“The tube is OK, although I expected it to have a little more resistance. The chain was a complete waste of money. After looking at it, I put it back in the pouch and when I pulled it out again, it was in knots that took me 15 minutes to untangle.”
“You know, I was a 2 1/2 pack a day smoker for 20 years, and I suffer from a lot of stress and anxiety related disorders . Now, Iām only a little ways into quitting , so Iāll check back in, but so far : You expect quitting to be life changing . Youāre told you have to give up all your triggers. But my triggers are partly, mostly, things I love. Coffee in the morning outside with my dog, a glass of wine on the porch with music , playing a game with online friends . Things I donāt want to give up. Things I wonāt give up because quality of life matters too.
But the Shift changed the equation. I havenāt had to give up my ātriggersā because Iām not just quitting nicotine, Iām replacing the habit with something healthy that actually reduces stress instead of creating this weird illusion of stress relief by feeling better only when I get a fix.
Iāll check back in in a month or three. Maybe my life will have Shifted even more.

“Got the pink active shift, the ceramic started to chip off after 5 days of super careful using. Trying to get my money back but company not responding to emails/ messages. Defo not worth the money.”

“Itās pretty but when you exhale through it (doesnāt matter the intensity of the breath) thereās a whispy whistle sound. I tried a few different ways to place my lips/mouth on it but I have to actually think about the placement before I exhale to avoid the sound. It just doesnāt work the way I thought it would, in that I thought I would be having it around my neck and exhaling into it whenever I want. Iām going to return mine and itās really frustrating that the cleaning kit canāt be returned even if itās unopened. I really thought it was going to work but the whistling is annoying and even my dog is annoyed.”
“This review is addressing their customer service. A third part shop app rerouted my items to the US (Iām in Canada) they were attentive, responsive and kept you updated throughout the whole mix up. Mind you, this was not their fault yet they took responsibility. Thatās the type of company I like to associated with. The product itself is great! Well crafted and well thought out. “Not for me. I saw a misleading ad that had me believing there was some sort of resistance when you breathe through it to stimulate drawing in a value or cigarette. When i got it and read the Instructions, I saw it was just got calming breathing. Might be great for some but was a huge waste of money for me.”
