“They say the package is out for delivery and no package arrives. Then they say insufficient address and the address is correct. You cant talk to anyone other then the call center, they send a message to the facility and nothing is done. Worst company ever.”

“This is the third package that Lasership has allegedly delivered to my home and the picture they take and email me is NOT my home , it appears to be an apartment complex with a door number that is the same as my house number , I have called Lasership 3 times about this and the end result is " sorry we are unable to located your package and I should contact my seller" This is the worst shipping company I have ever seen !! “I wrote this to be posted on the Better Business Bureau's site with 1000's of other bad reviews from customers who had similar or same kinds of bad experiences with Lasership and I just sent it to my state attorney general too. I also sent the BBB a complaint letter.So far I haven't heard back from them. My shirt from Fashion Nova was originally supposed to be delivered on July 6, but I checked on this site early on Sunday July 2, and it now said that it was going to be delivered this day, it said it was out for delivery but a few hours later it said that they attempted to deliver it but couldn't because of security and signature reasons. I gave instructions on Ontrac's site which is a part of Lasership for them to please call me when they are ready to deliver my order because the intercoms are broken at my apartment building and only USPS has a key and they always leave my items securely inside on the first floor,and I have had items stolen left outside by Fedex,UPS etc.
Lasership customer service agent called me back about an hour before they claimed to deliver my package and he said he sees my instructions and he assured me that I would get my package today.
Shortly After 11 am on Sunday July 1, I got A phone call from Lasership telling me the delivery guy was outside my building I asked what side of my building A Or C she said C and said he left it there so I went Down just 1 or 2 minutes later but there is *NO* package inside or outside the front or back doors! I called and left my number with Lasership for them to call me back but they never did and I sent them an email too but I haven't gotten anything back.
On July 3, I saw on Fashion Nova's site that my second package was going to be delivered by Lasership by July 10, so I canceled it, their site said Sorry we'll try to do better, then a few minutes later they sent me an email saying that they couldn't cancel it because it's already been processed! I'm sure this order won't be delivered either,it will be a miracle if it does. I deserve and want my $29.04 back! Lasership absolutely should be shut down out of business, I signed a Change.org petition yesterday that over 8000 signed to Protect Your Packages! Permanently Shut Down Lasership!
And there are 1000's of customers on many other review sites besides here saying the same complaints about them. I never even heard of Lasership before and I and other customers didn't choose to use them,the store I and they bought it from unfortunately did. Ontrac sent me an email still falsely claiming it was delivered!”
“Not respecting the delivery instructions. No care for property! my package with expensive Warby Parker glasses was left outside the locked front door, although I specifically requested at a minimum to leave the package in the lobby. Not mentioning we do have a locker room to which they have access! Truly the worst carrier ever!”

“This place Lasership are the thieves ordered 4packages which only item’s delivered and received were from Amazon and fed ex. Both my packages fro. Lasership was stolen. The customer service at this place is horrible you can’t even get in contact with a real person to speak about where my package is or why is there a delivery delay ! This company has to do better. “Ok Here's the real rub. I worked at LaserShip for 2 years. . There are numerous problems as to why your packages are not showing up/ damaged / stolen . I'm going to make this short. 1- The package gets lost in the mix at the warehouse because of disorganization 2- the workers are stealing mainly shoes Nike / addidas / yeezys / some clothing ect 3- The drivers DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. So if they can't speak any English how are they reading your street address. Also the way they handle packages is ridiculous. They are throwing packages in the warehouse with no disdain for the Customer. I was shocked when I witnessed this. So, if your package arrives smashed you know why. Combine that with the drivers throwing packages as witnessed and your package is obliterated. This is just a greedy Company that doesn't care anything about your package or their employees. All they care about is their bottom line. I worked there for like I said 2 years. I did not get one raise. Not a penny. Your playing the 50- 50 game with LaserShip. You might get your package or you might not get your package. It depends on numerous factors. Not a good company. They fire all the good people and keep the bad. One day justice will be served. I just cannot believe they are getting ãway with this. But the BBB doesn't care. Good luck, I felt so bad seeing the lack of remorse and disrespect for other peoples items. I did my best on my part while I was there. Catch 22, all packages that are stolen, misplaced what have you the Customer gets a refund. So the cycle repeats. This will continue until the MAJOR restructuring is done. My advice. DO NOT USE LASERSHIP BEWARE.”
“Ordered items from Fashion Nova on November 30th, 2022 and Lasership tracking show that it was delivered to my suite at My Malls on December 15th. I did not receive an email from My Malls advising me that a package had come in. Due to a family health emergency over the holidays, being advised about delays in getting our packages due to the weather and high volume coupled with me not receiving an email from My Malls saying that a package was in my suite I did not check the tracking sooner. My Malls have investigated and confirmed that the package never arrived. I have sent an email to Lasership asking them to please review the delivery to see who signed for it from My Malls but they are not helping!! I will definitely be reaching out to Fashion Nova to advise of this scam that Lasership Shipping are running. Hopefully I can request that whenever I order anything from anywhere that they do NOT use Lasership ever again!!!”
