“They are certainly not a customer friendly company. I just wanted to exchange for 1 size smaller for 5 pairs of underwear and I worked on line for more than 3 hours and got NOWHERE AT ALL. Think twice before you purchase from them. Next day nowhere still just NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN! No phone number to call customer service! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!👎👎”
“If I could give a 0 star I would. We order over $5,000 in product from them using our HSA. Hidden fee was a 1200 dollar bill from Fedex for shipping fees!! Website had zero disclaimer but at the end when you go to pay and click free shipping, It states "may have fees for orders over 700. We are trying to fight and the company is taking zero ownership. Product was also terrible, didn't fit as stated and over all poor quality. I would not recommend this company to anyone! And, we have reported the company as well as disputed the charges from Fedex. If we had $5,000 cash to just laying around, it wouldn't have been spent at this store. We ordered here because it notes it was for woman, health, and periods etc.”
“I had a virtual appointment. We left for vacation with 3 new bras. After a couple of weeks I started slipping under my bra. Although warranty was past when we returned I thought the company should know. I have send DOZENS of emails and received NO responses. I am a long-time customer of underware with all good service, but ZERO response about these three bras. Be careful buying from these people! Something has changed!!!”
“Bought the thigh saver underwear and the built in pad is horrible. I wasn’t able to wear them more than 5 minutes before I knew I would have a problem. I gave them to a family member and she had the same issue. I don’t recommend these to anyone.”
“Confy but do not trust the period underwear. I was so embarassed. Never happen to me before. My pants were full of blood everybody could see it. I use different brand and never got this problem. Now i dont feel confident no more wearing menstrual underwear. It s like there is no protection keeping the blood inside it went right trough. I bought 2 pairs and i ll have to put them in the garbage. It s a lot of money.”

“I have been searching for a bra for so long. I have tried and ware underwireless bras. I heard so many amazing things. went to the store, the sales people are great. They fitted me and I tried on a bunch of bra's. Now that I bought one and have worn it a few times now, it is horrible. I have larger girls and the straps dig into my shoulders, way to thin. I have to pull at the back all the time to list the girls and to stop the back rolls, again strap not wide enough. When I pull down on the back to list the girls, it is like there is nothing holding them as they start to slid out of the bottom. What needs to happen, the shoulder straps need to be wider, the band that goes around the torso needs to be wider. Its just not comfortable at all.

“Whatever you do, don't place your first order with them online. If you've been fitted in a store and know which products work for you, ok, then it might be fine for reorders. I made the mistake of placing an initial order order online and despite using their size guide, nothing fit. I sent the order back and waited to hear from them about my credit before placing a new order. It's been a full month and they have yet to acknowledge my return or issue a credit. Side note, they don't do any merchandise credits back to your original payment, it's merchandise credits only. I can tell by tracking my return that they have had it in their custody for over 3 weeks and still nothing. Want to ask a question about fit, or credits or anything? GOOD LUCK WITH THAT! They don't offer any customer service by phone-NONE! Their chat feature is only a dumb robot, no person on the other end and so email is really your only avenue for assistance. When you send an email you get a message that they are overwhelmed and they warn it will be sometime before they'll get to your question. I don't know how they can get away with doing business like this in the 21st Century but I wish I had read this review prior to placing my first order because I wouldn't have ordered at all. So I'm just waiting for my $125.00 store credit to show up. Maybe after two months......”

Beyond Disappointed”
“Zero is not an option but that's what's this company deserves. I tried the bras, the underwear, the sports shorts, and the night clothes. Awful! They're thick, they're stiff, they gape at the leg, the shorts fit so wrong, AND the customer service SUCKS....it's unresponsive and inattentive to my need. I spent $140 the 1st time (after reading they're very misleading return policy) and got stuck with "store credit". I finally found an item that I thot would be okay and the advertising was misleading. The model is wearing a shirt and shorts (sleepwear) and it was $45. When it arrived it was just the shorts - $45 for sleep shirts with no matching top. AND the packaging was sliced in route that went all the way to the shorts - now i have $45 shorts with a hole and no way of getting my money back! Ugh! Email after email and still no reply and no option to exchange or return! I'm out $140 and clothes I wouldn't give away! Only redeeming quality is that i didn't have to send any of the products back but like I said, wouldn't give them away!
