“Placed a bet online 17/18th/06/24 on M Homa boosted from 45/1 to 50/1 Travellers golf USA and S Beirstow 40/1 boosted to 45/1 klm dutch open golf, tournaments beginning on 20/05/24. €20 ew on each golfer and €16 ew double, €96 euro total, then I discovered that Beirstow was a non player/runner, I checked online but there wasn't any option there to put in a replacement golfer for the non/ player, nor did a refund appear on my account. So I rang the ladbrokes online section in the UK, to be informed that I could not put in another golfer to replace the non runner in my bet, now bear in mind this is Tuesday and the tournament doesn't start till Thursday, then I was informed my bets containing Beirstow would be voided but no refund issued until the tournament ends, then I enquired as regards to the double if Homa wins and Bairstow is a non player, they said the bet is void? How can that be if I have a winner and a non runner/player surely that has to be settled as a single winner, as they have point blankly refused to refund/credit my account for the non player S Beirstow, I then requested to speak to a manager, and this guy called Charles spoke with me, in my honest humble opinion his knowledge of betting rules/regulations were like the proverbial DONKEY,first off he declined to give his full name and title, he said I could not be refunded on the Bairstow portion of the bet until both tournaments finished, but they were in my opinion holding my money under false pretences as Bairstow wasn't playing so I should have been refunded on my €20 ew on Bairstow plus the €16ew double on Homa and Bairstow that Ladbrokes say is void because of a non player?? Surely if one part of a double is a winner and the other is a non runner, then you get paid out as a single? Anyway they are holding on to my money until the tournaments finish next Sunday night, can they legally do this? If my player is a non starter, then surely I must be credited at once on my single bet, and how can they deem my double bet void if Homa wins and Bairstow is a non runner? I have no chance of winning from the outset and yet the hold on to my cash? To me it's taking money under false pretences/fraud So beware of Ladbrokes because its my full intention to see this through to the bitter end.”

“Played alot of sites and ladbrokes are up there with the worst.i landed a jackpot on new game next thing the dial moves after stopped to a x2 win so get 1.50 .when complained they told me I might have lagged on my Internet yet not lagged once before or after,yet min I win big there's a lag issue.crooks.same happened there free spin wheel landed hundred moved to no win.yet the wheel stops when lands so how can it remove n lag only when win with ladbrokes.both times complained both times say fix issue yet still happens when land Big.plus I played labrokes dor couple years and never once won anything big worth talking about bett 5 pound a spin get bonus pays me less then my bet of 20 free spins n win less than a fiver.but that's what they do bet big win fuk all I had lower bets to 20p just get a win again and wen do they give bonus but no wen bet more.plus if get a win withdraw it quick as they will dead spin you till gt it Al bk and kill of any other game you you choose play.so take it n run for week or two as will drain you everything go bk on”

“I opened an account to place bets on Grand National Day and between races I won around £50. I had deposited money from both PayPal and my bank. When I tried to withdraw £30 into PayPal I was told I could only withdraw it into my bank. That supposedly went through but I have not yet received it. I then tried to withdraw the remaining £22 and was informed my account was suspended for security. I then went to chat and was told to send documents as proof. Utility bill, driving licence with photo held up to my face. Photo of both sides of bank card with first four digits and last four but to hide security number. This is an invasion of privacy and absolute ridiculous. I have given up communicating with them as it's all too stressful. I just want my account closed and they can keep my money but worried now about being scammed and fraud.”

“Extremely poor service around a purported security check as a result of "suspicious activity" on the account. Received an email asking me to send my ID again via an email other than the one I used to register. Checked with chat that this was genuine, and sent it five days ago. No response so far (not even acknowledgement of receipt). Account now says that it has been closed. Chased up with chat and was told that docs are being reviewed. Asked for complaint email, and was then told that my case had magically been escalated. I have money in the account and no assurances thus far that it is safe or will be returned.”

“They are scammers i won and they didin't pay my money they did show me out i lost my bet and i connected with customer service still they didin't solve my problem and treat me with closing my account and they didin't pay and closed my account they are disqusting and stinging very big dissapoinment and a shame site i defnitely never and never recomended this bad and unhonest site !!!!”
