“I have been a customer since 1995 and today I tried to log in to check my account and was told my husband had to log in. How ridiculous!!! This has been my account for 28 years and I am now told my husband had to sign in for me? This is an insult. He has his own account and I had mine. After trying for over 1 hour to get some answers, besides getting a new account, I canceled my account and will NOT shop there anymore. Very, very poor customer service and, besides, the quality at the stores has really gone down.”

“I went into the store to make a payment. I have always been able to walk in, give my Soc. # and make a payment. We'll. Not anymore. So. I walked out. Called their customer service phone number to make a payment by phone. I have always used my debit card for payments. Well. Not anymore. They want your bank account information. Whichbi don't carry it me. And. I'm out of town. My payment is due TODAY and they won't accept my payments. I'm highly upset. I asked the lady on the phone if they could extend my due date for a couple days then fir the fact I've tried to pay twice and this is a huge hassle now. She said no. If I get charged a late fee, call them back maybe they could remove it. Soooo utterly TICKED OFF.”

“Customer service is horrible, hold times are terrible. Continue to be disconnected for three days. Finally after and hour on hold and 45 minutes on chat. Reps Susan, Joseph and supervisor Sammy S.could not assist do to item now not in stock. If their hold times and disconnecting would have stopped 3 days ago. I could have received my price match as promised. The games that kohls play now are shameless!!”

“So I had a phone interview on Thursday March 16 at 11am. Was told I wouldn't hear back until Fri as one of the managers was out of town. So I called back today sat Mar 18th and was told my application was no where to be found and that there was no record of a phone interview. Then a Gerald calls back and asked who I had it with and I couldn't remember. I asked who would be giving them and he said if I didn't write down that information then that was too bad. Gerald is one of the rudest people I have ever talked to in my life. You could not pay me enough to work for kohl's!! I will never shop there again either.”

“I called to ask a simple question. After a lengthy hold time and verifying my charge card data TWICE I got very little help from a person who spoke broken English. A time-consuming waste of life. Kohls used to be good. They are dying a slow death.”

“I'm finding that it has gone down hill, majorly. Their is no rhyme or reason to their display of women's and juniors clothing. Just a mess of clearance thrown on racks. I will not shop there till they go back to what they used to be. It's like a bargain store.”

“Happy?Kohl's in Burleson Texas is horrible, I dont know who their buyer is but they should be fired.Before Covid I used to buy a lot of my work clothes there(I work at a bank),now pretty much all they have is athleisure and clearance, which is about half of the store. Not all middle aged women who work can wear that stuff to work.Rarely do I purchase anything there anymore,just disappointment after disappointment. They really look like the Good Will store anymore.”

“I placed an order online on December 4th, 2022. We never received it. It was returned by the post office for an incomplete address. Which is funny because I ordered something the day before and received it to the same address within a week. I tried calling Kohl's customer service to see if they could help file a report with USPS since they were the shippers. I was told they can't do anything and to wait for the item to return. I was offered a 30% discount to reorder the item. This was a Christmas gift and this call was made in January. No thank you. 2/3/2023 Almost 2 months since this order was placed, still to resolution, no movement in tracking. I was a very loyal customer until this. NOW, I cut my credit card and will never shop at Kohl's again.”

“The fat guy at Plainfield was extremely inappropriate. I think his name is Bob. He hit on my daughter's friend. Offered a discount to her even though she had no coupon. She said she had no coupon, he said they could work something out. Who hired this creep? I've been to this store 3 times... everytime he is a creep. Disgusting!”

“When you buy something on line from Kohl’s and you never receive your merchandise, good luck in getting your money. It takes them forever and when you finally get the money you spent it much less in what you paid. I will never shop at the store or on line again.”

“Absolutely the worst store ever. Do not deserve one star. Merchandise is very poor quality and anything remotely nice is never available in my size - medium or 10/12. Buyers need to buy more stock in popular sizes. We live in Florida and in December when it’s 80 degrees outside they never have any sandals or light clothes - just dark, heavy winter stuff. Associates tell me it’s because head office is in the north. Company has obviously never done any competitive research. Hard to believe they are still in business.”

“I ordered a pair of size 12 slippers and they shipped size 11. I called to return the wrong sized pair and they did not have size 12 so I wanted my money back. They wanted to ship it back and they wanted $26 dollars shipping for a mistake that THEY MADE! Never shop there again and I am Shorting the stock asap.”
