Lakeside is a joke. Never order from this company. They charged my account 14.95 for some kind of Perks program and I clearing did not want this. I called and was transferred 3 times to 3 different departments and was told I would get my money back in 3 to 5 business days. I placed my order on Nov 30 and I still haven't gotten my order. Hope I get my package by Christmas. I sent a letter to BBB and seems I am not the only person to do so. I will defiantly check BBB before using any company. Lesson Learned.

The customer service sucks really bad. On their statement is a payment call number. I called the number a few times but was informed that no payment is required. To turn to get a double payment. Then Customer Service (SPO Carlos) say I could have found other ways to make the payment.

My husband placed an order on Nov 30th. He used PayPal. PayPal was charged for a different amount than what his purchase was. Today his PayPal was charged again. Apparently unknowingly to him he signed up for a “perks” program. He didn’t. One number gets the perks program and she was very quick to give the money back. The other number calls a call center that doesn’t even know they take PayPal and because the item has been processed (whatever that means) it’s can’t be cancelled. Hasn’t shipped in a week. No tracking information. If you make purchases watch your account like a hawk since they decide to tack on and change/create new charges.

Horrible customer service. I ordered Christmas items in the middle of November and they won’t be shipped until the 19 of December. If I had been told this, I would never have ordered. And no one cared when I called. I asked to be removed from the email list and to not have any more catalogs sent to me. She didn’t care at all. Said no problem. You just lost a customer. Not that you care Lakeside!

would prefer 0 stars but....can't do that apparently. So, first issue - ordered a dress in February 2020 - clearly marked "in stock" in the catalog - after a month goes by, get an email - dress is backordered - dress never shows up until AUGUST 2020! 2 weeks ago i ordered xmas gifts - again, CLEARLY marked everything is IN STOCK when i place the order - i received this order and an entire portion of my order has been CANCELLED due to "inventory issues". Ummmm why was I never notified about the cancellation? Now i don't have time to buy another gift as these need to be shipped asap. Thanks a bunch Lakeside Collection. I spoke to customer service - told them to completely remove me from all emails, promottions, mailings etc., that i will NEVER order from these people again. Spend your hard earned $ elsewhere my friends - this company could care less about you.

I have always been happy with them except recently i getting little worried ordered a child gift in september been on backorder suposebly shipped nov 27 how long take to ship today is dec 4

You can't even get on the site to check an order or anything It just freezes as soon as you enter this site this is the worst experience ever worse than the first one because they would not notify me on tracking or anything second time ordering will definitely be the last time they don't get this fixed I spoke with chat expecting someone to respond with an estimated 2-minute response time nobody came back I can't even chat with anybody because the website is frozen this is BS defund lakeside

Rec'd the Quatrefoil collection today. Pure class from the presentation right through to the bottle design. Haven't sampled it yet but am sure it will taste as fabulous as it looks. Well worth the money. Absolutely delighted.

Placed an order Nov 25th and got an email confirmation then 5 minutes later got another email saying there was an issue with my credit so I called. Got a lady on my phone and told her the email I received and also asked why was I charged $57 when I paid $80.17 and also why was I charged shipping when it is supposed to be free over $75? She said it was a deposit (that's weird) and as far as shipping she had no answer. She cancelled my order and we tried doing it again on the phone and my credit card payment went through. 5 minutes later another email saying before they ship my items they need a bit more info and to call. So I did tonight and the first time it was a foreigner that kept on interrupting me and then hung up on me. Called back got another foreigner who then say please wait and I will transfer you. I get someone start telling her my issue and then she hangs up on me. Third time call back and I get transferred to billing and as she is trying to help me I get disconnected. Fourth time I get an American speaking girl and she was the best and helped every way possible. Her name was Maria. Now Maria gets 5 stars but the rest of the people need to be in the unemployment line and taught proper etiquette and how to speak.

