They’re leak proof underwear, although rated high, I’ve found every month the adhesive from a pad sticks to the underwear and is impossible to get off. It then becomes layer upon layer of adhesive. I have to use tweezers to pull the adhesive off before and after washing because it’s impossible to get off. Never had this problem with any other underwear

Not only are they expensive but expect to wait a month or more for them if you live in Western Canada; they will take a week before even shipping the order out. They will blame Covid and Canada Post and pretend like it hasn't been several years into the pandemic and what's actually going on is they are incompetent and refuse to adapt like everyone else. They will offer no gestures to make it right, only offering an insulting refund after fighting for services not rendered, having waited a month and contacted them twice and still don't have the product. They will only parrot the estimated time on the tracker which you have access to already. In my case I have had 3 different delivery dates and the agent was "sure", it would be coming soon and would offer excuses (and a surprising lack of geography knowledge; not sure how the BC floods would affect me here in Alberta and the package is coming from Ontario) and fake platitudes and finally the "possibility of refund ", if it still hasn't shown up. I'm on my 3rd estimated delivery date. In that time they removed an item for over selling it and offered a measly discount on the next order, despite not actually receiving the original one; even more insulting was the fact I was notified that what was removed was now back in stock within the month of not receiving my order. Other Canadian companies on the other hand, who ALSO use Canada Post, actually manage to get their product out at a reasonable wait. I can't even verify if the product is any good and if it isn't what is the point of returning them or if that's even possible given the ordeal Knix has put me through. They don't care about the customer and are only in it for the money, their indifference to your time and energy merely confirms this. If it were the contrary they wouldn't put anyone through this ordeal.

I hope this review gets to alot of women. I have been dealing with breast cancer and breast lymphodema post treatments. I was looking for a bra that was(a) attractive and (b) comfortable ,as most bras on the market for breast cancer and really ugly. I purchased the catalyst bra and it was a game changer for me..now fast forward 11 months ,I noticed part of the cup was coming undone.I contacted the company and will be getting a replacement bra! Seriously phenomenal customer service and phenomenal product...going forward, I will be letting all my patients, family and friends know about this great company , Thank you !

My husband bought me a couple of Knix bras as a gift. I had wanted to try the Canadian bra brand for a while as it seemed a like a great product from what I was seeing in their advertising. I was hopeful that this Canadian product would offer comfort and quality as their marketing advertised. The first 2 bras were too small (eventhough that was normally my size) so I ordered a size up in a couple of different styles. The first 2 bras I couldn't even get over my head as they were so tight (really unusual). The other 2 bras were a criss/cross style that did up in the back but the straps were so short I couldn't even do them up. I wondered if a woman had designed these bras as the design was so poor. A real disappointment not only from a design perspective but I don't see how you can justify paying these high prices for a product that doesn't deliver. I had originally recommended this brand to my friends as I was so excited to buy these bras but have told them not to order this product as I don't want them to go through the same disappointing experience.

I have tired all three designs of Super Leakproof High Rise, Cotton Super Leakproof Boxer Brief and Cotton Modal Super Leakproof High Rise. By far my favorite stile is the Cotton Modal Super Leakproof High Rise. The boxer brief has the gusset that comes all the way to the top of the waist band. This to me is odd and a waste of the leakproof material. Also the Boxer Brief have loose area around the thighs that to not stay in place. The Super Leakpoof high rise are made out of a funny material that after time stretches' out and does not go back to the original shape. I have tried all of these three stiles over the last year and I would recommend the Cotton Modal Super Leakproof High Rise. I use them for light bladder leaks when laughing too hard or sneezing. Having this style of underwear has given me more freedom to do the things I enjoy. I love them and whish I would have found this company sooner. I do wish they had other colors to offer.

I bought my Knix underwear and bras. I don’t have a problem with the sizing of even the ability of the period underwear to absorb properly. I have been disgusted to smell the harsh chemical smell upon the underwear coming in contact to liquid. I do not believe the underwear is safe or chemical free based on the simple fact that it smells like harsh bleach once it gets wet. I hope the company feels ashamed for their scam of marketing themselves as chemical free/natural.

