My washing machine started rusting within about 3years. A M sure the hinges will rust out any time. Of course it is off Warrenty and cand almost buy a new one for the price of a fix. Also bought a range. The temp does not stay consistent. Either won’t cook thru or burns. It is less than 2 years. Had who the recommended come. They charged me over 400 to fix it. Problem it was not fixed. Will never buy another lg product.

Poor customer service! I requested to replace a part through email—Encompass. The part is not currently available in the inventory, and Vanessa asked me to "research a part." I shouldn't be doing that. Your company should research the part and recommend an alternative/substitute part that I can use.

Terrible Service and Support from LG I purchased an LG washing machine expecting high quality and reliable service, but my experience has been incredibly frustrating. The machine stopped working, and I reached out to LG for repair. The technician initially came and confirmed it needed repair, but since then, the service has been an absolute nightmare. I have lodged a complaint and made countless follow-up calls, but LG’s customer support has been completely unresponsive. They keep making excuses, rescheduling appointments, and failing to show up. Despite their promises to resolve the issue, no technician has come to fix the machine. This level of service is unacceptable for a brand like LG. They have wasted my time and energy, and I regret purchasing their product. I cannot recommend LG washing machines or their service to anyone. Think twice before buying LG products—they might just leave you hanging when you need support the most!

I bought an LG washer/dryer set less than 3 years ago. In that time, I have had THREE service calls on the washer. All the service techs have told me it's a common problem, the drain pump fails. The tech who came this time said it's not worth fixing. A washer that is less than three years old. Today I bought a Speed Queen washer. Much better quality so everyone says. I will never buy another LG product. Very disappointed in the poor quality.

Horrendous TVs - they forget the wifi and then will not reconnect. Repeated problem and LG unable to solve. Always bought Samsung before and will soon return. LG really need to diagnose their recurring wifi issues - the picture quality, voice activation and everything else is irrelevant when the wifi never works. Shambles.

I ordered a TV through LG directly. It was supposed to arrive within a week via FedEx but that is not what happened. I was unable to use the fedEx tracking number as it said it was awaiting pickup from the vendor and when I called LG they said that FedEx had already picked it up. I have spent numerous hours over 7 phone calls to try and get a resolution from LG and get the run around each time. At this point it has been over a month and I still have no TV and no resolution. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and there is no transparency or update from the support side as to what is actually going on.

Customer service is the worst. It takes an hour just to request a repair. It's insane. They treat you like they only want convenience to themselves. What happened to Customer first?

Order a washer and dryer online with an advertised in home delivery date of 11/19. After the purchase RXO reaches out and schedules the delivery for 1/7. On 1/6 they canceled due to weather which is acceptable but then told me the next available delivery was 4/1! 5 months after I bought them! I canceled the order and had to pay a restocking charge. Do not buy directly from LG!

Horrible warranty and customer service experience. They will do their best to avoid their product warranty liabilities and responsibilities. Do not recommend their products and will cease purchasing LG products altogether. Spent over 10K for my kitchen appliances and regret every bit of it.

THE PERSON THAT INSTALLED MY LG WASHING MACHINE CREATED A LEAK FROM THE EXISTING CONNECTION. TRIED TO GET HELP. NO ONE SPEAKS OR UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH. THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME TO RECTIFY THE ISSUE. HAD TO CALL A PLUMBER AND PAY A LOT OF $$$ TO FIX THE LEAK. I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT BUT DON’T EXPECT MUCH. NEVER BUY DIRECTLY FROM LG!! GO TO PC RICHARDS! THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD REGARDING INSTALLATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We live in 2 family house we built brand new. We bought 2 refrigerators a washer and dryer and a stove. We have had problems with everything, find another brand to buy!! The compressor went on the frigate, the ignitor, and the temperature sensor on the stove and the washer had problems also!!! I will never again buy LG anything, beware!!! I can't believe they get good reviews?? We always took great care of our appliances, so it is not due to neglect. I don't know what brand I will buy anymore? Will have to do much more research, cause can't depend on the great reviews LG got!

