I ordered a couch for delivery. It got delivered but they bent the bottom frame rail. That was way over a month ago. They sent a tech and a part is ordered so here I sit with crooked couch. Then I also ordered the stain protection. The guy comes out today and sprays the sealant on. Didn’t move my guitar which was right behind the couch and got over spray all over the floor and never cleaned the couch prior so he locked in cat hair which is what they say they would avoid doing.

We had the best service from JEAN PAUL in Moncton NB HE HAS A GOOD WORK ETHIC and is very personable. Thank sir for the great service we need more of his type in this world.

Andrew and Tucker were very professional from courtesy call informing me they are going to arrive within the hour. They were careful bringing King Size bed upstairs and setup in Masterbedroom. I am very impressed with their work ethics and skills putting the bed frame together in no time.

Today Feb11 I purchased a L G 1 piece stacked washer and dryer from Leons. Jay E was the sales rep, and this guy is great. Told me about an L G promotion for $ 200 prepaid and a warranty that if not used I get all the price of the warranty back in an in store credit. Also set up delivery for a time so I can sell my old washer/dryer. Not bad eh? Thank for all your help Jay E, you Are the BEST!!

My name is mladen , and today we received a sofa, it looks difficult to get in but jashan and lucky teams give their 100 percent by showing their professionalism, they brought it in. I'm quite satisfied from their service.

I purchased sofas from them and i am literally waiting for 3 months now and no update on my order. They said I would be getting in in 8 weeks but i am still waiting. Worst customer service

The administrative staff handling the sale had no concern whatsoever about customer service. It was completely unacceptable. This will be my last purchase at Leon’s.

Furniture comes disassembled. Be prepared to have the background of an engineering degree and the physical stamina of a 25 year old. Also, a mountain of packing material is yours to discard. Sales rep was vague about the degree of work that would be required for the sectional sofa and other furniture that I purchased. He could clearly see that I am a senior with physical limitations and never once mentioned that I would need help with this purchase. Might as well go to IKEA.

Terrible company to deal with. Waited 4 months to get a bedroom suite delivered in 4 different deliveries. Was told 6-8 weeks when purchasing. Substandard merchandise for inflated prices. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. You’ll only incur a smaller bank account and high blood pressure.

Big big mistake ordering couch from Leon’s October 19 2024. Today is January 29 th 2025. Have been calling monthly and never get an answer when it will arrive. So went into store today…She checked status and now could take till end of March. I stated why wouldn’t they have said that when I bought it. It states 6-8 weeks for delivery but not a guarantee. If I knew it would take 5 months there is no way I would have purchased it. I stressed the urgency and she said should have it by the end of December. No mention it’s not a guarantee. Should have read reviews first before shopping with Leon’s. NEVER EVER will I shop there again and will definitely be spreading the word!!!! Having to wait till end of March is totally unacceptable.

Purchased a reclining sofa from them just under 1 year ago, as well as the 3 year extended warranty. We did not realize that the 3 year extended warranty did not cover mechanical issues and there was no indication from the sales staff that it was not covered, the impression was that it just extended the regular warranty issues. The sales staff was nice to deal with when purchasing, I am not saying they did this deliberately or anything everyone makes mistakes. When I called to see if it was possible to extend the warranty (yes offered to pay more) since we were not informed at the time of purchase they said there was nothing they could do. While I understand part of this is my fault for not reading the material fully, anyone in sales should fully inform customers if their extended warranty does not cover something of the product they are purchasing. We only discovered it because there was a mechanical issue (line / cable from the release to make it recline broke on one side) but thankfully it was under the manufacture's warranty. The fix under the warranty was resolved in a timely manner but do feel cheated out of an extended warranty that doesn't cover the parts we were most worried about breaking.

If I could give a lower number I would. Bought a double recliner from them, with the extended warranty, what a waste of money, don’t ever deal with Zucora Home, they have every excuse not to honour the warranty and Leon’s, oh, so very sympathetic and oh, so unwilling to do anything. BUYER BEWARE.

I couldn't get them to haul away my old range after purchasing a new one from Leon's. The reason was their online payment sight wasn't working and therefore I couldn't pay for the haul away. They said they don't take payments over the phone. I had to get it towed away myself which really urked me!

We bought our U shape couch in August. Ever since it arrived it made a squeaky noise on all fronts. We thought this would go away but it continues to annoy us. My only regret is not contacting customer service on day 1.

IN THIS DAY AND AGE IT WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH A COMPANY THAT CARED.The Sales person Meghan did everything possible to insure our needs were filled when we purchased a new mattress for my wife's return home from the hospital.Prompt delivery.Very smooth transaction.

Everything went work they sold me a lemon of a stove it is a Frigidaire and it has never worked properly and I had to pay for two service calls and I’m still waiting to be reimbursed. The stove still isn’t working and has been deemed garbage by repairman. I cannot get any service or get my money back for the repairs let alone the stove.

Went into the store to purchase a refrigerator saw a cafe one I loved. It had a dent in the front I chose a Bosch floor model instead because a wanted it asap. A few days later it was delivered. I was not home. I was on the phone with the delivery guys. I was at work. My sister was there at home. They struggled to get it in took them over an hour maybe closer to two hours, eventually, they decided to take the doors off. It’s a three door fridge it was two delivery guys the entire time I could hear just this one arguing it’s the fridge is too big. The doors are too small. These houses they don’t make them to accommodate these size fridges The was just complaining and complaining and complaining when I was in the store the deal was that they would put my old fridge in the basement. These guys refuse to go down there even before they try. They said they don’t do that when I said I was told you would put it down there. Eventually they said the door to the basement was too small. The fridge was bigger for them to bring it down. They would have to takeoff the door to the basement. Also that would takeoff the hand going down to the basement and they’re not paid to do that so they left the fridge in the kitchen and they left when I got home that night the fridge two significant dents in the front. My door jam was bashed up. The seal in front of the door jam was rubbed off like it was cut up with them struggling to get the fridge in. I called the store and I told him what happened. They told me to send pictures I sent pictures of the fridge. There was a lot of running around then. Eventually they said because it’s a floor model they would not replace it or do anything. I went into the store to complain and talk to a manager there. The manager told me it’s not because he’s a floor model. He said the guy took a picture of the fridge that they brought in and there was no dent when she showed me the picture of the fridge that they have. It was a close-up picture. You couldn’t even tell where the picture of the fridge was, the picture of the fridge was taken and the fridge was filled with fingerprints. It was just dirty all over and it was taking a far off, so there was a dent the dent wasn’t visible in their picture but my picture that I took that night when I got home, the dent was visible. They told me there’s nothing they can do and they have to believe their guys so I’m left with this fridge. Almost $3000 with a dent in it. Also, there’s a flat piece which hangs from the ice/Walter dispenser that was not delivered. It was on the fridge in the store, but it was not delivered to my house. The manager in the store told me that it was delivered. I would never ever go back to that store again and I would not advise anyone to because there’s no accountability everyone from sales people to managers they’ll promise whatever they think will get you to buy their product and then that’s where the niceness ends once they get your money. I have dealt with different stores Tepperman’s Best Buy etc. never experienced this level of unprofessionalism and or incompetence. .

I bought a BRAND NEW 2025 coach and it didn’t even last 2 WEEKS! the zipper on the main cushion broke and now my coach looks like trash. I had people come over and they said “didn’t you just buy that coach last week?! How is it broken?!” NEVER BUY FROM LEONS!! THEIR PRODUCTS ARE HORRIBLE QUALITY, OVER PRICED AND THE SALES STAFF ARE USELESS
