“Kora skincare used to be minimal, simply packaged and good quality products made in Australia. Now there too many products to choose from, in fancy containers, low quality and very overpriced. Also, no longer made in Australia”

“so disappointed, organic, comes with gorgeous glass jar but in a plastic pod thst sits inside the jar!! so the product sits in plastic instead of glass, even though a glass jar is provided!! Anyone buying organic does not want their face cream sitting in plastic.”

“Too expensive for too little. For the price I might as well buy the best being Augustinus Bader. It lasts longer and works. I was really disappointed. It all does smell nice though but I need products that work. I'm sure if you are young and have lovely young skin they would be nice but for older skin they do nothing.”

“I love KORA skincare but have had an allergic reaction to a few of the more recent products and needed to remove off my face immediately (burning sensation, puffy/redness). Throwing all this money down the drain - just going to stick with the basics from now on and not try anything new.”

“I really wanted to love this as I am a devoted Kora Organics user but it just didn't work for me - it's lovely and fresh when you first spray it...then nothing :( My skin is 50 though, so this may be better for younger poeple.”

“Hello Miranda, I really appreciate the opportunity to give you feedback here, as I was going to email customer service. My rating of 2 stars only applies to this recent purchase. Ordinarily I would rate Kora Organics with 5 stars. When I previously bought this body lotion, I was so happy with it. It felt beautiful on my skin and was so readily absorbable and moisturising. Which is why I purchased 3 more bottles recently. Unfortunately Miranda, it's just not the same quality product this time. It feels more like a sorbolene-based lotion; the lotion feels thicker and greasier and even 30 minutes after applying it, my skin still feels greasy. Disappointingly, all 3 bottles are the same. Whereas previously it was such a lovely lotion to use; so very light and so moisturising. As I'm housebound I have been unable to return it to you. I'm hoping that this has just been a bad batch and in future this body lotion will be as it was. Previous to this experience Miranda, I've loved all the products I've bought from you and I was delighted that I had found a wonderfully ethical company which sold truly beautiful products. I hope my recent experience doesn't become the norm so that I can remain a customer. Yours sincerely, Linda”

“i was impressed with the mission and story behind the building of Kora Organics and was especially intrigued with Ms. Kerr's professed belief in a company which uses her name and reputation in order to promote itself. it certainly caught my attention and inspired me to try out the product i was most interested in. i am sad to report that the product failed to live up to the reputation of the founder of the company. at least, for me. i don't believe Ms. Kerr is at fault but i do think further research, testing and development needs to happen before one can make certain claims about the efficacy of the product one is selling.”

“Was excited to receive the love life collection since it came with my favourite KORA turmeric exfoliation and facial oil however was very disappointed about the RMS lipstick as it has a very stale fragrance to it. I don’t recommend it to anyone who has sensitivity to fragrance.”

“The products reached me damaged and extremely hot (I’m in Miami) I sent an email with photos to you customer service people but haven’t heard back. It seemed like a truck ran them over. I’m very disappointed!”
