“First my package was attempted to be delivered but they said they couldn't. Never gave me a reason. Then I call customer service and they say that my package will be delivered in 2-3 business days. Next thing I know I'm receiving a message saying they can't find my package to contact the seller. Worse experience ever. I reported my situation to the seller Nike and they are looking into this mishap.”

“Lasership should get 0 stars and be out of business. I placed 2 big orders with Banana Republic and they were never delivered. My building has cameras and Lasership claimed they left packages in the lobby. My leasing office checked the cameras and no one from Lasership came into building to deliver any packages. I contacted them and all they said is "contact the seller and they'll refund you, "No sir, your delivery person stole the packages" the CS representative kept saying "according to our records the packages were delivered " so there's nothing else we can do, and your case is closed. Frustrating and unbelievable to know they hire thieves. There's so many bad reviews online I cant believe this company is doing business with big retailers?

“Why Amazon continuously uses Lasership for delivering packages is beyond me. I know I'm not the only person that has had multiple mishaps with this carrier. This is the 4th or 5th time I've had to get an item either refunded or resent because they A) Claim they delivered a package they never did or B) They deliver the package incognito so by the time I realize they delivered it, my package was stolen. Why would you work as a delivery person in NYC if you don't like delivering packages? I mean I understand that it can be a hassle delivering packages to a building with multiple floors. But my building has an elevator and at the very least, BUZZ the apartment to let me know you came so I can run to the lobby and get my stuff. Before it gets stolen... like the signs in the lobby warn all carriers. And their customer service is so useless there is no point in inquiring with them. I just call Amazon customer service and they always help out. Miraculously, I don't experience this with any other carrier except Lasership. They are horrible.”

“The driver delivered to the wrong address- TOOK A PICTURE OF THE WRONG HOUSE and then confirmed the delivery. You might Check the address on the package to the address on the house to see if they match first??? Oh not in my case. Then, even though i PAID for shipping, I thought I'd stop at the house they delivered to -maybe they were honest enough to give me the package? NOPE! Nobody has it. I'm so surprised....but they get 1 star for picking the box up from the store. GEEZ”

The drivers always leave my package at the wrong address then have the nerve to take the time to snap a photo verifying that my package has been left at the wrong address… I have a yellow wreath on my door and a door mat. Then I have to go on a scavenger hunt trying to find my package. No need to worry about porch pirates, Lasership out here giving our packages away.”

“LaserShip is a group of thieves and criminals. If I know that a retailer uses LaserShip I will shop elsewhere. This deceitful company should be put out of business. Go take a look at Nordstrom online reviews Nordstrom apparently uses laser shelf and that’s why nobody gets their packages. Nordstrom is also dishonest and removes negative reviews from their website but if you just do a quick search you’ll find the real ones.”
“Never received my package. LaserShip claims they “never received parcel from seller” which is incorrect. I’ve received all my packages from Gap except wen they use LaserShip. This has to be stopped immediately.”
“I had 2 packages that said delivered but it didn't say my address it just said delivered to my town.
So i called them,2 times and the delivery person was supposed to go get my package back, but that didn't happen. They sent an email saying they delivered it and that was that, no helo at all!!! I hope the company (Norstroms) stops using them.
They even described a totally different house!
