Excellent price for the laptop I wanted. Option to have the set up done which was carried out so promptly that it didn't even delay delivery of my item which was within two days.

Posted a £3500 laptop in only its orignal box wrapped in a plastic bag!! Fast delivery but come on your supposed to be specialists, a plastic bag! No box or special pagaging?! Lets see on Christmas day if it works, fingers crossed! I am downgrading my review to only one star now as after opening the damaged box I am not happy with the condition, this is an EXPENSIVE item, to only put it in a plastic bag is ridiculous! This company is supposed to be a laptop specialist! I contact their returns department and was put on hold for 15 mins at 0.13p per min then cut off!!! This is a disgusting company who do not care one bit about customer services, they take your money and laugh at you! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, GO TO A PROFESSIONAL SELLER!

just as expected only slight negative was that Norton did not have facility to enter product key for pre-paid 3 months protection.

Easy ordering - great discounted gaming laptop in sale. Communicated well throughout the order and special delivery as standard. Plus arrived earlier than expected. I am very pleased and my grandson is delighted he kept his Christmas money to buy his new laptop.

Zero stars if I could. Worst customer service I have ever received! Bought a "refurbished" laptop that had fans the sounded like jet engines when just browsing with chrome. After first restart it corrupted windows and never booted again. I returned immediately. They received the return over two weeks ago now and still no refund. Customer service are worse than useless and can't tell me anything other than "it's waiting to be checked". If it takes this long then you need to hire more staff. Completely useless. Would never use them or any of their other companies under the buy it direct Ltd banner. Do yourself a favour and but from someone else and STAY AWAY from the useless company.

My order was dispatched and delivered without delay and I was notified every step of the way. The courier gave me a one hour delivery window and delivered it five minutes into that window. It just shows what is possible if they care to apply themselves. If this kind of pinpoint accuracy is achievable by one company, one would imagine all of them would apply themselves to it, but sadly it isn't the case! Thank you very much for exemplary service. The actual on-line purchase went very smoothly and the web site was easy to understand and follow. However, delivery requested three days hence was ignored, and the monitor arrived early the following morning, when by pure chance, we were still in.

I purchased a refurb Dell Latitude - general condition was very good, new install of Windows 10 and SSD made it perform well. It was let down by case screws missing from the case back and the Dell serial number label had been removed completely. Without the Dell serial number identification of up to date drivers is difficult - fortunately entering F2 on boot enters the BIOS setup where this missing ID is hard burnt into it and cannot be removed. Their customer service was prompt and good - they reimbursed me a sum to self-source the screws which I was happy to do, just disappointed the action was needed at all. Overall I would buy from them again - the minor issues with this refurb PC were more than compensated by getting a very clean machine with original Dell power supply and a reasonably good battery for a 6-year old machine.

Their prices are competitive. The charging cable in the box with my new Pixel phone didn't work. I contacted Laptops Direct Customer Service and they responded quickly and were happy to pay for a new one

ive had a bit of a bad experiance with my order-and let me say it wasnt laptops direct fault-DPD the courier they used to deliver my parcel are absolutely useless ive had several items posted to me by DPD and every time its been a bad experiance .Laptops direct have kept me informed all the way so no blame on their part.

Needed a new ipad to replace an ageing and unreliable IPad air 2 and found a refurbished Ipad 10th Gen at a very good price, delivered very prompt, everything in the sealed box and working perfectly, very happy with purchase from Laptops Direct.

I was looking for a new laptop (other one has broken screen in danger of falling apart) Daughter in law recommended a laptop which happened to be on the Laptops Direct website. Decided to order and also took the UCover which was detailed. Laptop due to arrive next day and got message with time next day. 12 - 1. Arrived 12.30. Packed well, no damage. Daughter in law had offered to do the set up and transfer of files, so I just plugged the laptop in to charge it. Received a call from Laptops Direct to explain that there was another monthly cover I could take which may be more beneficial than the Ucover, which they could refund. Needed to be done within 7 days of delivery, so I said I would think about it. Daughter in law completed the set up for me and just need to get used to Windows 11, having had Windows 10 for some years. Contacted customer service and asked to make the switch from Ucover to the monthly cover. Very polite service and just awaiting the Ucover refund as promised. I spoke to Zayd Ismail on both occasions and he was very polite and explained things well. NB: I was not 'cherry picked' as per the pop up note. There are very few companies that don't ask for feedback now, but I was happy to give feedback. When I purchase something new, I do tend to look at previous reviews to get an overall view of the customer service and products.

Very happy.. I have a direct contact at laptops direct and I am kept up to date on deliveries. Very good pricing. Can’t really fault them as a business.
