requested for a return and refund but i was told that they can only accept return if i pay the shipping and everything has to be on the same packaging then they will decide if it’s eligible for refund. Such a waste of money . their social media account was completely deceiving.”
“Duplicated order arrived after few days apart. This is an u known technology issue - however when reaching out to Lashify Concierge, they would not accommodate a return. Considering the 2 orders costed around AUD$300+ Lashify should have some flexibility. In a month timeframe, I ended up spending aporox $500. Decided to remove the subscription straight away. Nice products but greedy and disappointing customer service”

“I initially ordered the kit which was cool. It came with two sets of the lashes. It took both packs before I got it right but I liked them after that. I received a message about a sale and decided to order the EE short bundle. Got them and immediate tried them on and they look horrible. They curl up into my eyelids. There is actually an impression. It's bad! I see why these were on sale. The worst part is I got excited and opened them all so that I could put them in the kit and now they won't take them back although I can provide every single lash. Horrible customer service.”

I haven’t been super happy with my order. I bought the double glue, and the black seemed to be completely empty. I have followed the instructions, but my lashes are just falling off in less then 24 hours. I honestly love the finished look, but if they won’t stay, it’s not worth the $200 spent.

“Very dissatisfied with my purchase. When I first learned about lastify I was extremely excited since I constantly get lash extensions. I thought I would be able to do my own lashes super quick that last almost a week. But after trying them out, they legit allll fall off same day. Dont last. & to top it all off my bonage with charcoflex was basically empty maybe overall 2 uses. Extremely disappointed especially since the day I used them I constantly got complimented & wish I could of recommend to people with how easy it was to apply. But unfortunately I will not recommend. Wasted $200 for one day use”
“I've applied the Lashify lashes three different times so far and each time they come off after 2 or 3 days... I have watched many videos and read the instructions so I'm sure I am doing it correctly. I apply onto clean lashes and I don't even really wear eye makeup when I have them on so I just don't get what could make them fall off so quickly. I've seen that other people leave them on for a week or more. Is it possible to send me a new glue? Perhaps mine is old or something? I originally bought the control kit - back in June, I believe.”
“Not happy with the product for these reasons:
1. Lash lengths shown online are deceiving. I ordered 12/14 based on the picture and they were way too long...Was not able to get free replacement and it was a long wait time to get this resolved. Lashify settled with offering me $10 to replace.
2. The applicator on the Bondage glue is not the best. It is really difficult to dab the glue into the base of lashed, The glue ended up all of my natural lashed and on the tips and looked clumpy. The straight tip on rounded lash line doesn't work great.
3. I applied them last night and they are starting to come off. I am a makeup artist and am very capable of applying them correctly.
4. The kit should include remover. I was shocked that you don't package any remover. What if the client got it in their lower lash or anywhere else. Should not be sold separately..
5. I spend over $125 and regret it.”
“Definitely would not recommend it for people who are going for a natural look. I am all about the curl but this are huge ( look like a caterpillars on your eyes) and it sucks because I bought 3 ( 2 were not even opened)of the same curl/ size and cant not exchanged it. So 75 to waste, actually more because I have the whole control kit but can not use it because I don't have the lashes.
So make sure you read the measurements right”
“Unfortunately, these did not work for me. I have some wonky eyelashes that I was hoping Lashify could hide, but they just wouldn’t stick. I followed all the appropriate steps from the website and countless videos. After multiple attempts, I was never able to get them to last over night.”

“I was really excited and hoping the eyelash curler worked out for me but sadly it did not and they are no returns on this item so I’m very upset. Maby it works for others but personally did nothing for my eyelashes”

“It started off well, but the more lashes I get, the less impressed I am with the quality. Some have arrived looking crimped. The Bold lashes have torn apart getting them out of the cartridge. In addition, the app and website are not user friendly, and details regarding my subscription on the app were simply wrong. Finally, I've sent two messages through to customer service weeks ago and have never received responses. I wanted badly to like the product and company, but my experience has gone downhill fast.”
“I have tried to make this work and it’s been a disaster of a process. A little bit of water makes the adhesive come off and I don’t have time for that issue. Complete waste of time and Money.”
