has no customer service, no refunds allowed, and is notorious for poor quality merchandise. The only thing keeping Knix in business are ignorant purchasers & idiots who think the honest bad reviews wouldnt apply to THEM. There must be a lot of people in those two options. I think the Better Business Bureau should step in & shut Knix down. But complaints must come from Knix CUSTOMERS and Knix HAS to be IN the United States. I wont lose money on purpose just to report them to the B.B.B.”
