The key here is to make sure you allow your exhale to flow naturally through the chamber, not too push or blow hard. That might be why you feel like you're having a hard time breathing. “I love the device (partner) in my journey. My only request is that you indicate how to appropriately apply the lips to the shift. I had to reach out to customer support on which side the bottom / top lips to perform the exhale and where the lips should be placed on the shift. At first I got a little frustrated but, stayed with it and getting better at it to achieve the sound Todd exhibited with the exhale through the shift. Had I not been in the right frame of mind, I might have decided to return it. My plan is to pass along the shift to someone else and upgrade to the Koko”

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This Komuso that I just purchased is for my partner. I personally have had mine for 3 years now. It helped me to stop vaping nicotine after being addicted for 6 solid years. Through breathwork I've learned that addiction is more of a mental discipline game than anything else. The addiction is the symptom.... the coping, to mask the inner work that is not being done.
