“So far we've had a very good experience with Knose. Claims have been reviewed, and where there have been questions - there was always a phone call or email to follow up and check. There are some delays with claim reviews however, that's understandable and as long as the claims are processed we don't mind. Premiums have also gone up but again this is not the only policy that we have with increasing premiums.

“Knose insurance has great cover and we are so thankful to have taken cover out the day Pan arrived home. Insurance is something you hope you never have to use. When Pan was 10 months old we found out that he would need surgery. The surgery was going to cost around $15k including travel. The surgery couldn't be done in Tasmania so Pan had to fly to Victoria. We have 90% cover for Pan which covered surgery but not travel. By having the insurance cover with Knose meant Pan could have his surgery and have a normal life.”
“Fairly quick reimbursements, and I like it that my vet can send invoices directly to you after they are paid.
I don't like it that after less than 1 year with KNOSE, the premiums quoted for the following year rose DRAMATICALLY and I had to downgrade my pet cover in order to afford insurance. I joined KNOSE after reading reviews that you were one of the better insurances, however I believe there are others out there with better deals. THe problem of course is switching when our pet already has a pre diagnosed condition - which is near impossible and like all insurances, we are held ransom to your company for life!”
