“Customer service peoples were all very helpful every time i spoke to them regarding my original ordered first laptop. After the 3rd return we established the correct code for the backlit keyboard. After a month and the 3rd return being received i was ready to pay the extra for the correct laptop required but black friday had happened and it was sold out. I received a full refund including some compensation for the trouble which i was grateful for. I will continue to buy from this company because i have been using them for years and this was the first bit of trouble. I have since had to return a fourth laptop to another company because the specifications quoted backlit keyboard and when it arrived you guessed it it didnt contain it. I have since given up for the time being and will look again after Christmas for what i require.”

“Laptops Direct had a good price for the product I wanted. Delivered it quicker than I was expecting. Packaging was fine and the product was as expected. I didn't use customer services so can't comment on that, everything else was fine.”

“Great customer service. Item is exactly as described in the advert. I was skeptical at first using this company but overall was happy with my purchase. Shame the Amazon driver didn't do his bit. He delivered my parcel to somewhere else which caused a few panic. Luckily the person was honest enough to give it to me.”

“Ordered a laptop, took over £1200 out of my account. Sam from Warranty called me to tell me their UCover laptop warranty is rubbish and tried pressuring me into cancelling and taking out more expensive warranty with Razer. Do not trust this individual as he lies through his teeth/talks over you/likes sound of his own voice/doesnt listen. 3 days later laptops Direct tell me cant fulfill order as out of stock. They also state their system is not allowing them to refund my warranty cover due to faulty website and I have had to contact my bank to get my money bank. This company is a joke!!! Do not order from Laptops Direct/Appliances Direct!”
