So during this pandemic why wouldn’t you give everyone a chance to use their kohl’s cash. Nope just an extension of 2 weeks. I work in health care and a family member has Covid. Do you really think I’m checking when my cash expires. I tried to contact customer service and just get an automatic reply. I might cut up my kohl’s card because Kohl’s doesn’t care about people just MONEY!!!!

I ordered three necklaces that they said were in stock at the location that I chose to pick them up curbside that was two days ago there the site says that items are picked generally speaking within two hours it's been 2 days they have no idea when they'll be able to get my order they said not to mention they're not quite sure where it is even though I paid them for my order horrible customer service they have no support they have no employees and don't waste your time ordering from them if you have any immediate plans for what you're ordering

BEWARE!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING BREAKABLE FROM KOHLS.COM. I ORDERED GLASSWARE AND WHEN IT ARRIVED 5 DAYS LATER DUE TO STORES BEING CLOSED THE GLASSES WERE BROKE, SO I HAD UPS DRIVE TAKE IT BACK AND RETURN IT TO THE KOHLS.COM. I CONTACTED KOHLS.COM AND WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER 45 MINUTES ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT DUE TO KOHLS POLICY ON RETURNS I HAD TO WAIT 7 DAY AFTER THE ITEMS I RETURNED WERE RECEIVED AT WAREHOUSE TO GET A FULL REFUND. I CAN UNDERSTAND THE 7 DAYS IF I WERE JUST RETURNING AN ITEM DUE TO NOT LILING IT WHEN I RECEIVED IT, BUT THIS WAS DUE TO THERE NEGLIGENCE OF NOT PACKAGING THE GLASSES AT ALL, SO NATURALLY THEY WERE SURE TO BREAK FROM THE START. NOT MY ERROR THEIRS. TO MAKE MATTERS EVEN WORSE THEY ARE SENDING ME A $15.00 KOHLS CASH. THATS ALL THEY COULD DO FOR MY INCONVENIENCE AND NOT RECIEVING MY FULL REFUND AUTOMATICALLY. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM KOHLS.COM. YOU ARE MOST LIKELY GOING TO RECEIVE IT BROKE DAMAGED OR OF SUPER POOR QUALITY.. LEARNED MY LESSON..

BEWARE ORDERING ANYTHING FRAGILE FROM KOHLS AND HAVE IT DELIVERED. I ORDER GLASSES ONLINE FROM KOHLS.COM ONLY FOR IT TO ARRIVE AND GLASSES WERE BROKE. I GAVE THE BOX BACK TO UPS DRIVE TO RETURN TO KOHLS.COM DUE TO NO BUBBLE PACKAGING AROUND GLASSES THAT ULTIMATELY LEAD TO GLASSES BREAKING ON TRANSPORT TO MY HOME. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE WHERE I WAS ON HOLD FOR WELL OVER 45 MINUTES TO BE TOLD THAT I HAD TO WAIT 7 DAYS FOR MY TOTAL REFUND TO BE PUT BACK ON MY CARD. I WOULD BE MORE UNDERSTANDING IF I SIMPLY DID NOT WANT AN ITEM, BUT THIS WAS DUE TO THEIR ERROR, AND THE BIGGEST SLAP IN FACE IS THEY ARE SEBDING ME $15.00 IN KOHLS CASH FOR MY INCONVENIENCE!! WHAT A JOKE. I DONT WANT ANYTHING FROM THEM BUT MY HARD EARNED MONEY. DONT BUY FROM KOHLS.COM.. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

I must share an awful experience with Kohl’s. I had a $15 charge for my February bill. I paid the bill not only on time, but early, and in return they robbed me of $16 for a late fee and interest charge because they said the payment was rejected...from an account that managed to go through when they took double for the late fee and interest! Hmmmmmmmm I have paperless billing, but they sent a letter notifying me of the payment issue 4 days later through the U.S. mail so there was no chance I’d get it before the due date...wouldn’t you think an email would be the way to communicate for a paperless account??? And why a confirmation code for the payment if it was an “invalid account number”? They couldn't answer any of that and couldn’t waive the fee, but would credit it to my account later if they decided it was appropriate. As I will never shop at Kohl’s again and closed the account, a credit does me no good! Beware of Kohl’s and their billing processes!!

