“I love love love the product but really dislike their customer service. When you inform them of issues on email, they are not helpful or offer no assistance. When you mention it on the socials, they appear helpful for others to see but offer no assistance and ignore you. I’ve reached out 3 times and got zero assistance. Lashes are beautiful but so are lilac st, and they have way better customer service and glue. What a bummer! I def liked lashify but lilac st is awesome and way cheaper so all pluses in my book! Lashify def lost a customer due to poor customer service.”
“I purchased a control kit and loved using the gossimers. I then subscribed and placed an order. I’m based in the UK. I was told my order has been delivered (4th Oct) but no delivery was made to my address. I notified concierge who told me that Lashify are not responsible for lost parcels! I was told I need to wait 5 days and make a claim through Route protection! I’m sorry this isn’t good enough. In the UK a merchant would send a replacement order and contact the courier. The failure of Fed Ex is not my issue. You have my money but I don’t have my order. I don’t trust your company. You advertise that Lashify is now delivered from UK but that’s a lie. I want my order or money back ASAP.”
“What they say is true: it falls apart super easily. I liked Lashify because of the various options I had. I really like the way SD looks, but I will not be purchasing this particular one again. I reuse my Gossamer lashes at least 3 times by taking great care of them, but SD lasted a day and when I removed it, all of the lashes came apart and it was unsalvageable.”
“They stay on for like 3 hours then fall off. I’ve spent almost $1000 on them and have watched their videos and have done all the prep work before and after to keep them on and I still haven’t had success. Seems like a money grab. they are also crazy pricy. Back to glue on or extensions for me. Cheaper and they actually stay on.”

“I was very excited to learn that you ship internationally however that is absolutely not true because customs in Mexico blocked the package. Apparently some documents had to be sent from your end which never happened. So my order was sent back. In the meantime I tried contact you by text message, no answer, then through Instagram again no answer and finally through the concierge email. And many days later Paypal issued me a refund.”
“The product is great. But your shipping is terrible. It took 5 days from the order date for the order to be fulfilled, That's awful and doesn't meet expectations. I was trying to get your product before a destination wedding and didn't get to. I know you say it can take 3-5 days. But find a way to make this better.”
