I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order on Dec.1 My items seem to be traveling all over the country. It is a pretty straight shot from Illinois to Nevada. So far it has gone from Illinois to Ohio down to New Mexico then to Arizona, back to New Mexico, then back to Arizona now it is in Henderson Nev. delivery unknown at this time. Henderson is 10 minutes from my house lol. NEVER AGAIN WILL i order from this company. It is now Dec 18th.

I placed an order in early November for a food playset that showed in stock. The original ship date was Dec. 11 — later than the other items I ordered, but okay. The date then kept getting later and later, and now shows a ship date of Dec. 30. They got my money and couldn’t deliver. This was the number one gift my child wanted. He’s not entitled and he will survive, but it’s disappointing.

I unfortunately ordered from this company on Dec 7th. Package has no shipping status. Usps is Just waiting to receive the package. It is now Dec 17th. Called their customer service dept last night. What a joke!! Their customer service call center is in the Philippines!!! Oh no we very sorry package on way. Really??? And the classic you still live same address? I will never again order from this company.. Customer service had no clue what town in Illinois the company was in. Right where my package is. In a warehouse in Fox Valley Illinois. They can jam my package up their butt til they choke on it!!! I will get a refund. I'm in no mood to play with these people!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I used to order and really liked some of the merchandise. This year, they decided to tack on a $14.95 MONTHLY charge for some type of Pet Perks program that I did not authorize. Talked to a completely useless woman who took forever to try to get this "perk" cancelled, she continued to put me on hold. I finally ended up hanging up on her and cancelled my credit card. It was less frustration and took less time. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY. I advise avoiding at all costs.

They were out of all 10 items I wanted 15 days before christmas. I understand this is a covid year, but this is the THIRD year in a row it has happend. lucky for me I was able to get everything on my amozon account- and the shipping was cheaper! Never again lakeside,i will just use your catalogs for amazon referance from here on!!

Have called lakeside and requested your Christmas catalog 2020 never received this catalog kept sending the holiday 2020 kept rec the holiday one about 6 copies I have ordered from there and never had this much problems with red catalogs Xmas is almost here and don't have Xmas catalog to order then when youu do order it's always the most lie to you when it will be shipped you send a lot of money and they disrespect their customers then they what you to order more you get they need to have expensive item is on back orderjthen when you call they always have an a come back towhy it was not shipped so they make you wait a little longer for your' items if you want good service go to a different compan

Created an order on Nov 30/2020 still have not received package Dec 12/2020. Paid $9.99 shipping and handling. Called for shipping information they said it would be here days ago now. But more than that it's a third party customer service which a lot of companies use but all this one wanted was personal information that the company already has because you have to give it to order online.

DO NOT ORDER FROM. First i ordered online, 2 weeks later i got a 14.95 charge on my checking account. They decided to take out Perks fee without my knowledge. When i called, they could not answer my questions. Skirted around. Second, got notice my book shipped on Dec 1 then nothing. Called again. No direct answer. Again skirted around. Then, on the 11th i received book. Looked at label. It actually was processed to ship Dec 7. The day i called. Do not order unless you want to deal with customer service or at least that is what they call it!!!!!!!!!! Wish i could do a minus review

Do not order from this company. Ordered on 12/4, received email order processed than nothing. Check order and it’s stating backordered. How can I order something, pay for it, and it’s backordered. I want a refund or I will dispute charge with credit card company

Only giving 1 star because I can’t go lower. This company is HORRIBLE. Ordered item on Nov 30, shipping labeled created next day and was sent email that item shipped. It us now Dec 10 and still have not received item. Tracking shows label created but shipping company has not yet received item. Lakeside will not refund since item shows shipped even though they can not figure out why shipping carrier still hasn't received the item they supposedly shipped. Ridiculous!! Guess I have to figure out a new Christmas gift quickly and just fork up a loss and jo refund. THIS COMPANY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!!!!!

Purchased items on November 21st and they still haven’t shipped yet. Don’t think I’ll get them in time for Christmas. Will never use this company again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! LONG SHIPPING TIMES, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SENT EMAILS, NO RESPONSE. DON'T RECEIVE PACKAGES AND TRACKING IS FROZEN. WHEN CALL, THEY SAY THEY CANNOT INVESTIGATE ON THEIR END!! IS THIS COMPANY A SCAM???

Worst company to deal with on a shipping basis. Shipped my item back via FedEx on 11/16 with their label they provided and it sat in WI. I called FedEx and they couldn't help me because they said it was going to USPS. I called USPS and they can't help me. I want to know where my package is and I want my refund. Why they would chose to send items via Shop Smart is beyond me.

They were processing $14.95 that I have no idea of after they charged me the product fee. I called them to cancel “the perks program” (that’s what they called and I never signed up for) but they still charged me the next day. I used free shipping code for this order.

My first order came as expected but it wasn’t until I opened the box that I realized an item was missing. I went online and the item said that it was back ordered until 12/7. It hasn’t shipped and I have no time to receive it for Christmas, I called their customer service to ask if they could reroute the gift to who it was intended for and the “guy” with a very heavy accent said he could help me with anything and then told me he could not help me with this. What a joke. Additionally, they offer “free” shipping but due to Covid have to charge a courier fee (technically not a shipping fee).

Lakeside is a joke. Never order from this company. They charged my account 14.95 for some kind of Perks program and I clearing did not want this. I called and was transferred 3 times to 3 different departments and was told I would get my money back in 3 to 5 business days. I placed my order on Nov 30 and I still haven't gotten my order. Hope I get my package by Christmas. I sent a letter to BBB and seems I am not the only person to do so. I will defiantly check BBB before using any company. Lesson Learned.

The customer service sucks really bad. On their statement is a payment call number. I called the number a few times but was informed that no payment is required. To turn to get a double payment. Then Customer Service (SPO Carlos) say I could have found other ways to make the payment.

My husband placed an order on Nov 30th. He used PayPal. PayPal was charged for a different amount than what his purchase was. Today his PayPal was charged again. Apparently unknowingly to him he signed up for a “perks” program. He didn’t. One number gets the perks program and she was very quick to give the money back. The other number calls a call center that doesn’t even know they take PayPal and because the item has been processed (whatever that means) it’s can’t be cancelled. Hasn’t shipped in a week. No tracking information. If you make purchases watch your account like a hawk since they decide to tack on and change/create new charges.

Horrible customer service. I ordered Christmas items in the middle of November and they won’t be shipped until the 19 of December. If I had been told this, I would never have ordered. And no one cared when I called. I asked to be removed from the email list and to not have any more catalogs sent to me. She didn’t care at all. Said no problem. You just lost a customer. Not that you care Lakeside!
