LM DO NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR! They are absolute liars, don’t ever ever ever eveeeerrr book with LM trust me! I booked a holiday to Sweden for my parents, auntie&uncle and I paid for the flights & hotel & car reservation. When I was booking the hotel, I refinded my search to 4 adults and 2 rooms, when I received the holiday booking confirmation the booking stated that the hotel is for 4 adults and 1 room, wth? I called LM straight away and I spoke to them about this and asked them if they can change the rooms to 4 adults 2 rooms as thats what I booked and they said no you need to pay a fee to change it. I said no and told them that I want to cancel my hotel reservation as it’s all incorrect and I asked them if its free to cancel they said yes it is. I also had to cancel the car reservation because after I booked it the email confirmation stated that the car has no insurance, they are really misleading and the website should have stated that there is no insurance. Anyways I asked the person who I was speaking to at LM (I don’t remember his name but he said he was Albanian) to cancel my hotel and car reservation because it was all wrong and he said fine we will give you a full refund minus the flight. The cost of the hotel & car for 4 people + the flight is £1156.12. We received an email from LM saying that they will only refund us £849.18. BEAR IN MIND when I booked the holiday the website clearly stated that hotel & car bookings can be cancelled without no charge - even the person who I spoke to said this and he was the one who cancelled it for me!! What I want to know is where the F is the rest of my money?! The whole holiday included flights cost me £1156.12 and the flights only cost me £130 for 4 people. £1156.12 - £130(flight) = £1026.12 which is what LM own me, I don’t know where £849.18 came from. I am absolutely fuming! I have sent an email to LM and I also stated that I will be taking further action if I do not receive my refund back as I was promised by the person I spoke to at LM & by the website. LM is actually the worse company ever, I book holidays every year with other companies and I have never in my life ever experienced this EVER. Honestly please do not make the same mistake as I did and waste your money on booking a holiday at LM. This is absolutely terrible I cannot believe an agency like last minute has the audacity to steal their customers money, this is totally unacceptable!!

If I could rate zero stars I would. I booked with them for a TUI flight £501, which got cancelled, this was booked in August. 3 months later no refund, they have blamed the airline. SAME airline TUI refunded me £2500 yesterday for a flight which they had to cancel which was due to fly end of this month. No way to contact lastminute.com. about my refund I've been waiting for, it's been over 3 months now.

Trashy scam company. Booked a ticket before covid for £120. Flight got cancelled. They held the money for 8 months. I had the option to get my cash back this week which was £110 out of £120 which I selected. Out of the £110 that I was supposed to get, I'm only getting £58 back. So not only did they hold my money for 8 months, they also scammed me out of £62. No way to contact them as they hid the number and chat option. Avoid this trash company

Absolute scum bags Absolute scum bags! I picked the option for free cancellation which obviously charges more! And it does not say anywhere on the website that I will have to pay more money out of my pocket to cancel booking! They refusing to give my £300 back on top they asking me to pay £100 more to cancel my booking! WTH! I want my money back I’m not paying single penny extra this company is a scam!

Do not use this company at any cost. They do not return money on cancelled flights, blaming the airlines, in fact the airline in question in this case has a 6 week turn around for refunds, whereas we have still to receive our money from Lastminute.com 5 months after the flight was cancelled. It is bordering on fraud.

The owners of accommodation refunded my money back to lastminute.com nearly 5 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for them to refund it back to me. And judging by the reviews I'm not likely to recieve for quite a while if at all!!!!. I have phoned them numerous times and all I get is you'll just have to wait!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL COMPANY. Now I'm having to go through my bank to try and get it back. We will never use again. I wish I had reviewed this company before I used them lesson learned. EVEN IF THIS IS THE CHEAPEST DO NOT USE NOT WORTH ALL THE STRESS AND HASSLE.

Booked a hotel in Tenerife through the lastminute.com website. The following week I called the hotel to confirm everything was in place only to find they had been closed for 8 months with no reopening date in sight. I tried calling lastminute.com and got an automated message saying they are not taking any calls. I cancelled my booking on their website under their free cancellation policy only to find I am being charged £35 admin fee.

