I've ordered online for 2 different types of delivery: - ship to home - pick up @ store [20 minutes away] Both times security tags were left on clothes, causing me to go to the store twice to have them removed. Done with Kohls!

I visited the west Ashley kohl’s and was greeted by Shirley she was amazing she was determine to help me along the way and the store was so nice and clean but for Shirley she went above and beyond to help I wanna say thank you I came for one item but left with 10 but great deals

Ordered 2 holiday decorative items both perceived damaged, one worse than the other my opinion could have been prevented, no packing of any kind items just thrown in the Box very disappointing was advised to try and Repair on my own because they don't care anyway. Rarely shop are due to negative past experiences will remember this for the future.

Very disappointed in store #1056, Spring Hill, TN. Went there with a postcard percent discount and a email phone percentage discount. I go back in and show the receipt and am told, only 1 percentage discount. Very deceptive advertising because digital coupon said for today only. The worst thing was the cashier told me before I swiped my card that both coupons were entered. Michael V Williams, Columbia, Tennessee

Terrible customer service. I ordered Christmas gifts in November and was told my items would not be delivered until AFTER Christmas. I will never shop Kohls on line again.

It is past 10 days waiting on corporate refund ! Have called 3 days in a row to be put on hold for 20 minutes! Very poor customer service!

DO NOT shop at Kohls.com if you expect to have a good experience with their customer service team when something goes wrong with your order. I placed orders on 11/29/21 and 11/30/21 totaling over $700 in purchases. I quickly discovered that both orders were being shipped to the wrong address. An address I hadn't used in over 7 years. Fair to state that I have had MULTIPLE Kohls orders shipped to my new address. I have no idea why these new orders went to a very old address. When I contacted them to stop the orders, I was told it was too late. They offered to refund my account and honor the sale prices I received in my original order. Sounds awesome, right?! You know the saying... if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Well that is definitely true for the promises made by Kohls customer service. I was told to wait for my refund (within 7 days HAHAHAHA, NOT) to hit my charge account before placing my replacement order. I could then place an order for the items I originally purchased and they would adjust accordingly. After two chat logs and a 50-minute phone call, I still haven't been able to place an order for my replacement items. All the while, sitting here waiting, items from my order continue to go out of stock and the clock keeps ticking for on-time Christmas presents. 1. I still haven't received my refund, so I must use an alternate payment method. 2. Some items went out of stock, so I adjusted colors or sizes in an effort to still purchase my gifts. 3. I was advised that they absolutely will not honor the sale price if I adjust anything about the items I am purchasing . . . EVEN IF THEY ARE THE SAME ITEM. The reason they are OUT OF STOCK now is because: 1.They are taking well over their promised 7 days to refund my order. 2. Noone in customer service can seem to comprehend the situation enough to actually help me place my order and get my credits/adjustments that they originally promised. NO THANK YOU KOHLS, I will be happy to take my $700+ order to another provider. You are losing this loyal customer. I have been a loyal Kohls shopper for over 10 years. Their customer service has become a huge joke that is not worth the frustration.

Purchased a $120 food processor and box arrived with bottom panel torn off and packing tape all over it. Motorized portion was scraped and dirty. Called Kohl's and had to ask person to stop talking so fast. Told them I had no idea if items were missing as there was nothing telling me what all of the accessories were. They told me there was nothing they could do. I now have to travel twenty minutes to return. Will not shop at Kohl's again. I had previously stop for five years and gave them another chance.

Yes I visited Kohl's west Ashley was greeted by associated named Shirley she said welcome to Kohl's Merry Christmas may I help u find anything her spirit made me and my family felt good I was looking for something for my grand daughter and she say well im here to help you and she did I ended up getting more than what I cane for and saved alot also this may not make it to her but Shirley I applaud you I cane in the store having a bad day but talking with you and you being so helpful I will award you myself if this doesn't get to your store and if it does MANAGERS SHIRLEY went above and beyond I want to thank her and I will be returning back 5 stars to this store and it was so nice and clean ooh and she also told me above 35%off it I get Kohl's card if not 10% I like her customers service Thank you from the James family

The Wappingers falls store was a mess, only one cashier. I was waiting online then got fed up and walked out. Ordered from Amazon, better step up your game

In a day where stores are closing down, it would seem excellent customer service would be essential. However, after discussing a kohls refund policy with the store and customer service in WI, Kohls clearly created policy to benefit the company and not the customer. How can a person not receive their full refund due to purchasing item with Kohl cash even when the person is willing to purchase another item in place of the returned item? This is a company gimmick to increase profit and will create lost customers.

I went into Kohl's to get one item for someone and had to stop many times due to the fact I was hurting so bad. You don't have electric carts for the disabled and you should have doors that will automatically open. I wanted to shop for other items, but wasn't able to. I usually use a shopping cart to brace me up, but you don't have those either. It seems that you don't want disabled people and elderly shopping at your stores. I gave two stars due to the fact the cashier was very nice.

This is not the first time this has happen. I have stuff shipped to my home since it is not in the store. I ordered a pair of mens shoes last week and a comforter I believe on the 16th. I did get the shoes but they were not delivered to my house they were delivered to another street and thank god we the lady is honest. Now I am wondering where my comforter is since it was order 2 weeks ago. I don't know who is delivering these boxes but this will be my third time getting delivered to the wrong address. Let's not make the comforter the fourth time. I am about thru with Kohls. I look on line and it still say the shoes are pending. I don't know who made the delivery since it didn't get taken to my house. Since I am writing this I start my Xmas shopping early and so I bought 2 twin comforters in May cause my grandson was getting a bunk bed for Xmas and when I found out his mom decided to get a double bed I tried taking back the comforter and mattress pad with receipt and they said it was over the time limit and would only give me 17.00 for each comforter and 9.00 for the mattress pad. I am not very happy with Kohls right now.

I ordered something that was never delivered and shipped back to their warehouse instead. It's been months and I never received a refund. Do not shop here! Customer service will not solve your issues. I predict that Kohl's is a dying horse and they're taking people's money down with them. Seriously save your money or shop elsewhere.

I have shopped at Kohls for years. I placed an online order that was shipped through Lasership. That company has horrible reviews itself. It has been 2 weeks still have not gotten my order. I contacted Lasership and they have no clue where my shipment is. They lost it. I called Kohls and the customer service was horrible. Nothing got resolved. I'm so mad I'm going to cancel my account with them.

I’ve been a good customer of kohls for many years. In October 2021 I placed an order for the wrong size and I November I called the customer service to exchange the size for the same price as I paid as a one time exception. They wouldn’t honor it. Im very upset to the point that I want to close my Kohls card.

I went to Kohl's to purchase an item, was disgusted with the price. Decided to check Walmart for the exact item. Found the 100% exact item, made by the same company, for 1/5th the price. This was purchasing it at full price without any sales or coupons. Kohl's was selling their item at a 500% mark up. Will never shop anything Kohl's ever again.
