“My mask was sewn very poorly. The side of it completely came apart the first time I washed it. I reached out to Knotty Tie last week concerning the poor quality of the mask, and I requested a refund. I still have not been contacted back yet.”

“I’m sorry to do this but the mask didn’t fit. I was so excited to receive my mask but was sadly disappointed when I saw that it didn’t fit my face. I gifted it to a friend so it wouldn’t go to waste.”

“Honestly, not great, the Denver street art mask broke the first time I wore it. I love what you all stand for, but $25 for one mask that breaks first wear is not great.”

“Mask arrived on promised schedule. I found it to be Ill fitting and the skimpy elastic straps were uncomfortable. It was made of attractive material and well sewn, but It was difficult to put on and does not fit well. I cannot imagine that the flimsy mask would be wearable for more than a few minutes at a time and certainly no worth the $30 price tag.”

“I never received my package! I understand volume is high right now, but Knotty Tie Co. has also not been responsive to my outreach to address the issue. I purchased the mask for my 70 year old mother, and she is still without her mask!”

“We live in denver and for some reason our shipment is sitting in south dakota. We live in the areawhere they are at and its in south dakota??????? It will take 6 months to get them. What a joke the virus will be done when we get them. You people stink!!!!!!!”

“Well. When I chose to order a mask via Knotty, the advertisement said 5-9 days to ship and then 2-3 days to receive if you paid for the expedited shipping, which I did because I'm an essential worker and constantly exposed to the public. I placed my order on April 15, tomorrow is May 1st and I still haven't received it. I did receive a notice that my order shipped on April 25th (so 10 days and not 9), but it has not moved since that date. I have no idea how the product is or if I'll ever see it at this point but sure wish I hadn't paid for the expedited shipping since it didn't make a difference.”
