He leaves, my package then falls down the stairs to which a passerby see it at the bottom of the steps and decides to steal it. You cant make this sh** up. Horrible company!”

“A package was delivered at an unacceptably late hour. The delivery guy rang the doorbell 18 times between 10:27pm-10:30pm (the SimpliSafe doorbell kept count). My husband and I were both asleep already, as he has to get up early for work and I'm 38 weeks pregnant and need as much sleep as I can get. By 10:30pm, why couldn't it have just been delivered this morning instead? We were panicked that there was some sort of emergency happening.”

The delivery person claimed to have delivered my package on 12/21/23. at 10:27, I immediately went to check and there was no package. But there was no delivery man who entered the building between 10:00 and 11:00. Checked on cameras They do not provide any proof [ Visual Proof of Delivery ] that they delivered the package. Trying to contact customer service via phone is IMPOSSIBLE. It doesn't matter what time you call, they're always experiencing high call volume and NEVER answer. You send an e-mail, you get no reply. What is this?? This is fraud and theft like I have never experienced before. They are so dishonest and simply steal packages. I opened the case on December 21, 2023. at 11:46 Case number: ******** There was a two-day "investigation" after which they said that the package was lost and that the seller should be contacted.”
“Deliver guy threw the package against my front door. Caught it on my ring camera. The previous delivery was delivered to my neighbors house a few houses down. I filed a complaint & never got a response. My neighbor saw my address & delivered it to me, otherwise I would never have received my package. There delivery people are horrible!!!!”

“If I could leave zero stars for LaserShip I would because this is the worst delivery service in the world! I placed an order from Bath and Body Works and the order had to be broken up into 2 boxes. This horrible company delivered the box with the last amount of product in it and marked everything as delivered. Someone needs to look into this company for theft because too many people have had packages go missing and there is no way that they could all be getting “lost” in translation.”

The funny thing is that my family was outside at the time they said the package was delivered. However, they never came to deliver the package. One order was from WalMart and the other from JC Penney. Why would these companies use such an awful, awful shipper?”

They state they tried to deliver the package to me (a business on a main road, easy address, can't miss it) at 2:02pm but they said the business was closed. It's 2:26pm and i've been sitting here staring at the door. They don't even try to deliver. Considering never ordering from Summit again if they don't dump this worthless company.”
“0 stars. I have had at least 3 packages that have been opened and items have been stolen. The box is then either "retaped" with small pieces of scotch tape (laughable) or one time it was just folded over. I complained to the company I ordered from that they Lasership is stealing from them. They said they were "looking into it". Next time I order it's coming from Lasership. Really?? Are they that cheap to ship? They stole some expensive items and of course left the cheap stuff.”

Got email with log that package was delivered at 2:30 and then also at 5:30 pm. Never received my package and contents were extremely expensive. Submitted a claim only to have them state they could not find it and to reach out to the seller. This company is a complete joke. Customer service is non existent; pretty sure it's all automated.”
