I was consistently promised follow-ups, yet I had to chase them down myself. Ultimately, I paid a premium for a product that arrived significantly late, and the lack of interest from the company is unacceptable. I was assured that my shipping would be expedited, yet it was sent via regular shipping instead. The agent failed to communicate that the expedited request was made too late, and I received no follow-up. Given this experience, I am seriously considering returning the item and opting for a more affordable option based solely on the poor service I received.”

“i Just had a brain tumor removed about 3 weeks ago and in an effort to keep my blood pressure calm and my mind calm I decided after seeing the shift for months, I finally had a reason to justify the cost. I monitor my blood pressure throughout the day and have done before using the shift and immediately after, and if my blood pressure is a little higher the shift (along with being mindful while using the shift) will actually have immediate effect on my mental and physical state.
