Received my XXL Kensington bag. The leather doesn’t smell like leather is is so soft it feels fake. It’s definitely not a bag that will hold up which you would think genuine leather would. I was on the fence about returning it and reading the comments I think I will before it’s past my return window.

I bought a black clutch for the holidays. After using it just once, the black paint on the chain and on the snaps is already scraped off. VERY disappointing because it is adorable but not quality.

Bought a pair of trainers..loved them in the shop but after wearing them I have discovered the tongue on both trainers dosent stay where it should and moves over to the side causing discomfort when wearing them! Rubbish. And you expect me.to believe that they are usually £150!! On closer inspection you can see they are cheaply made with cheap components. Primark sell better trainers for a lot less money!! Won't go any where near your brand again after reading all of these terrible reviews!!

Awful customer service I returned a pair sneakers via fed ex It taking more than two weeks to get my my money back I have the confirmation and still I’m waiting to get the money in my credit card I won’t recommend the app to anyone

Quality Issue with Recent Purchase & Bad Aftersales Experience On the 26th of December, I purchased a bag from Kurt Geiger store in Oxford Street, as my daughter's Christmas Gift and unfortunately, on the 27th (just one day from the purchase of the bag), both the zipper and the chain fell apart. Realizing the urgency of the matter, I visited the store on the morning of the 28th of December, just three hours before my return flight to Greece. I took a taxi to the store with the hope of requesting a straightforward replacement, not a refund. I firmly believe that the premature failure of the zipper and chain constitutes a technical flaw, especially given the reputable nature of Kurt Geiger products. This issue is far removed from the quality one would expect from a brand like Kurt Geiger and is more in line with experiences one might associate with products from less reputable sources. I was left incredulous when the store Manager suggested that she was unaware of the conditions under which the bag had failed and did not accept to replace the bag. Honestly? This response is not in line with the level of service and professionalism I have come to expect from Kurt Geiger. I contacted the customer support via email and their reply was that they emailed the store of purchase with order and my contact details. They asked them to contact me directly on call for a resolution and that THE CHOICE OF RESOLUTION WILL BE AT STORE'S DISCRETION (who they already refused the replacement). No one has contact me. That is really disappointing and obviously my daughter was very upset, and she can't use the bag we bought for her as a special Christmas gift from London. Do you find it reasonable for such a bag to break within a day, and the request for replacement to be denied? Normally, I would request a refund given all the inconvenience I have experienced, but I am specifically asking for a replacement........

Purchased a purse for my wife. She used it for about three months before all of the stones began falling off. After going back and forth with them a few times, they literally said they don't warranty their products and there is nothing they can do. Poor quality, worse customer service.

Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering... I fell in love with the jewelry bow collection so I found the bracelet and earrings ant Bloomingdales & Dillards. Ordered, shipped, received within a fews days and everything perfect. Then my main piece(the matching necklace) was only available at the Kurt Geiger online store so I ordered it and the wrong necklace arrived(one that was about $100 cheaper than the one I had paid for) I reach out to customer service, no exchanges are offered and it took me one whole day of arguing to even get them to send me a free return label(they said I had to pay for the return at first). I also had used a coupon code which they gave me a replacement code to re-order the necklace again. I dropped the necklace off about 3 weeks ago. Refund still hasnt been processed ... Meanwhile because I needed the necklace by christmas, I ordered it again last friday. Monday evening I get an e-mail that there was a technical issue and my order was unsuccessful and that the refund would take 3-5 days to process... I immediately reached out to customer service because after trying to order the item again that evening, the coupon code didnt work anymore... response was that they dont issue any sort of codes and to reach out again once I get the order confirmation which took until yesterday(wednesday) to even receive. I had my fiance order it under his e-mail to get a new code but qhen I entered it, it said code successful but the amount stayed the same. Again, was told to reach out after the item has shipped which I have not received a response yet... Apparently the necklace will be delivered today but I also paid for express shipping($10) which is ridiculous because if the company would operate correctly I wouldve had my necklace at the end of November without any extra costs for shipping... I love that set but if I hadnt already purchased the matching items I wouldve never re-ordered and will definitely NEVER buy from Kurt Geiger again. My friend in Germany had similar issues and was sold and send a bunch of damaged purses that she ended up returning but it was such a hassle for her... There is an influencer who works at Dillards and he warns about the quality as well. He said Kurt Geiger items make up about 70% of their total returns at Dillards because the quality is so cheap. STAY AWAY FROM KURT GEIGER PRODUCTS!!!

