“I bought from them. I ordered a suit in August of 24 and I finally got my product November 24. I messaged them about my product several times and did get emails back. Didn't have a problem with delivery but knew it would take at least 2 months and it took 3. Love the product and it's very durable but the customer service and long wait times it's not worth trying again.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Not only did they take 7 months to ship my order instead of the stated 8 to 10 weeks. It got stuck at customs TWICE because they did not and would not provide the required PPY (proof of payment) required. I did not receive my order and they would only refund the cost of the item, not the shipping. They are completely incompetent and have poor customer service.”

“Shocking delivery times. 6 months wait with no notifications. But to be fair when I found out after waiting a long time with no notifications I decided to cancel. I got a refund straight away”

“Save time and money. Constant lies. After ordering, you must inform them about payment, otherwise your money and order will be in the air. Then they set a deadline of three months, sending a letter with tears about the large number of orders. When three months have passed, you will again be asked to wait for about four months and this will continue indefinitely. The usual Chinese lies with a smile. LIARS LIARS LIARS...”

“They were really good for what they are i.e. discounted latex in China in around 2018. Orders used to be flawless and the only issue was the long delivery time, up to 3 months. Now delivery has increased to well over 6 months and items are sent with stains on them. This was my last order with them as a long-term customer, they don't care about the quality of their products any more and will keep you waiting outside the paypal time so you aren't even able to raise any issues when the items do finally arrive.”

“i am very Angry at this moment i get my new Pet suit with Iflatable tail. after ordering 4 times at this Company. it did takes so much more time to deliver me this Catsuit. 3 times before i had something bad with my order. this time the inflatable tail have a leak. so the air does escape from the tail. 4 times i did order something. and 4 times there did go something wrong. People that give a good reply because they are happy. just very lucky.”

“I ordered two catsuits on July 31st. Before I ordered they said 3-4 month turnaround. Well in November i emailed them about it. They said it would be done in December and mailed out. End of December they said it was done and mailed out, and would send me a tracking number.emailed them like the middle of January and they said it was still getting made. That they were taking a break for the Chinese new year. Called my credit card company up about it and hopefully getting my money back. Going to buy from Europe only now”

“I am really really frustrated, after being a customer many times over, my April order has not even shipped and it's January 6th with the holiday closures ahead later this month. I never had a problem in the past, but now I wonder if this is all lost money? if it arrives in a few weeks the order to delivery is 9 months???? How can they even be taking orders now if they are that over booked??? are they even in business still?”

“Placed an order in May 2022. December 2022 still not shipped. Customer service keeps on saying it is ready to ship and then nothing. Have been writing them since august and it is always the same answer: will ship soon. Then the date passes and they still have not shipped. I am writing off this order. Out of pocket several hundred dollars.”

“Have waited over six months for two suits,these were custom but it seems we keep getting pushed to the Back in of the line order was placed in beginning of April now it's almost October and the response is that it will be another month which is unacceptable if I had known this I would have gone somewhere else, customer service is a sham my dominant is very upset”

“Ordered a catsuit from this company and have paid £225 to have it made to measure. This was back in May and despite lots of emails to them I've still not received it. Most of my emails don't get a response. I've asked for my Money back but it looks like I may have lost it. Wish I'd read the reviews here first. Please don't get scammed like I've been and avoid”

“Don't be fooled! The "break up" is all a complete lie. They are the same company and used it as an excuse to bail on 1000's of orders including my own. They have always been based in China, you have always paid to China. All the positive reviews are lies. I'm yet to see anyone receive a product ordering from either website. They are trying to sell the same stuff via a different company name now too called Kink Projects. They are doing this to try and avoid negative review places like this. It's all a scam! What ever this company was is no more. They'll keep doing this for as long as they can to squeeze as much money out of all of us. Buy else where. It's not worth the allure of saving a few dollars.”

“I am STILL out 92 dollars on an order i placed in october, due to receive in december, and all i got were a couple of emails telling me to talk to my bsnk about a refund. I'll just cut my losses and try a different retailer.”
