“ The customer service person I spoke with said she doesn’t see an order yet, so she can TRY to cancel it for a fee. ”

“ I placed an order on November 2 and was just informed that it will not be shipped until at least December 14 - after the party the gifts were meant for. SO frustrating that a company this large cannot get orders out more quickly. I will most likely not order from them again due to this as customer service told me there was absolutely nothing they could do to help me get the items before the party. ”
