Another issue is the gold and silver shift were not polished adequately and cut my lip. Komuso is asking that I send these in for a replacement however I have to wait until the company receives the items before it ships me the replacement. I find this quite cumbersome as I am leaving for a business trip and would rather the shift be sent to me straightaway. After all, Komuso design sent me two defective items. I really believe in the product and I am very disappointed in my experience. It is very unfortunate.”
“I didn't receive everything I paid for originally. Contacted customer service because i did not receive access details to the quit challenge. I contacted them again for the same reason. They gave me a code to enter at checkout because I had to go through the purchase steps again...but it totalled to $0 since I already paid for it. I paid $36 for 2 day shipping but everything did not come in 2 days. I've contacted customer service a total of 4 times...and I'm still here waiting to get access to the quit challenge. Hopefully, the response will come very soon. If not, ill just return them because they were specifically bought to go alongside the 30 day challenge....which i still currently dont have access to.”

I did receive the classic shift and love it. However, the Flex fidgets have a very strong rubber smell reminiscent of tires. I sure hope someone reaches out on how to return them asap. :)”

“I originally purchased this when I decided to quit smoking cigarettes (after over 20 years of smoking regularly). While it does help with those cravings... I was surprised at how beautifully crafted it also is. I love wearing it as a necklace and having a tool right there, within reach, any time I need to zen out of wanting to buy a pack of smokes.
