“Absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I needed to exchange a gift of the bracelet stack for a larger size. I had to pay a $6.00 restocking fee AND $15 shipping for the exchange. On top of that, I wasn't even given the correct amount back on the gift certificate!! I had to pay over $30 for MY OWN GIFT!! Customer service was HORRIBLE!! I couldn't speak to a person!! It was all through emails, which makes it very difficult to explain the situation. Will NEVER order from this company and will NEVER recommend it to anyone!”

“I can't hook the tiny clasp and loop on my ruby necklace and have been trying since I received it. I find both ends too small for my fingers and now I'm not sure what to do. I will call customer service because I either have to return for refund or maybe there is a larger clasp/hook that they can send.
