“Would give this company worst possible rating. Threw my package in the driveway at night while it was raining. Luckily my neighbor saw it and brought it to my door.”
“This delivery service is the absolute worst. I have had many packages missing and reported them and they always report back after a few days with, sorry it was delivered. Another issue is whoever “delivers” the packages leaves them down the road at my actual mailbox, laying in the dirt vs delivering to my house. Easy for someone to grab as the walk/drive by. I have complained, taken pictures etc, they still do it.”
“They sent an email saying that I wasn't available for delivery which was a complete lie.
We were home all day and our Ring camera didn't show any attempted delivery. They never attempted to re-deliver. The order was shoes from Hike footwear, which I will never order from again because they wanted ME to deal with these idiots and even said I should go drive an hour to pick up the shoes from Laser shipping. This is their fault for hiring a scam shipping company.”
“The delivery driver ignored my instructions for delivery, which resulted in my not receiving the package (I’m assuming stolen?). When I tried to receive support from the company, since it’s their fault, they were not helpful and incredibly rude.”
“This has to be the third delivery in the year of 2024 that they have lost my package and claim for it to be delivered. Pretty sure it was stolen, but why would the company own up to that? They are absolutely terrible and corporations should stop using them.”
“I placed an order with Nordstrom. Packages are usually shipped via USPS or UPS. Unfortunately, LaserShip was responsible for shipping. Failed to deliver, received mixed messages, etc. I called Nordstrom to lodge a complaint against this shipping company. Worst experience ever. Told Nordstrom they should not do business with LaserShip. Very frustrated.”

I also put in a complaint with this company and I will also put one with Walmart and have them remove me from this courier list. Awful service.”

“My lady several orders were a mess. Either delivered between 10 pm or midnight which left them unattended on my doorstep overnight, then more recently the package arrives at the hub ((Smyrna, GA) and just sits there for days or gets loaded on truck for delivery but does not show up for several days. The online support is a joke, each time leading back to Win where you get the same bot who was unable to assist the first time. Tickets laced do not get a response either.”

“A text claimed a package from Kohl's was delivered on the rear porch at 8:30 AM. Nothing was there. At 4:40 PM, a Kohl's box appeared on the front porch. It was empty and had been torn open. Kohl's will replace. Asked them to use different carrier this time, but service rep said she can't select a different one. I might cancel order.”
“I have had Walmart third party sellers send with LaserShip. Several times my package is left at night 100 yards from my house off property and on the side of the road. Sometimes I never receive my package. Their response is - "our records show it was delivered". They will not provide a proof of delivery photo.”
“Wish I could give zero stars to this shipping company. I’ve ordered multiple packages and each time lasership was chosen to be the carrier my packages never arrived. The absolute worst shipping company I have ever experienced. If you see lasership is handling your order just cancel and ask for a refund lol they will steal or “lose” your stuff!”
“One package delivered to wrong address, second has been arriving for 3 days. I used the same direction info that I have given to Amazon and Kroger delivery, they made it fine. Usps, ups, dhl, fedex and others make it with no issues nor explicit directions.”