I cant figure out how to leave a review on the website so I am leaving it here. I returned all of my purchases except the Longevity Sports Bra, which I like the look of. However, I cant seem to get past the "it feels tight at first but will loosen to the perfect fit". I generally wear a small and am small chested (in between an A and B cup) but fit that this bra is so tight it is uncomfortable in a medium (same reason I returned the rest of the bras, which were extremely tight in the size I was fitted for). The bra is so tight that it causes back pain and discomfort after about an hour of wear and it feels like I have been let out of titty prison when I finally take it off. I have worn and washed it about 3-4 times and am not sure if I will be able to continue wearing it. The upside is that it is a very flattering cut and looks great with high waisted leggings, which is why I have continued to try "breaking it in". I couldn't imagine wearing this bra with a larger chest and was considering exchanging for a size L, despite being a street size 4. Maybe I am just weak, but I feel like there are better options for good support and coverage while maintaining some comfort!

The pant sizing was wildy small. I am a medium at all other store (especially for workout pants!) and I literally could not even get the pants past my thighs. I got a bra that looks cute on, but it was overpriced, especially because the inner seam is itchy... It's not comfy to wear :( I wouldn't recommend.

Junky products, terrible customer service, crappy website. Sizing is so poor. Never order from them is my advice!

Sizing is off (run small); took more than 2 weeks to receive items only to find out Knix is making it impossible to get a refund without physically working with a person - can't do it via chat online, and a phone number isn't provided. Terrible customer service and bras are ridiculously small and poor designs. I don't understand the positive reviews on their site.

There leakproof period underwear is AMAZING! But what blew me away was there customer service! I didn’t like a underwear style and they sent me a new one right away! They have an amazing business model and I would highly recommend purchasing from this company! You won’t be disappointed!

For whatever reason, they designed their leakproof styles with padding that doesn’t go all the way to the edges. There’s a full half inch of fabric in the gusset area that isn’t absorbent and leaks are absolutely guaranteed. Way too expensive, uncomfortable, poor quality unbreathable fabric upper with melded seams that pull apart in a few wears.

I couldn't find a way to leave a review on the site - yikes. Anyway, the only product I've enjoyed is the Good to Go Seamless bra. It's comfortable and soft. This review now is about the leakproof underwear. They do not hold shape, the fabric stretches throughout the day and the piece that is leakproof does NOT have enough coverage for a period. It barely comes half way up the back unless you buy the shorts. If I sleep in these I will wake up in a blood bath 😭 I wanted to like them so bad. Bad design.

I wish I’d read these reviews after spending a lot of money on six pairs of the so-called “leak proof” underwear and three of the leak pads. They’re not much better than ordinary underwear in the leak department. I have switched to Wear Ever which I wish I had bought in the first place.

So I've been wearing knix for years and used to really love their products, but unfortunately the quality has decreased and I will no longer be purchasing their products. They do feel tight at first which loosens with wear, but the real issue I have with knix underwear is that after 6 months or so the seams have come off - and not just on a few pairs, but on ALL of my knix underwear. It appears the seam is glued on and once it's off they tend to roll, making them no longer seamless (unless you are always checking them & adjusting). They are cheaply made in china and bunch up the crack after they loosen. For the price point I would expect a higher quality product. Also, they are not 100% or even 90% cotton. Wearing good quality cotton has more breathability and is much better for keeping your lady bits balanced and healthy.

I wanted to love this product. I purchased Super Leakproof Dream Short - Black / XXL. The size was perfect, and was delivered in a reasonable amount of time; however, the first night I used them I leaked. :( It wasn't a lot, but I expected the product to work as advertised. I wanted to leave a review on the Knix website, but it doesn't look like you can? It's unfortunate because I do find them comfortable to wear, but at $65 (including taxes and shipping), I expect the product to be what it's supposed to.

I was using Thinx and while nothing was wrong with them, I thought I'd try a different brand of period panties. These are way too small and fit very tightly. The info insert, says that's supposed to be normal and they will stretch with use. I don't know why you'd want to feel like a sausage waiting for you panties to stretch when you're already bloated. Anyway, the absorbing area isn't long enough. I am a pretty light bleeder and yet I still get spots outside the absorbency area. This never has happened once with the other brand. Huge waste of money. I should have stuck with tried and true.

It’s been impossible to figure out how to leave a review on Knix’s site itself, so I’m leaving one here. I liked some of their leakproof underwear, and recently decided to try their lace version. They’re really tight. According to their sizing chart, I should be safely a small. I’m also a small in other underwear I’ve tried of theirs. I think because there isn’t much stretch on the lace, but these really cut into my hips and thighs so much that I got a skin irritation on my thighs between my legs. I like the concept of this underwear and really wanted to love them. But if you decide to get these, go a size up.

I have to leave my email in order for this to succeed in being posted... I can only imagine the propaganda I am going to receive..
