“This company is horrible.. How is it that it was en route to being delivered and then suddenly delayed? No updates have been issued as of now.. this is mind boggling. I wish retailers would stop using this company!”
“This delivery company is garbage. I changed my meal delivery service dates because these idiots never delivered my meals on time and the food would be warm. I have had maybe 2 of 5 packages that were NOT food items make it to my house. One time, I had to hunt down a package by the photo they left and it was in the completely wrong neighborhood. Currently, I am on the hunt for another package that was delivered to the wrong house. How do I know? Because they posted a picture of it on the wrong door step. Last time I checked, houses have numbers on them… I mean seriously??? How incompetent can you be??”
“Delivery was never completed. Items ordered were received at the local LaserShip warehouse and have been there for 2 weeks. Items ordered were scheduled to be delivered on December 3rd. It is now December 16th.”

“Negative stars. On 12/04 My package was supposedly loaded onto three different trucks for delivery on 12/4. No delivery, no package, no update for 8 days . I have been back and forth with retailer and LaserShip OnTrac website because of course you cannot call but if you get lucky you can chat or text. No communication from them til 12/12. I checked my tracking number by manually entering it on their home page to find them deeming
my package "Undeliverable" and for me to contact seller with zero explanation. I hope the theft ring are enjoying the Christmas gifts I purchased for family and friends that sold out. I have reported them to the BBB and I suggest others do the same. I have also asked the retailer I purchased from not to use this suspect company going forward.”

“0 stars. Every single time I get a package that was delivered by laser ship I have items missing that says they were delivered on the order summary. This is the 4th time it’s happened. I strongly believe employees are stealing from customers. This has happened too many times to be a coincidence. Horrible company. I hate ordering online because I worry I’ll get lasership as a delivery choice.”

“This delivery service is the absolute worst. I have had many packages missing and reported them and they always report back after a few days with, sorry it was delivered. Another issue is whoever “delivers” the packages leaves them down the road at my actual mailbox, laying in the dirt vs delivering to my house. Easy for someone to grab as the walk/drive by. I have complained, taken pictures etc, they still do it.”
“They sent an email saying that I wasn't available for delivery which was a complete lie.
We were home all day and our Ring camera didn't show any attempted delivery. They never attempted to re-deliver. The order was shoes from Hike footwear, which I will never order from again because they wanted ME to deal with these idiots and even said I should go drive an hour to pick up the shoes from Laser shipping. This is their fault for hiring a scam shipping company.”
“The delivery driver ignored my instructions for delivery, which resulted in my not receiving the package (I’m assuming stolen?). When I tried to receive support from the company, since it’s their fault, they were not helpful and incredibly rude.”
“This has to be the third delivery in the year of 2024 that they have lost my package and claim for it to be delivered. Pretty sure it was stolen, but why would the company own up to that? They are absolutely terrible and corporations should stop using them.”
“I placed an order with Nordstrom. Packages are usually shipped via USPS or UPS. Unfortunately, LaserShip was responsible for shipping. Failed to deliver, received mixed messages, etc. I called Nordstrom to lodge a complaint against this shipping company. Worst experience ever. Told Nordstrom they should not do business with LaserShip. Very frustrated.”
