“Lasership delivered my package to a neighbor' yard near their storage building. My house number is clearly displayed on the front of my house. My neighbor found the package a week later and brought to me.

“Ordered from fashion nova and they ship through these people. Ordered 2 separate orders a day apart. Said they delivered 11:55 a.m with one package and came again at 2 p.m with second package. They lied. Was waiting neither package. They refuse to give me my money back and word up. Never order anything online without PayPal. I was in 77.00 dollars. Paypal got me my money back. Love fashion nova, but they know lazership stealing these packages. Found an article on a guy who used to work for lazership, say packages just disappear. I also talking to better business bureau, i dont think they can help, but anyway paypal have buyer protection. Never order anything online without them. Spread the word.”
“Lazership had lost 2 packages that were to be delivered on two separate days . I have contacted their website to ask for someone to contact me , I have sent emails , I have tried to use their Bot without so much as even 1 response from them . Temu has already issued a $5 per order for late delivery and on 9/12/23 if my packages are not delivered will issue a full refund . Lazership has delivered 2 other packages since they lost my other orders and has 3 more with delivery dates on the tracking app but still has not even acknowledged they lost over $300 in merchandise . I will not be ordering from Temu if Lazership /Ontrac will be delivering . Lazership/Ontrac has changed the delivery date of the lost packages from 9/9/23 and 9/10/23 to there have been no updates for delivery in 5 days. Still they have not even replied to any of my messages. I have them 1 Star because I can't find a lower choice.”

“I'm working from home all day and awaiting a particular package from Amazon. Lasership is the shipping company that is handling this delivery and for the past three days at the end of the delivery window i get a message of "Attempted Delivery" which is clearly not true because as i said i'm at home all day and keeping an eye and ear out for deliveries. “I have had multiple deliveries delivered to the wrong house. They even send a picture! When you contact them they insist they delivered it correctly-it’s like arguing with a 5 year old! One time I got my package because the person it was delivered to was nice enough to bring my package but the others had to be re-sent. I will not use a company that uses them again.”

They say they attempted delivery which is not true because I've been sitting here looking out since this morning and NO one has been at this building. Have you sitting all day waiting for your package cause they say it's out for delivery then several hours later they talking about "Delivery Attempt". That's a LIE. “My sister's package arrived a month late. It arrived with tire skid marks like it was ran over by a truck. Package was taped up like it was opened. The item came broken. I've heard nothing but bad things about LaserShip, I've seen videos about LaserShip doing things such as stealing packages, delivering them to the incorrect address, throwing them, opening them on the porch, taking a delivery confirmation photo then stealing them, running them over and more. LaserShip is not to trust. I have 3 packages coming with LaserShip and if anything is wrong with the packages I'm leaving another bad review. This company needs to be shut down, for real.”

“I wrote this to be posted on the Better Business Bureau's site with 1000's of other bad reviews from customers who had similar or same kinds of bad experiences with Lasership and I just sent it to my state attorney general too. I also sent the BBB a complaint letter.So far I haven't heard back from them. My shirt from Fashion Nova was originally supposed to be delivered on July 6, but I checked on this site early on Sunday July 2, and it now said that it was going to be delivered this day, it said it was out for delivery but a few hours later it said that they attempted to deliver it but couldn't because of security and signature reasons. I gave instructions on Ontrac's site which is a part of Lasership for them to please call me when they are ready to deliver my order because the intercoms are broken at my apartment building and only USPS has a key and they always leave my items securely inside on the first floor,and I have had items stolen left outside by Fedex,UPS etc.
Lasership customer service agent called me back about an hour before they claimed to deliver my package and he said he sees my instructions and he assured me that I would get my package today.
Shortly After 11 am on Sunday July 1, I got A phone call from Lasership telling me the delivery guy was outside my building I asked what side of my building A Or C she said C and said he left it there so I went Down just 1 or 2 minutes later but there is *NO* package inside or outside the front or back doors! I called and left my number with Lasership for them to call me back but they never did and I sent them an email too but I haven't gotten anything back.
On July 3, I saw on Fashion Nova's site that my second package was going to be delivered by Lasership by July 10, so I canceled it, their site said Sorry we'll try to do better, then a few minutes later they sent me an email saying that they couldn't cancel it because it's already been processed! I'm sure this order won't be delivered either,it will be a miracle if it does. I deserve and want my $29.04 back! Lasership absolutely should be shut down out of business, I signed a Change.org petition yesterday that over 8000 signed to Protect Your Packages! Permanently Shut Down Lasership!
And there are 1000's of customers on many other review sites besides here saying the same complaints about them. I never even heard of Lasership before and I and other customers didn't choose to use them,the store I and they bought it from unfortunately did. Ontrac sent me an email still falsely claiming it was delivered!”
“Not respecting the delivery instructions. No care for property! my package with expensive Warby Parker glasses was left outside the locked front door, although I specifically requested at a minimum to leave the package in the lobby. Not mentioning we do have a locker room to which they have access! Truly the worst carrier ever!”
