“customer service is fantastic. Joe was particularly helpful this evening and the only reason I am giving any stars. The deductions come from a particularly poor experience I have had with the casino games over a 6 month period in which the games appear to be having a particularly negative bias towards me on a consistent basis and hope to prove this through analysing the data from my past bets. Joe was extremely helpful with this request and deserves credit for dealing with it patiently and efficiently. EDIT: at the request of ladbrokes to edit this review I have changed it to a 4/5. customer support is 2nd to none the majority of the time, don't get me wrong there. Nearly always get a quick response and a responsive and engaging support agent. Will leave the star deduction due to an inferior gaming controls system for betting on the site compared with what some rivals offer.”

“Customer service is fantastic and always get deposit offers, however I am convinced that the automated roulette tracks your stakes and the RTP lowers when you increase stakes. I always hit a losing streak the second I increase my stakes, every time without fail. Avg. less than 20% strike rate when my stakes increase on 49.5-65% coverage. edit: I requested a breakdown of my stakes and returns and received a lot of attention in my request which is appreciated. I didn't however get the information I asked for but ladbrokes are currently looking into compiling that information now I have agreed to pay the £10 fee for this work. I would however like the option to put restrictions on my account for certain areas of the site, such as loss limit/stake limit. I gave this suggestion before and again recently which I have been told has been passed on my the agent. I know rival sites offer these kind of controls and think it would be a benefit to have this on ladbrokes as well rather than a blanket block on all betting activities.”
