“I placed my order 12/31/24. Today is 1/14/25 and I have yet to even receive a shipment email. I emailed customer care two days ago and no response. I will be filling a claim with paypal”
“Ordered buy 1 get 2 free, they were too big so wanted to exchange. They don't do exchanges, understandable. I was given a discount code to replace them but couldn't use the code on buy 1 get 2 free. So in short I was to just spend more money. Just asked for my money back and I got no response. Scammers.”

Charged me $24 and then it sat in “ready to ship” status for 3 weeks in my Shop app and then when I reached out to customer service to ask where they were, nobody responded and it disappeared from the Shop tracker altogether. No contact, no refund, Knotty just literally stole my money.”
“I placed an order during the big Black Friday sale on 11/18. I received a shipping notification the next day. A few days later I received a notification that my selected items were sold out & I needed to pick alternate items. After much back in forth with more selections unavailable, I finally received notification that everything picked was available. That was over a week ago & I have yet to receive my order or an updated shipping notification that it is on its way. Additionally, according to this review request, the order is still NOT CORRECT!!! I understand that it is a busy season but still very disappointing experience.”
