“waiting for a refund for over 8 weeks called many times it takes a very long time to get thru their website says no quibble refunds / money back its a disgrace i could not recommend this company they are only brokers i received 3 doors all different shades and 2 were badly damaged its very poor service we are about to call trading standards to get our money back”

“Don’t buy from this company.
Went with them as they said the door I wanted was in stock and could be delivered in 7 working days. 14 days later no door or communication. Decided to call them and spent 30 minutes on hold to be cut off. After an hour of trying to get them in the phone I was finally told that the item isn’t in stock and won’t be available for at least a month. Asked for refund but that also would take 7 working days to come through. I’m now on hold AGAIN (so far 40 mins) chasing the refund as it hasn’t come through”

The biggest mistake I made was not checking reviews before buying. This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with, no communication, rude customer services and never delivering on what they have promised.
Not sure where I start with this business but a timeline is prob best.
9th August - Ordered 3 doors, advised they would be delivered on 19th August (£84 delivery)
16th August - called as I had heard nothing from them, was reassured they had been ordered and I should receive them by the end of the week.
18th August - called again as heard nothing on delivery date, only to be told the employee I spoke to had got it wrong and they hadnt been ordered, in fact they had ''missed the cut off date''. No apology offered, asked do I want my money back or do I wait, I was stupid at this point and decided to wait and was promised they have been ordered and would be in on 24th August.
25th August - Called to see if doors had arrived, told again they had been missed from the order and missed the cut off.
25th August PM - Managed to get a reply on email from a different employee advising there had been a mix up, and that the doors were expected in the following Wednesday
1st September - Email from a different employee, confirming the order was in and when would I like my delivery, of which I chose 7th September.
7th September - no sign of my delivery, called and spoke with a gentleman early afternoon, promised it would be with me before 5pm, NO DELIVERY, complaint email sent in.
8th September (today) - reply received, and told there was a delay with a courier and it would be delivered today.....Guess what....NO DELIVERY!
Use another company people, these guys are cowboys!”

We ordered a bi-fold door for our bathroom from Leader Doors, which arrived damaged. We contacted Leader Doors to send a replacement, but have been fobbed off and are now trying to deal with, what seems a non-existent complaints department.
We have a completed bathroom with no door! Avoid at all costs, unless you want to receive faulty, damaged doors and then be ignored.”

“This company is a joke, see for yourself, try phoning them or see if you ever get a response from someone who as had even a couple of days of education. They have failed to refund for an item I have cancelled as the delivery was supposed to be immediate and now will be 2 months, they ignore you, they don't answer the phones. “DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Arranged a delivery date , took a day off work especially , doors failed to arrive, eventually got through to a person with a very bad attitude in customer service to be told they were out of stock,and would arrive the following week, luckily they arrived yesterday ! However they failed to send the pair maker , hinges or handles that I had also bought at the same time , resulting in me yet again having to cancel the joiner booked for installation .
I tried all day via various methods to contact leader doors, they don’t answer the phone, they don’t respond to e-mails or messenger chats, they are in fact totally useless as a company and should not be allowed to trade . They are fraudulent, incompetent criminals !!!”
“DO NOT BUY WITH THEM!!!! There's no after sale customer service at all. There's no number to call (check their website - no number provided), their chat is switched off all the time (check the website), they only respond to email they want to respond. We have received louvre doors (with long delay, despite website stating these are in stock), the we found then very badly made, not glued properly, badly painted and damaged in several places. We are now trying to get the returned but it is almost impossible to get in touch with anyone. So will wait few more days and open chargeback claim with my bank. Do NOT make the same mistake we made.”
“Are we talking about the same company? Ordered a louvre door which was damaged upon delivery (might have happened in transit, but don't know for sure). Contacted LEADER DOORS by email and supplied the requested photos. Within 2 hours received an email back accepting responsibility and confirming that a replacement had been ordered and would be delivered within 4 days - it arrived on time. Five stars for customer service but one given 4 stars because the original door was damaged.”

Similarly to many others (wish I'd read the reviews before using) this company make false promises over available stock to encourage your order and payment. Having made full payment I waited to the suggested supply date and had no contact. I stood down the tradesman I had waiting. Having contacted Leader doors I was told the issue was with their supplier XL Joinery and was given a new suggested availability date. That came and went and no surprise not a hint of communication from Leader Doors. On phoning I was given the same delay story with another future date. I asked to escalate and was advised that Customer services Manager Susan would call back on a scheduled call back at 11 am that day. Guess what? No call back. Excuse after excuse and truly awful customer service. I decided to cancel my order and ask for a full refund and was advised that may take up to 5 days too.
Please avoid this company and read all the reviews before parting with your money.”