Worst customer service ever. Our side by side refrigerator stopped working and it is less than 3 years old. 30 December a repair claim was initiated and the customer service representative neglected to enter the information into the system to generate a repair authorization letter. I follow up on 3 January and was told a repair authorization had again been initiated but after checking with my local repair company they never received a response back from LG. I called again on 4 January and was told that it’s now going to take 3 to 5 business days just to generate the repair authorization to the repair company before parts can even be ordered. $$$ of food disposed of and LG could care less about them dropping the ball on 30 December! I will never buy another LG product again!

We purchased the brand new 65" OLED TV through Amazon in early December 2024. We opened the box last night and it is defective. We contacted LG as it hadn't been even a month. They said it had been physically damaged. We are now out $1400. and will have to get rid of the TV.

The person online was impossible to understand. She spoke so fast. I asked her 3 times to slow down. She also wouldn't tell me what was going on. She just kept asking questions. It was incredibly frustrating. She also claimed that we didn't have a protection plan even though I had all the numbers that proved we did have the protection plan. She also claimed I had the price wrong, even though I was looking at the receipt. After 30 minutes of talking to her and giving her information, I asked when she was going to send someone to fix our machine and she explained she still had to approve our claim. That required being put on hold 2 times and more questions, verification of information I had already given her and going over numbers again. It was ridiculous.. After all that, she started talking really fast about what was going to happen next, with a technician and emails and I had to ask her to slow down. I could tell she was reading this but I needed to know what was going to happen and she wouldn't slow down. This entire experience was incredibly upsetting and frustrating.

Bought a high end stainless steel fridge/freezer,only to have the compressor changed two times in 10 months after three years of purchase,and I had to pay callout and labour fees. And when I complained about the rust on the door to which l was told it's for my cost ,now three months after the compressor was replaced,the frost free freezer is building ice all over,even on the door. Called it in to be told three months is over,by just 2 week's . Worst customer service and experience ever. Why would I have faith in any LG products or refer the products to family and friends. Help please

My wife and I recently bought multiple LG appliances based on a salesperson recommendation. Unfortunately, both the refrigerator and washing machine had issues shortly after the warranty. It's just two of us in the home so the items are lightly used. Do not buy LG.

I have purchased an LG refrigerator two years ago. A few days before Christmas, the fridge started making some noise. Similar to a fan scratching a surface. I found in the LG app that there is a CF error. Which means Cooling Fan error. I opened a ticket with LG support, and they said a service partner will pick up the ticket and contact me to schedule a visit. I waited more than 24 hours and nothing. I contacted LG chat again, and they said they will put a message in the system to the service partner. Still nothing. Christmas day and the fan completely stopped working. The refrigerator stopped working the ice and water dispenser. That was a terrible day to happen this, as I have many friends to come to my house on the Christmas Eve. Next day after Christmas I call again the service partner and they answered the phone. I explained the situation and asked if they have the new fan available to replace. They said yes. A few hours later, the service partner texted me and said they put an order for the fan and the part wasn't available. It was on back order. I got terrified. How could a company like LG don't have a fan available for replacement? I immediately contacted LG chat and said. Cancel this ticket. I will find someone else who could solve my problem faster. The company let me hang dry with something so important like a refrigerator. I got food wasted because the freezer lowered the temp to keep running in a "low-mode". I couldn't get water or ice from the dispenser because it turned off due to the safety mode. The fridge started working much warmer because the fan completely stopped working. My advice is: If you can avoid buying LG products, do it. It is not worth the nightmare if the product breaks, and they don't provide you the support. Even with products like a refrigerator, where you and your family rely on.

NEVER buy refrigerator Model number LSXS26326S unless you want to clean the front of the refrigerator everyday and then it still doesn't look clean. I have spent a fortune on products to try to clean the front. Nothing works! I wish I had NEVER purchased this product!!!

Worst products ever and worst service ever I won't not say futher about this because my head is paining by taking this bloody brand name.I recommend that buy Haier or whirlpool products then LG. Never buy LG products
