“I too have been scammed by Konnec, ordered and paid for an item and never received. It appears that all the good comments have been written by Konnec themselves.
I did some research on UK Gov website Companies House, and found that Konnec Limited had a Director/Secretary named Kanthasamy Sripiragash, born Nov 1991, he resigned on 20th Aug 2022. He has been replaced by Kandiah Jayson, French, born Setember 1994, appointed 20th August 2022
I immediately got on to my bank and cancelled/blocked the card I payed with. I would urge you all to do the same.”

I order a Yale 11 piece alarm kit on 2/8/22 which the quoted a 2 day express delivery very thing seemed fine at first even sent me a tracking number for Evri to this date Evri have still not received it.
I have sent numerous emails to they customer services on a daily basis but are yet to receive a explanation or reply .

“They took my money on the 18th August and still no product , no answer to my email chasing product , tracking number says not recognised.I have to wait 2 weeks before NatWest will let me report them as scam , I paid on my debit card so have lost my money that I can’t afford to lose so feel really angry how a company can trade so illegally and I am unable to get my money back .It is so unfair”
“TOTALLY BUST!! Fortunately I only bought a few items for less than £20 & was sent tracking info that lead nowhere. The items were never sent and all contact with customer service was ignored. There is suspiciously no phone number to access Konnec and when I checked on Companies House.. both directors appeared to have resigned very recently (Aug '22) They shouldn't have been allowed to take any orders at all because they are clearly ceasing trading. PLEASE DO NOT BUY from this sham company at all. You'll just be giving them money for nothing.
I imagine that they won't be giving refunds so it's a tough lesson learned. I'm only sorry for people who spent so much more. PLEASE BEWARE”
“Appalling company and impossible to get hold of. Payment was taken on August 6 and still no sign of delivery or indeed any updates. This appears to be a fake company. No contact number or at least the contact number on their text is "service is closed" Why do companies think they can get away with non existent service and products

“I ordered a week ago with a 2 to 4 day express delivery. I habe maiked several times as the tracking they sent taked me to an Australian site who says it does not recognise the tracking number. I contact Konnec by email, and receive and automated response saying someone will contact me in 24 hours... No one has. I have mailed 3 times
They take your money and dont deliver.. Tracking is not honest.. Australia? I have had to buy elsewhere. Very upset they have taken my hsrd earned cash, and not delivered anything. I have reported to my credit card company to see if I can recover my cash

“Non delivery of item ordered , although they told me it had been despatched but courier had not collected it. I messaged them again to say that if courier does not collect, the item goes back to them & that when they get it back I would like it resending. That was about 6 weeks ago, & nobody can be bothered to reply, so would not recommend this company at all, really bad customer service”

“There’s no option for zero stars so I’ve had to give one star. I ordered 3x 5L comfort pure on 28th July and I’ve not received them after waiting 3 weeks. I’ve twice asked for a refund but no response. The customer service is shocking. WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.”

“I ordered a paddling pool from Konnec through Amazon. It didn't arrive on the date I was expecting it but I did have an email to say they were sorry the delivery had been delayed. I think I had a spam message regarding this purchase but didn't respond. Instead I asked Amazon if they would check the suspected spam out for me but, instead of doing this, Amazon cancelled my order. I was really annoyed about this as I would still like delivery of the paddling pool and have been told by Konnec that Hermes are at fault. I then had an apology from Konnec for my lost delivery but they have reimbursed me and say that if the paddling pool should arrive I may keep it as a gesture of their goodwill. I don't consider that Konnec are at fault over my purchase.
Because the item is lost, I cannot answer the following questions.”
“The only reason I am giving 1 star is because there is no option for zero stars. I have been waiting since June 4th 2022 for my order. Konnec are very efficient at stealing payment for zero delivery. When I email or try webchat, I get automated responses.