Do not shop here!!!! They sent my huge bag in a small box causing it to be wrinkled and folded it. I returned it on 11/20 and being that my son lost the return label receipt they are stating they never received the return. Stores always keep the return label barcodes and they should definitely be able to tell that the item was returned. When you respond to them there is always a different person that responds to you! One agent responded asking me for the store I dropped off the package so they could file a report the next agent said there is nothing they can do! The purse was almost $200 and I know they received it back it’s ridiculous how they treat there customers if you lose the return label tracking information they lie and say they didn’t receive it so that they don’t have to refund you. I have spent a lot of money with them and this is not the way you treat your customers.

Not good quality…wallet leather ripped where snap is and the company wouldn’t take back. Couldn’t find my order number and it was ordered through their site!!!! Don’t stand behind products and had 20 emails and photos.

This is the worst company do not order from them you will regret it. This company stole over $200+ dollars from me and wont even refund my money on a package I never got. FedEx did not delivery my package to the delivery office where all package go. They dropped my package outside my building where it was stolen. FedEx advised me to contact my shipper for a refund and Kurt Geiger Would not issue my refund. I have never been treated so badly by a company. I’m so hurt and frustrated $200+ dollars was taken from me.

I will never order online again. The lack of communication and customer service delivery is terrible. I had ti submit my order 2x. The first time I never got a confirmation but my card was charged. I reached out 2 days later to find out I needed to submit the order again because it did not go through the system successfully. At this point it’s Friday and I needed this item by Tuesday in another state for a gift. I placed a new order and had to pay additional money for expedited shipping. I reached back out because I never got a confirmation again. I end up just going to the mall and finding something similar spending more money because I didn’t want to chance it. I sent a email to cancel the order immediately. Support finally reached out today, Monday stating they can’t cancel my order and refuse to refund or process a return. So dissatisfied

I purchased the eagle chunky slides, they are HUGE! They appear to be for a man! I returned the shoes and this company refused to give me a duplicate return label for my 150.00 purchase. They stole my money. They have the shoes and my money! This is not a up standing company at all! I would never purchase from them or buy anything they make from another retailer. BAD MERCHANDISE! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY STOLE MY MONEY, if you have the merchandise and the money, that means you took my money! BUYER BEWARE!

This company doesn’t even deserve one star! I placed an order 3/15/23 I reached out via email several times for update and they advised me the order will be processed ASAP. This was the response I received twice other responses were vague stating my inquiry has been received and they are working on my order ASAP they apologize. So after waiting patiently and periodically checking on my order. I wake up to an email this morning 4/5/23 stating my money has been refunded and give it 3-5 business days to reflect. Again I reach out concerned what happened and of course the same tired lame excuse of we’re sorry for any inconvenience. Like, excuse me this is the worst treatment/customer support I have ever received from any company. And to think a email stating sorry is acceptable. After weeks of them telling me my order has been processed or they are processing ASAP!

Awful customer service and sent me a damaged bag. Similar to what others say. If you are in the US no one will help you. They email back and forth but customer service sux ! They want me to spend more money with them and order another bag with expedited shipping. Then wait for the refunds. It seems like a scam. Don't order from the Kurt Geiger online store. Awful quality and even worse customer service. Scammers ! If you like their products order from Bloomingdale's or Nordstrom, I have never a problem. Seems the Kurt Geiger online store gets rid of their damaged goods online and then wants you to spend more moneybto get a bag without a damage. Thiefs !!! Shady business. Definitely not a luxury brand. Don't but from them.

Horrible customer service and rude response without offering any help or resolution. I ordered two items in 41 and then since in usa I ordered another in size 11 which I assumed was a 41 as 40.5 would be a 10.5. Then it arrived and I get a 42 which is way too big, then the one boot I did quote order correctly was cancelled. I wrote to customer service and Sara answered by saying on the 42 that is an 11 which is news to me and then the 4@ was not coming and I would see a refund soon, really no offer to send anything else? Of course you would refund since you didn’t send me the item doesn’t that go without saying? Just wow! Very curt, very unhelpful, and made me customer who has many items feel like why would I stick with a brand that treats anyone this way?don’t bother buying from a brand that treats you so dismissive! I was so hurt by the terrible behavior

Very poor quality and customer service. Bought pair of shoes for my daughter, returned to the shop in 30 min to return as they were too narrow and was impossible to put them on. They refused to except the return, even though I have asked them about return at the time of purchase, as my daughter was not with me at the time of the purchase.

Order 75047899. Despite paying to return a pair of shoes and emailing customer services numerous times, Carvela (Kurt Geiger) have not responded to me. They haven't collected the shoes or refunded me. Avoid buying anything from them...dreadful customer service.
