I placed an order online on December 4th, 2022. We never received it. It was returned by the post office for an incomplete address. Which is funny because I ordered something the day before and received it to the same address within a week. I tried calling Kohl's customer service to see if they could help file a report with USPS since they were the shippers. I was told they can't do anything and to wait for the item to return. I was offered a 30% discount to reorder the item. This was a Christmas gift and this call was made in January. No thank you. 2/3/2023 Almost 2 months since this order was placed, still to resolution, no movement in tracking. I was a very loyal customer until this. NOW, I cut my credit card and will never shop at Kohl's again.

The fat guy at Plainfield was extremely inappropriate. I think his name is Bob. He hit on my daughter's friend. Offered a discount to her even though she had no coupon. She said she had no coupon, he said they could work something out. Who hired this creep? I've been to this store 3 times... everytime he is a creep. Disgusting!

When you buy something on line from Kohl’s and you never receive your merchandise, good luck in getting your money. It takes them forever and when you finally get the money you spent it much less in what you paid. I will never shop at the store or on line again.

Absolutely the worst store ever. Do not deserve one star. Merchandise is very poor quality and anything remotely nice is never available in my size - medium or 10/12. Buyers need to buy more stock in popular sizes. We live in Florida and in December when it’s 80 degrees outside they never have any sandals or light clothes - just dark, heavy winter stuff. Associates tell me it’s because head office is in the north. Company has obviously never done any competitive research. Hard to believe they are still in business.

Prices GOING up up up! NOT A DEAL IF YOU HAVE TO BUY 1 TO GET A SALE PRICE. DONT WANT 2 OF THE SAME THING! STORE HAS GOTTEN TERRIBLY OVER PRICED. 30%OFF is no bargain if the merchandise is marked up heavily

Manager was very disrespectful over a small rug that had a $2.00 on it in the sales unit. He said it wouldn't be 2 but 20, like I was a dummy! It did read $2 thought. This was a store in Rockford,Il

I can't believe when you buy someone a Christmas gift and pay with a debit card, if it didn't work for them they won't give the individual the money back. Put it back on the debit card. Nice gift!!!

I ordered a pair of size 12 slippers and they shipped size 11. I called to return the wrong sized pair and they did not have size 12 so I wanted my money back. They wanted to ship it back and they wanted $26 dollars shipping for a mistake that THEY MADE! Never shop there again and I am Shorting the stock asap.

Kohl's is such a rough do not buy jewelry from Kohl's. I bought a gold chain from Kohl's turns out I pay $1,100 for a chain that's worth about $200 rip off alert. 8 grams of gold.

The Sales Associate name Katie was very hospital and accommodating on December 26 (day after Christmas) while working in the returns department. She was quite friendly and eager to help me. Katie assisted me in reordering the right size shoe Online, while I was still at the store. She assured me that it was her pleasure to help me. Please thank her again for me. I ordered a $200 leather coat on Dec. 18th as a Christmas gift for my mother from Kohls.com, I paid an extra shipping fee for expedited delivery before Dec. 25. The morning after ordering I received an e-mail stating my order had been shipped and would be delivered on Dec. 21. I took that e-mail at face value. Fast forward to Dec. 21 and my delivery never showed up, so after checking the tracking I find that my order was never even picked up by UPS. I then call Kohls customer support and I am told that my order was not shipped because it was out of stock. I never received any notification prior to this that my order was not on its way. I ask to cancel the order and be refunded in order to try to rush out and buy a gift at the last minute. I am told by the Kohls representative that it will take 6 days before I am able to cancel the order and I will have to call back in order to do so, then after that it will take 7 days to process the refund. Basically Kohls sold me an item under false pretenses as they never had the inventory that they charged me for and now they are holding my $200 and it will be at least 3 weeks from the day that I made my purchase before I can get my money back. At this point I'm not even sure that I will get a refund. This is company that engages in fraudulent practices. I have a feeling that they do this intentionally as means to falsify revenue reports as they are holding customers money for inventory that they do not have nor intend to ship. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!

If I could give zero stars I would, I cancelled an online pick up order that cost $48.99 and received a giftcard for $20! They are robbing people blind, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!

This is the second time I got burned by Kohls. Never again! I chalked up the first one as, "well it happens" and now for Christmas I ordered a dress watch for my son, because it was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas, just to find out will will not be delivered until after the Holidays. Like I said, First my wife's jewelry for our anniversary and now the watch for Christmas. This is the last time I spend my money with Kohls.

I left this review with Kohls.com and was told it was moderated and would not be published. So much for honest feedback on their site. Poor online ordering experience. Couldn't log into my account because the system was down, so I had to check out as a guest. Then they sent the wrong color and am given only option to return it online. No option to communicate with someone online to fix it so I had to go out to the store (Jackson, MI). Once at the store there was no clear directions to returns so I went up to the checkouts right by the front door. They were not busy 1 customer at check out and one just getting into line. As I walked through the door a cashier greeted me. I walked around the maze to get to checkout. There had been 3 employees discussing something and one checking out someone. I thought ah cool, np I will be in and out in no time. I was wrong. 1 of the 3 other employees that has been disusing something came over and opened a second line. BOTH cashiers were painfully slow and both started having issues with items ringing properly. It was only after standing 15-20 minutes waiting for them to finish at least 1 order, a manager came up to help them. As she came though glancing over at me with my package with shipping info on it she told me returns were in the back. So I go back to returns and the only thing they can do is return the item and reorder the right one since it isn't in stock at the store. Would be fine except it was a sale item and I have to pay full price for the reorder and if I want the price difference back I would have to wait for the full priced shoes to come in, then take them back to the store again for a refund and re-ring. I live 15 minuets from the store there is no way I am wasting all that gas because you couldn't send me the right shoes in the first place. I returned the shoes and wont be shopping there anymore.

Your Conyers Dogwood store was very busy and only one set of the register was open. I ask a sale associate could I check out in jewelry she said yes. The sale associate at the jewelry department refuse to check me out even though they had no customers. I inform the man who refused to check me out that another sales associate I said I could check out. Finally after much persistence I was allowed to be check out by another sale associate at the jewelry counter. That was to much, just rude. I am finished with Kohl's.

If I could put zero stars I would. I usually order from Kohl's via my daughter's app. However this year I ventured out on my own. My first purchase came in a timely manner. I knew they had a huge sale today. So I waited to use my " free $10 "Kohl's cash. After several attempts to use at checkout were unsuccessful, I checked the email with $10 off on it. Imagine my surprise when the code # was missing, all that remained was the pin#. In retaliation I removed a few items. Still well over my limit for free shipping. So I scrolled thru receipt and imagine my surprise when I was being charged $4.99 for tax, yep stayed of Pa, tax on clothes. No sportswear, bathing suits etc... Seriously if they don't want to ship free over $49.99, then they should just charge you up front. I'm not a pro ordering on line, I spent well over a hour shopping for right sizes, through many dept etc... what a waste of time. Seriously Kohl's, now I'm wondering if I have been charged tax before. I'm sure I was, btw it was an estimated tax for my clothes.

I placed an order online it was delivered it came to my house it was nowhere to be found I called customer service help me out immediately with no problems they're replacing the product with no charge to me I can't thank them enough love shopping at Kohl's

love the stores and the website arrangement , but it is ALWAYS SOOOO slow, my time is more precious than this, going to stop buying online -- which was probably 5 times more than i ever buy in a store, really bad service by kohls, they are going to lose massive profits in the future from this no doubt. ( not just me, but others too).
