“Possibly the worst customer service. I emailed three times about an order that was confirmed and listed as in-stock. Almost a month went by with no communication and then finally when I responded to a marketing email I was told the product was out of stock and all emails are responded to within 48 hours. I sent a screenshot of the three emails from my sent box over the last three weeks and was still told they had no record of them. Finally a refund was generated for a product never received.”

“I was very impressed with actual design of the Shift. The details in the stamping, the hinged 'hanger', the weight and feel. After 42 years of smoking, it was a great comfort those first few days. I also suffer from high performance anxiety and learning the new way of breathing helped a lot with that. I received many compliments on it. I liked the way the company followed up with encouraging emails after my purchase and the packing was way more than I ever expected.
Unfortunately, I had to return it. Even though I had ordered the Stainless Steel it still had a high nickel alloy and I have a nickel allergy. The return process was super easy and the customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this product to anyone suffering from anxiety or wanting to stop smoking.”
“I like the product except that it’s a bit heavy (hard to hold with just your lips if you are driving for instance).
Customer service on the other hand is nonexistent. The fist shift I ordered took two weeks to arrive, so when I ordered the second one as a gift I made sure to select expedited shipping. When I inquired about canceling the order (since a week went by with no shipping notice)…radio silence. No response from Komuso. I emailed again asking if it had been canceled or shipped with no response. The next day I got a shipping notice (13 after order). When I emailed that I’d like to return the item when it did arrive because it was too late, again no response.
TLDR; nice item, a bit too heavy, don’t expect any kind of customer service at all from this company or for it to arrive any time soon even with expedited shipping.”
