“I would never ever buy this brand. Their sizing is different. The pads are too big, tha straps are itchy at the back. It is so uncomfortable. I will tell my friends about this so that they will not be a victim of this. They will not allow exchange too.”
“I recently received a knix bra I measured and got the size from size chart which a was a knix size 5 its was way to small. Knix was great and sent me the 6 right away. I was pretty impressed with that part of the process. I got the size 6 and it even smaller than the size 5, Its so small it was very painful trying to put it on. I was unable to do another return this time. I wish I would have been able to wear the bras and would have love giving a wonderful reveiw and been a life time customer but their bras a just way too size.”

“Upon receiving my order I immediately contacted Knix asking to exchange Luxe Lift Pullover Bras for larger size. The chat lady insisted I wash, stretch and dry at least 3 times and if still unhappy to contact for exchange. I did as instructed. Logically this did absolutely nothing to make them fit. When I contacted the company again I am being told, I cannot get a refund or even exchange! Started another chat with the company and they are not responding. I went exactly by the sizing chart, and it is nowhere near, correct. I thought this was a reputable company that could be trusted. Almost $200.00 later it looks like I was totally wrong. I would definitely never recommend anyone due business with Knix!”
“Their sizing is just so bizarre. How can a bra that supposedly fits three or more sizes have no stretch? When I buy bras from literally any other brand in my size 9 times out of 10 they fit. Maybe some fit better than others, but they fit. I ordered what is supposedly my size and a size up in two different styles each and both were laughably small. I couldn’t even close the band and the cups were so small I wondered how the next cup size up, which this bra also supposedly accommodates, would even have a chance of getting into it. I think I’d have to order about three sizes bigger than their recommendation and that’s just ridiculous. There shouldn’t be this much guesswork. Stick to normal cup and band sizing”

“I order 2 different styles according to their chart, way TOO big. Website said cooling fabric which was important living in Central Florida. Always sweating under the fabric. Return policy was not apparent when ordering during their sale. They would not allow me to return them.”

I have called, no one answers. The voice recording says no one is here to answer your call and hangs up. Now I'm doing there live chat, with no one answering the chat. “I have been wearing Knix bras for 7 years. The sizing has become inconsistent. I always order Medium bu the last bras I ordered were significantly smaller. The should straps are 2 inches shorter. I cannot wear them. The customer service rep I am dealing with keeps telling me to "wash and stretch them". I have asked to speak to a supervisor but that hasn't happened. It's too bad because I have always like these bras but I'm very disappointed.”
“The sizes are not consistent. The V-neck padded bra fit around, but cup size was way to small. The same size in the wing woman contour bra was too small around and the cup size was correct. I ordered the exact same size for each bra. I ordered them from the vault sale, so I could not return them.”

Reached out to KNIXS and because they were from their summer line, non returnable or exchangeable. PERIOD.
Shame they do not stand behind their products.
