Both bow ties were received in fine condition and order. Suggest that a less expensive type of packaging be used. There is no need for expensive cardboard when a softer and just as protective material will suffice. I don't understand the reasoning to place the tie inside cardboard then inside another layer of cardboard then the entire lot inside yet another cardboard box. Ties are not fragile and breakable items that need such protection. Hope you will notice that the industry is going to less heavy, expensive,structured and wasteful cardboard. The ties themselves were just OK. Nothing special in the way of fine material. I was only looking for the Art Deco design as was one of my choices .

We do appreciate when we receive constructive criticism from customers and totally agree with you that not all of our customers will want or need ready-to-gift kraft packaging on every order. While this packaging is highly valued for our wedding customers who give these items as gifts to their wedding party, we do understand others will not need it - and (great news!) we are actually in the process of rolling out minimal packaging option for custom orders so customers can select whichever packaging option they'd prefer at checkout. Based on other reviews and pricing I was expecting higher quality. I ordered 3 pocket squares with inititals. I was disappointed when they arrived to learn that the initials are screen printed on. They look cheap.

Unfortunately, I chose the self-tie option instead of pre-tied/adjustable option which is what I intended. Since they are an Azazie color, I cannot return or exchange them. There are four of them and they were very expensive, so I will have to use them.

The dusty mauve tie & custom pocket square is spot on for our son’s wedding. However there is a smell that I can’t get out of either. It’s quite pungent. Not sure if it’s the dye or the ink they pressed the custom pocket squares with. Even washed them. Smell is still there.

Our neckties have an interior wool interlining that can smell musty if wet, but the fabric and dyes we use are non-toxic and would not give off a smell. The product arrived in a timely fashion. The ordering process was relatively simple although the search function was a little difficult to navigate for preset designs. I understand that the shipping costs have nothing to do with you but $120 to ship half a pound of material is ridiculous... The fact that there is no other option is absurd as it would have been undoubtedly cheaper through regular mail. Even to Canada. A team member did provide me with a $10 off code so that was greatly appreciated. As for the products themselves: The bowtie is splendid. The silky, smooth and bright finish is fantastic. The length as per the sizing chart was perfect. Big fan! The suspenders, however, were disappointing in almost every way. The material is gritty and coarse and the finish is flat. I would have hoped that they would have had the same shimmer and feel as the bowtie material. The adjustable clips are frail and skimpy. Not only do they look cheap, they also do not provide much support when tightened. The fact that the suspenders are fished through the front clamp loops loosely and not fixed adds even less firmness to their adjustment and allow them to move out of place much more easily. The sizing chart really let me down on these as well. I am 5'11" and I have a bit of a gut so I went with the 5'7"-6'4" sizing as opposed to the 5'2"-5'9" range. The suspenders I received do not adjust to length unless the clips are on my shoulders... Otherwise there is about 5" of slack. I ordered these for my wedding on July 15th and now I will have to cut and alter these in hopes of making them work. I was very excited to try these and sport them for my big day. Even if I wanted to order another size smaller, it is probably to late to receive them in time. Not to mention another $120 in delivery fees is not a bullet I wish to bite. With the exchange rate from US to Can and the shipping, I paid nearly $300 for a great product and a poor one. I do wish I could have shared a more positive experience with you and your team. Not crazy about the standard size - too skinny. Be very careful when ordering regarding the desired size - it’s easy to miss on ordering site. And order PLENTY of time to receive your order. More than the suggested 3 weeks if possible. Other than that I love the product!

Quality of the material was a lot lower than I thought it would be. I could see the seams and everything was very thin.

The pocket square was excellent, but the tie was not quite the color it was made out to be online. It was still a nice tie, I just can’t use it for the occasion I bought it for.

The tie itself was reasonably priced, however, the price to expedite (15 days not exactly my definition of expedite) was not. It was basically the same cost to expedite as it was for the cost of the tie. I would have gladly paid the price for 1-2 day expediting but 15 days is normal shipping in most vendors' worlds.

This sustainable manufacturing process does mean that our production timelines may be longer than other retailers.  While we do not offer ready to ship products, we do our best to provide a quick standard 15 day production time and expedites (for an additional fee). Our expedite costs include a fee for rush production plus UPS Air shipping to guarantee on-time delivery. The shipping costs actually made up the majority of the $24 expedite you paid for. The color was advertised as a match to Azazies "butterscotch" while it is close, it is not a match. They are different. Unfortunately I don't have time to replace.

The quality of the bow tie does not match the pricing and customer service leaves something to be desired. There is no update on progress or eta of product until the product arrives. Will not be purchasing again

The tie is great but you delivered significantly later than expected. I ordered a month ahead of the event I wanted the tie for and it delivered 2 weeks after the event. 14 business days was the delivery estimate. I understand supply chains and delivery has been impacted from COVID but to be a month late from the expected delivery date is not ok.
