I booked my car MOT for 23rd June month ago. Today I have been told we cannot do MOT on 23rd as we don't have MOT equipment till 24th June. I requested to get it done early. Mechanics was adamant to do it only on 24th. I explained that its my daughter's 5th Birthday and I committed her so I don't want to ruin my day waiting whole day and also asked what do you mean you don't have MOT equipment at branch. It's bizarre for me. Finally I gave up raised a complaint at head office and booked my MOT with Halford in short notice without having any trouble. Guys please don't use Kwik-Fit staff is so abusive and rude. They don't value Customer so we shouldn't value them. Please shop around many others will provide better service in cheaper prices. All the best.

Had a low pressure warning on one if my tyres. Managed to get a next day (Sunday) appointment. They inspected the tyre, found and repaired a puncture for no charge. All free. Amazing!!

Called in at the bridlington quick fit for a puncture repair was told they would not be able to do it until tues went elsewhere wont ever use quick fit again

Ex employee treated like a nobody! Customers paying for parts and not getting fitted! Really bad things go on! Should be back on watchdog!!!

Far away from home in High Wycombe I needed assistance of My favourite garage Kwik Fit when my tyre pressure light was on my dashboard I called at the Kwik Fit depot at 97 London Road High Wycombe and was dealt with by a very pleasant and professional mechanic named David within minutes my problem was fixed tyres pressures checked warning light extinguished enable to return.home to Cheshire later in the week My thanks to the young man named David Well done 10 out of 10

Had 4 tyres fitted but after I had an issue with a TPMS sensor that was damaged. I could not prove they damaged it but I had no issues previously for 24 months!. Main concern was that it transpired that they also fitted one tyre in the wrong direction so the rotation was going backwards. Also two days later they undertook a MOT on the car and it passed although I should have been advised it was a MOT failure due to the tyre incorrectly fitted.

I rang Northampton Kwik-fit in the morning to say I had a nail in my tyre. The manager asked me to bring the van in at 2 o’clock the same day. I waited for an hour and a half for the job. I was thrilled when I was told that they had mended the puncture and that I wouldn’t be charged at all for the job. I will definitely use Kwik-Fit again as my first port of call! Thanks a lot for your service!

Very happy customer. I Took my DS3 to kwik fit plus London Rd High Wycombe. For change of wheel bearing the job got done and I wasn't satisfied, however the team there was very courteous to make sure I was satisfied especially the manager, they took the vehicle back and fixed the things I wasn't happy about and even gave me a massive discount....

I booked my wife's car in for a service at the Knaresborough branch and thought no more about it until I got home from work for her to tell me it had failed on loads of issues and was not safe to drive . I think they used a shock tactic to gain the work. When all they needed to do was advise her that in the near future three tyres would need replacing and the tyre seal was out of date , none of which were at or even near a legal limit and for the work they did they charged my wife an extra £300 and this was for a 165/60 13 Arrow tyres what they advertise as a low budget tyre. I thought Kwik fit was trying to get away from this sort of image that it has had for a long time .

Needed tyre for mini ...local one didn't have travelled 18 miles to uckfield had two in stock but even open for another hours could and would not change... too busy told... person on desk unhelpful bordering rude... travelled another 25 miles to Tonbridge.. and on it straight away and helpful... and before anyone says anything I know how long it takes to fit and balance a tyre I used to be a tech at bmw London fir 8 years...

Had Quik Fit mobile replace tyres on my car this week but the first time I've driven I see I have a flat tyre. I then got support from BMW roadside recovery who told me that the tyres on my car are not run flat despite these being specified to Kwik Fit. I have tried to call Kwikfit Mobile customer service to discuss the matter and was kept in a queue for over 20 mins and spent the last 12 of these being told I was first in the queue. I then ran out of time and had to leave without speaking to anyone. How few customer service agents are working if I can be first for over 10 minutes?

Bought car battery, but still had trouble starting car, took car back, he told me it was alternator fault, I said do you think so, he said I KNOW SO! I thought he was wrong because it was showing 14volt input when engine running, took it to my Mechanic put new starter motor on, Problem solved

As A Female and not knowing much about cars or MOT Requirements, the staff were so friendly and explained and showed me what the car required, 'Chris' made me feel so at ease and the Gentleman doing the MOT was professional and courteous. Thank you Guys well Done!!!

Slow puncture repaired very quickly - saved money on a new tyre :-) Winchester branch felt very covid-safe with door wide-open in reception, screens, use of gloves and protective sheets when in my car. Altogether very happy.

Extremely overpriced. Found out after paying £300 (that I told them that I couldn’t afford) that I could have got the job done cheaper if I had shopped around. I urge people to shop around before using Kwik Fit!

just had my toyota iq mot'ed at the heywood branch. was met by a friendly fella behind the counter. was told about an hour's wait. car was taken in for mot 5 minutes later. around 45 minutes passed car came out. collin ( mot mechanic ) then told me it had passed and was very polite and complementary about my car... all in all i had a perfect experience and would recommend the heywood branch in particular collin to anybody requiring helpful, honest, professional mechanics. thank you

Overpriced . I have problem with exhaust pressure sensor pipe. They suggested that I need new DPF , new pipes and the sensor ( all this parts from uk supplies you can buy for under £1300 New!!! ) Kwik fit changed £500 labour. But the final bill whose £2500 !!!! When I pick up the car nobody give me any information about how much parts cost. I write complain about overpriced. Manager from complaining department explained that parts are expensive. I also complain about vary doggy invoice according to with one they fit 19 !!!! Gas kits in to my car !!!!! He apologised and offered me a new invoice . And as a act of goodwill discount from my next MOT . How nice from you KWIK FIT .

Had great service from Sulley at the Felbridge, East Grinstead branch last week, he did a very thorough winter service on my Renault Kangoo, was very informative and efficient very impressed!