Ok I was excited about my last order. I was finally told after a few phone calls that it was on back order. Ok now 1 month later called of the 3 items 1 is now discontinued. What does that mean. 2nd item 3 days before Christmas. ITS A CHRISTMAS DISPLAY! Now item #3 its a dog food container, it will be here in 2021. REALLY..I could go to my neighborhood store for it. What I really wanted not available. No offer of how can we help you.

I ordered the towel sets that said they were blanket size I received them the towel which was supposed to be blanket size was definitely only a bath towel regular size i was definitely extremely disappointed i will never order towels from this place again.

Last year i spent over 400 dollars with this company no problems did the 90 day pay this year spent alittle over 200 was told i was over credit limit all my Christmas got cancelled no email no nothing didnt know we had a credit limit how do u even find out about a credit limit very very unhappy it takes a while to order items and yes i paid off my bill on time jettie Richardson

They had 30% off + free shipping so I decided to place large order. Similar to the 2 orders 2 months ago. Around $300. I asked for a credit bump from $200 to $300, which is what both prev orders were and since it was 90 day no pay that made it an easy sell to me. I spent 3 hours putting together an order, then no less than 4 different people including 2 in credit Dept "helping" me. Then got disconnected. I don't NEED any of these items, as they were for gifts. My point in spending w Lakeside a midsized company I wanted to support was to NOT buy from AMAZON or WALMART, the exact companies looking to put them out of business. I'm now going to buy similar items w FREE SHIPPING at AMAZON & get quicker. Why do comanies fail to make or empower their employees to make TIMELY DECISIONS. WAS budgeted for $3500 in spending there next year after about $400 this year, prior to almost $300 they lost today. Stupid stupid stupid!!!!!

Placed an order with the 90 days same as cash.. Never received it when daughter called about it was told it was above the credit limit ...when asked how much is the credit limit ..found out order was below the limit So for no good reason the order was canceled without any type of communication from Lakeside. This makes it very hard when a 94 year old is thinking Christmas presents are taken care of..

Good luck getting any order you place with them. They offer free shipping for a ready. I was supposed to get my order last Friday. Then it was changed to Saturday. Then I get a text saying Tuesday. Another text saying Sunday. Then I get a text saying they have no information on when it will be delivered. Now I am being informed that the package has been on the truck since Saturday morning and is expected to be delivered on Tuesday! This is the 3rd time this has happened with their horrible delivery practices. It will be the last. I will not spend another dime with them.

Never order from this company! My first and only experience was them charging a $99 preauthorization and the $98.37 for the actual order. They kept both amounts. I talked to 3 different departments (all off shore) and was told to email a screenshot and they would respond to the email. The prices don't seem bad at first glance but they charge a fairly high amount for shipping and add a merchant fee on top of it. Stay away from this company!

Placed an order at 10:53 pm one evening. The next morning at 11:53 I received an email saying that an item I was looking at is now half price. It was actually one of the items I ordered. I called the Lakeside Collection customer service and asked for a credit for the difference since my order had not even shipped yet and it was less than 13 hours since I placed my order. Of course the customer service was offshore and they basically told me tough luck. Never had a company show so little concern for an issue. Last time I order from them.

I ordered 3 LED Christmas Crosses for 3 gravesites through Walmart. The first one came with no information on the other 2. When I called, they couldn't find my order. Finally the other 2 came. 1 was broken. Sent picture and asked for a replacement. Emailed days later asking when it would be delivered. After several more contacts, I was supposedly issued a refund.That was 13 days ago, still no refund. Stay away from this place!!

Ordered a snowman for outside. It came poorly painted and with some rust. There were screws missing and other screws that weren’t long enough to work. Not only was it not worth the $19.99 but shipping fees were ridiculous. Will never order from them again and I suggest you don’t either.

Opened mailbox xmas swag and Garland swag, battery lite. Neither product works, just opened Nov 15. Called customer service, past the 30 days so no return. Who opens xmas decorations Oct 15. Poor policy. Lesson learned.
