“I can tell you that if you have a smoking problem, this type of item is functional and easily accessible when you have a need. The function of this breathing system is almost immediate and that need is not so much of a difficulty anymore. Glad to find this, and currently using.”
“Definitely not good for quitting smoking. The design should be better to mimic the feel of smoking a cigarette. If you’re looking to quit smoking, use a different product. There are definitely better ones out there”

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This Komuso that I just purchased is for my partner. I personally have had mine for 3 years now. It helped me to stop vaping nicotine after being addicted for 6 solid years. Through breathwork I've learned that addiction is more of a mental discipline game than anything else. The addiction is the symptom.... the coping, to mask the inner work that is not being done.
