“Okay, this is going to be my honest review of this service. I reached out to them on the 2nd of January and placed a consultation call with someone called Susan, who walked me through the process of getting verified and we discussed all that was needed of me and how long it takes. honestly, that was very reassuring to me seeing that they have actual customer support with phone chat. this company has a history with Instagram automation before, I wasn't really that concerned, and seeing as to how I was recommended by a business panther of mine, easied my heart a bit. I made my payment and I was told the date I was to receive my verification badge but 2 weeks passed from the set date and my profile was still not verified I got worried and reached out again and this time I got a different agency name, Kevin. He told me that the order was placed on hold due to an influx of new orders and the processing time had increased from that time they told me which was very frustrating seeing as I had a huge launch party planned on that date with some friends of mine. Kevin told me he will try to fast track my order and now I got my verification badge. The only reason am giving them a 3-star rating was because of the lengthy time it took and I was not notified of this but everything else went smoothly.”

“well, I tested this service to actually see if it was legit and I was very impressed with what I got. under just an hour of the service starting I gained 20 followers ( Mind BLOWNNN!!) I went through each of the followers and they were real people, not just bots. I went had a conversation with a few of them and most seemed to have come from a direct message from the child accounts. amazing job guys!!”

“i use to be a customer back when they had a self automation service which was great back in 2019-2020 but since the last major instagram update, it was really hard to grow without risking getting banned. Am glad they came out with this service using a completely new method.”

“If you are a startup with no resources, this service is your best shot at getting off the ground. It will only work if you are willing to give it a chance. The negative reviews do not define their capabilities. I opted for the sapphire package. I thought that if I was going to take a chance at letting someone up my business, I might as well go all the way. My training business has me seeing clients back to back. With no wifi at the gym, I can't keep up with my social media accounts until the night time but by then, i'm too tired. The ruby package gave me Shaun as my account manager and I can tell that he puts my business as a priority. Even when I am not available, things behind the scenes are getting done and the constant instagram notifications have proven that. Shoutout to Shaun!”

“Honestly I am a little disappointed in the number of likes I have been getting recently. I am pleased with the followers, dont get me wrong. Everything is great except the number of likes I am getting. I work so hard to put our quality content and I think my photos deserve a little more. I just started a few weeks ago so hopefully things pick up. We will see how it goes but so far the growth is astonishing and so is the support team here. Love what you guys are going with Krystal smm since this seems to be the only legit mother child service.”
