Customer service is rude! One minute she said I was charged on the 6th but it posted on the 7th then when She said the membership was canceled like what am I paying for I am paying y’all for nothing! I didn’t even know I was being charged $14.95 a month for months now from them. If you buy anything from this store this is what you will be charged monthly!

I have placed orders in the past, no complaints. BUt..try ordering a new catalog, 4 times I have called and was told they would make sure was one was sent in 1- 2 weeks (ha ha) Really! LAST CHANCE

I received the product, but had to return it, because it was too large. I couldn't understand the woman on the phone, VERY strong Indian accent. When I did understand some words, I answered her question, only to be asked that same question AGAIN later. I got so frustrated with a simple return process, I had to hangup.

I wish I had the option of zero stars!! You have not received my permission to take money every month out of my account. Just because I ordered something online , you signed me up for your Perks program!!!!?? BBB here I come!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, GOT HUNG UP ON MULTIPLE TIMES! Computer system generated wrong address and when I called not 5 minutes later, the rep lied and said she changed my address. Requested a supervisor several times and was told they were too busy to speak to me. Sent several messages with no response. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

Very disappointed- 1. name for recipient was not what I put on order. 2. Sent a tracking number 7 days after order and Fed Ex has no record of the order. 3. Chatted online with incompetent associate and never did answer the questions. 4. A gift that I still have no idea where it is or when will arrive. Do not use this company to send gifts. Unreliable. Probably out of US.

SCAM ALERT! Just by entering your email to inquire about 'Perks', you agree to future membership fee transactions to your card! They also charged my card for $52.00 for a $51.89 transaction. BEWARE!

Took a chance ordering some items. Still no package. After talking to 3 different phone reps that gave me 3 different delivery dates. I have now been informed I have to wait another 2 weeks to see if package appears. Then “they” will review my order for a possible refund. No guarantee.

I ordered 2 items and have not received them. I have talked to them 4 times and been told 3 different delivery dates, but still dont have the items. Appears to me that they lie to you and just don't care. Bad customer service!!!!

I bought a hot brush which doesn’t brush through your hair like the advertisement. Also the off button doesn’t work so had a very near disaster after it started burning my dresser

Don’t buy anything. Very, very non-English speaking and understanding phone people, ordered items three weeks ago and nothing. I called I was given a 22 numbered tracking number asked to contact Fed Ex myself—if these items get here I’m wondering if they’ll be garbage!!!

I had live cockroach in my items. I called customer service and was transferred five times and hung up on once. Lakeside would not do anything to help me. They would not send a courier to pickup the package as it sat with all the items on my front lawn. This was the first and LAST time I would ever order from this company!!

I ordered a 3-tier rustic basket thing. I waited months due to back order. My husband said, “I hope you didn’t pay a lot for this”. The holes were not centered & screws went out the side of the holes. Had to improvise. So flimsy & cheap. A few pieces seem to be warped. We expect it to fall apart quickly. Not worth the $60 I paid for it.

I used to order alot of stuff and always paid for it when I ordered. All of a sudden I get a call from your collection department saying I owe you money. So I asked what it was I ordered cause I always pay up front. During the first time you called me I was forwarded to 6 different customer service people and nobody could tell me what it was that I ordered, I was on the phone that for 2 hours and never hot an answer. Since that first call you have called me several times and every time I ask what I ordered and I'm forwarded to customer service again and that's happened atleast 10 times, now it's been about 9 months since you started harassing me and even if you could finally tell me what I ordered, I probably wouldn't even remember if I ordered it. I've spent atleast 6 hours on the phone with your idiot customer service department, the way I see it now, you owe me money for my time wasted

I ordered a Rio Samba rose bush and a Climbing Joseph's Coat rose bush. Both have blooms that change color, yellow, orange & red. Two bushes came, I planted them, and now they have blooms--pink! I did not want pink.

I ordered some items on 90 day plan back in September 2020 I made 3 payments but every month I get a statement from there credit company telling me they are going to sue me I have mailed them copies of my checks at least 6 times every month I have new copies to send on Monday ,Customer service said I have zero balance but 2 weeks later get another statement from the credit company saying I had better pay if we go to court I will win I have the copies of my checks after almost a year they should get it right

What’s going on with this monthly charge ? I did not authorize a monthly charge of $ 14.95 . This is ridiculous . Disputing these charges on my charge card . How can you charge a monthly fee when I’ve only ordered one time from This company ?
