Hi Anita! Thanks for the review and feedback! The Shift was designed with an angled edge as an inspiration element from the shakuhachi flute of the Komuso monks from 17th century Japan. You can use the edge in whichever manner feels most comfortable. Wishing you many calm breaths!

“So far with two days of use. 1 with the classic and 1 with the active I'm pretty pleased. While I haven't had a full blown panic attack I have had moments where my anxiety kicked in and then my mind would spiral from there. Having this so close actually helped. The reasons it's not 5 stars. Each day someone thought it was a whistle. The chain on the classic gold doesn't really look as high quality as I would've liked. It's got a brass undertone. It also could be a touch longer. But all that said it does what I hoped it would.”