Totally dishonest - do not use. They manipulate your refund to leave you well out of pocket - yet lay the blame on the airlines. They are making up new Covid rules as they go along. I will be reporting to trading standards.

I've booked a return flight London Bari through lastminute.com at the end of January. Though my flight was cancelled soon after the lockdown has started and recently the airline did a cash refund I still can't receive my money. Lastminute used some American express card which has nothing to do with me. Now with my money in their account they don't answer my emails and I can't get through on the phone either. They've even deleted my booking number from their system. Don't use them! They're cheaters and thieves!

If I could give this company a minus 100 starts I would!!! Vile and impossible to get in contact with. No email, no phone, no online chat, nothing. We have bought return tickets for the 10th of April which were obviously cancelled by the airline company due to the pandemic. We selected to get a refund back in our bank account which should have taken maximum 3 months. Here I am, more than 5 months after with no way of contacting this company to ask what is happening to our money and why we still did not receive them after such a long time. LITERALLY no way of contacting them!!!! Please buy tickets from the airlines directly, they are far more reliable than this "company". I am in the process of making a complaint to the ombudsman!

Nearly 7 months now since my flight was cancelled due to covid, they clearly have no intention of refunding me. How they are still allowed to trade I have no idea, but avoid them at all costs and if you come across anyone who works for the company please pass on my displeasure in language you wouldn't use in front of your mother.

Do not use last minute they are fraudulatnt agency whih i am now having to take to court as they have refused to give a refund although im atol protected, they lied about what they had charged me for and tried to take over £100 compensation for a holiday i never got to go on, my bank and abta, have confirmed that what they are doing is fraud, do not trust these people

I have booked with lastminute many times but this is the first time I needed any assistance at all and they have failed. If anything they have caused us a lot of frustration, waste of time and unnecessary annoyance. Especially in days of such uncertainty and coronavirus upon us. Even though airline has confirmed that it is okay to change the flight to requsted date, lastminute are refusing to do so, infact they are not responding at all. You have to call them, on the call they don't provide any resolution, and they email back with a standard email saying they cannot process the request. Never booking with lastminute again.

I've bought a flight ticket back in January to fly out on 23/03/20 but because of the Coronavirus pandemic, my flight was canceled. I then followed their website instructions and asked for a refund. After 7 months, I still did not receive my refund, and every time I try to get in contact, there is a robotic answer on the online chat, the telephones lines don't work and there is no email available to contact them. I feel completely let down and hopeless. For me, it was the worst customer experience I've ever had.

They clearly cannot live up to the name as me and my partner found out. We recently flew to Turkey to find out at 20:00 they had double booked our hotel room and we had nowhere to stay. We proceeded to book our own hotel (which wasn't cheap) as there was no way of getting through to them and all correspondence was going dead. When we finally got through to them, the customer service was unhelpful and very rude considering we almost had to stay on the streets of a Turkish town for the night. During the holiday, we received an email saying that they had given us a refund for the hotel as I had asked (which I hadn't at all). How can they seriously believe that by refunding the hotel which was the cheapest part of the so-called "package" deal is going to suffice in compensating me and my partner for the stress and inconvenience caused by not having a place to stay the evening of our arrival, the costs of all the phone calls to foreign numbers, the taxi's to numerous hotels in the area, the additional cost of the hotel that did have room to take us in and their overall attitude towards their mistake? The worst service I have received by any company in years. I'm not going to hold my breath for anything to change, but I am in the process of gathering evidence and filing a formal complaint. Please save yourself the pain and go somewhere else. Sean

Please please never use this company. Protect yourself and book direct from the airline/hotel. My flight was cancelled in March due to covid and I've been waiting 6 months for a refund. 3 months ago they promised me a refund in '2 weeks' and still nothing. If you go on the lastminute.com website you will find no email/webchat. The only phone number cuts you off if you don't have an unexpired booking reference. So if your booking is cancelled its almost impossible to contact them. Really rubbish customer service.