Placed order online, label was created, parcel never shipped, was still sent a bill for purchase. Notified Kohls online and by phone several times, finally was allowed to cancel my order. Hopefully the credit will show up on my account. No email was sent to confirm my cancelled order.

Kohls.com is an epic FAILURE!!! Because of Kohls.com I am breaking up with my longterm relationship with Kohls. Been promised my boots for nearly a month that were ordered to replace a pair of Sonoma boots that were absolutely horrible quality!! Order Clarks. .they never came. Matter of fact. .The boots were never given to UPS/USPS but kohls keep telling me they may still come so it will be over a month that Kohls has had my money and done NOTHING AT ALL to get me my boots and STILL HAVE NOT GIVEN ME A REFUND!!! KO DEAR KOHLS.COM either do some serious butt kissing or leave me ALONE!!

I do not like Kohls, I avoid Kohls at every cost. Everything is over priced, you can get the same thing at Target for cheaper. Unfortunately, my mom went there and bought me a pair of Jeans for Christmas. They did not fit so she gave me the receipt to return them. I begrudgingly went in to return them. Even with a receipt they gave me store credit, which I did not look at because I wanted to get out of there asap and just shop online. When I later looked at it the "store credit" was given to me on a Kohls cash coupon with AN EXPIRATION DATE!!!!!!! what store credit has an expiration date. I went online to buy a pair of pants and OF COURSE non of the numbers on it work, so now I have to go in there, which I do not want to do. That place is such a rip off. I have told all my family to please buy me NOTHING from Kohls, EVER!

Ordered a table online and it came damaged. Been on the phone an hour and a half...with customer service agents who can’t speak English...a friggin hour and a half! First...they want me to put this big box In my car and return it to a store! Really? How bout no! If I wanted to deal with a store, I would have gone there to begin with! Can’t replace it for almost month, can’t get a refund for over a week! Refuse to expedite a new one! Buy Amazon! Stay away from Kohl’s for online orders! Not worth the aggravation or my time! Terrible customer service...terrible experience! Seriously...over an hour and a half to get NO resolution!

Horrible! Myself And my daughter ordered items they do not come on the promised date items were canceled without email sent to us and we never got the items I will never again order from Kohl’s.com

While i was in the store, one of the Associates helped me order a set of curtains online. I scanned the curtains i liked, selected the correct size and entered my address/payment details. It was quick, easy and so much more convenient than having to go home and try to find the same item online

I ordered the Big One Towel Set online during the Black Friday Sale. I sent them to my son's home and he pre washed them only to get a washing machine full of brown lint that actually had to be vacuumed out of the washer. Same problem when they went into the dryer. These towels made in Thailand were of the worst quality and I'm very surprised that Kohl's carries this line of merchandise.

I had to bring back a pair of earrings at Taylor Southland Kohl's on 11-30-2018.I ordered them on line,they sent me the wrong pair.A young blonde haired girl at the return desk waited on me.she had to take me over to the Jewelry counter to find a pair of earrings like the pair I had ordered on line before they sent me the wrong ones.I didn't get the girls name.She gave me excellent service,she found the right pair I had ordered on line.She was so knowledgeable,nice and knew how to do multi task jobs.the manager who came to Jewelry counter and rang me up and sent her to his counter to ring up order's knows her name.it was between 4-4:30pm.I hope you recognize her for her excellent service.She is a very good asset and worker for Kohl's.

I ordered luggage online from Kohls.com for my boyfriend last christmas. Recently we took a trip to Europe for two weeks. Unfortunately, the luggage was destroyed in the travel to Europe. It was beyond the point of repair and we had to throw it away and purchase new luggage in Europe. Once we retuned home, I called customer service. I was in fear that nothing could be done since we no longer had 2 of the 3 piece set of the luggage to return back. The customer service rep was amazing! Not only did she issue me a full refund, but she told us to keep the remaining piece that was still in perfect condition. Kohls stands by their products and I'll always be a customer of theirs.

Using khols cash online was easy, I was able to place my order and in under 2hours my daughter was able to park in reserved space, go inside show her I.D. and pick up the winter coat I purchased for my grandson. Very simple, price was fantastic on Nike coat, and very easily picked up as they sent the email to me and her, as she was also on the pick up list. Very easy and quick transaction. The remainder of my order was shipped directly to me in under 7 days. I also received free shipping for mympurchase that was over 50.00. I also owed the promotion rules and was able to acquire 15.00 in khols cash to use on my next purchase.
