Absolutely without a doubt the slowest shipping I have ever had to deal with when ordering from a company. I am now into my second week of “preparing to ship” status and the customer service department is rude, snotty and downright nasty when you question the delays. 10 years ago they were not like this so I don’t know what has happened but I will never order from them again.

Just like others, I was unaware of the MONTHLY debit for their frequent buyers group. I learned I’d been charged since ordering in 2019. Customer service promises a “full refund” in 8-10 business days. I’m eager to see if that happens. This practice is at least unethical and maybe fraudulent. $14.95/mo X 36 mo is money I can use as my fixed income is not elastic.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I tried canceling my order when I found out it was gonna take them 6 to 8 days just to ship it out they said they couldn't cancel. They eventually gave me a notice it was shipped but for 2 days now the tracking number is no good so I think that was just sent that email appease me. They charged me twice for the same item and they said once it's delivered they'll take the 2nd charge off I've never seen a company run so poorly I would never ever, ever, order from them again

Dont do business with these people, its a scam. They got me twice. You buy something from them and all of a sudden you are billed 14.95 fir the test of your life. Horrible scam to do to a retired person

I have contacted this company repeatedly. I do NOT want there coupon. Their company is extremely unprofessional and do not possess any customer service skills.

I called to either cancel our change my order 5 min after making the order and they said you cannot cancel it change the order bc it was being processed in the shipping department.. Your not going to tell me it's being packed 5 min later.. Rediculous 😡

I like the products, I don't care that it takes 2 weeks to get an order. What I hate is dealing with what they call customer service. They don't speak English well, and I'm married to a foreigner and am accustomed to hearing an accent. I can't understand them, that are unhelpful, they repeat the same thing over and over again without even hearing the issue. And forget talking to a manager or getting the call history number.

You are 80 miles from me and takes 2 weeks to item's once they are shipped. My last order was ship to Mokena that is 30 minutes from me you then shipped it to, Wisconsin. And it was there for 2 days before you shipped it out again and I still have not got it I love your stuff but it takes to long to receive it..I can order from collections and I get my stuff in 1 week.

Don't understand why it takes so long "preparing to ship". It's been 6 days so far. Plus I ordered enough to qualify for free shipping but when I put code in was informed my item didn't qualify for it. I wish I would have read all these reviews before ordering, and used Amazon...would have had free shipping and here in 2 days

Horrible customer service! I ordered a product and never received it. I eventually found out after multiple phone calls that my order was canceled because they ran out of the product. Never once did someone try to contact me and tell me the order was canceled, no email, no phone call, nothing. The only email I had from them was a confirmation email for the order. I honestly feel like this is a scam. The people I talked to, especially the last one, were extremely rude to me and could barely speak English. Be careful everyone!

Be careful with this website! They will take your money every month! I didn’t do subscribed but they took my money every month! I contacted them, they keep saying they will refund my money but they didn’t!!!!

Worst company ever. Ordered lanterns for my daughters wedding. When they weren’t going to arrive on time, we cancelled the order. They then arrived anyway, two weeks after the wedding. We then tried for a month to get shipping labels to send back the 5 giant boxes. They sent us one label that FedEx couldn’t take because it only had one tracking number. So fed up I just disposed of the lanterns. Not worth my time. Not worth yours either. Shop somewhere else!!

If I could give them a zero I would. This company is a scam. I placed an order for a file folder for my desk. After weeks of no response they finally said the item was out of stock. No problem, let's just cancel and I can find something different. The company actually enrolled me in a "perks program" without my authorization and proceeded to charge me a monthly fee of $14.95. Mind you I never received any services or products from this company. Once I realized the fees were being charged, I called to inquire and request a refund. They were quick to apologize and say they would process a refund. Great! Service rep stated processing would take 2-3 days....10 days later still no refund. So after calling them yet again they then told me the refund had been processed and to contact my bank...so I did. Come to find out the bank had not received anything from this company but actually the company tried to debit my account yet again, after I terminated and requested the refund. My bank processed a dispute and I am hopeful the money will be collected. I will NEVER order from this company and hope you beware.

Do not order from this company. There customer service is terrible and I am still trying to deal with an order. Ordered a latter bookshelf and it came without the screws to put it together. They sent two, and I tried cancelling one, and they still charged my debit card. I called them today and told them I was just sending both back. Still waiting on them to email postage labels to return items back. My bad for not checking the companies reviews. Never again!

So I used to be a HUGE fan back in the days before Amazon was big. This was like maybe 15 years ago. (Maybe 13....) But anyway I haven’t ordered anything at all since 2014. And I still get catalogs. So I placed an order because the shipping was going to be free. It’s been 6 days and my order hasn’t even processed. I called the company tonight and was told 5-7 to process and 6 to 8 to ship!!! I don’t remember it EVER taking this long in the past. And I know we are dealing with adverse times here with shortages and low employment...people out sick all of that. So yeah I can give them some grace. But 2 weeks???? Amazon still seems to make it work. I could have ordered this same item from there but it would have been $30 dollars more. So I guess if I had wanted it that bad I could have paid $79 and not $49....so it’s my fault I guess.

Received box that was damaged, attempt was made to tape it up, but it wasn’t even completely closed. The bigger problem was I received it too late for Christmas. I have called 3 times for a return label and have yet to receive a label. Will never order again & will let all friends & coworkers know not to order from this company. Never had issues in the past, but definitely poor customer service now.
