For all those on here that are saying they haven't had a refund, I just want to share the info that this company doesn't automatically refund you. Please read the following as it may help you get your money back 1) login to your account on their website lightinthebox.com (you need to create a login if you haven't done so, there's no other way around this it) 2) Go to "my orders" which you can find on the menu on the left of the page and submit a "ticket" by choosing the option that best suits you eg request cancelling the order if you haven't cancelled it already 3) login periodically and go to "my tickets" to see if the ticket has been processed 4) once the ticket has been processed they do not automatically refund you, they hold the funds as a "credit" in your account (hoping you'll spend them on their website!) 5) if the ticket has been updated by their customer services then you follow the link they send: http://www.lightinthebox.com/knowledge-base/c1295/a3494.html 6) find your order on the link page and click to request a withdrawal of funds - this is how you get the monies back from a credit in your account returned to your original debit/credit card. 7) go to "my rewards and credits" and click "resolve rewards and credit issues" to contact them about any monies showing credited to your account for postage. Good luck to anyone dealing with this site, it's not straightforward but I hope my sharing this will help at least a few people get their money back!

The company sends one email following your order (check junk mail, gmail had put mine in spam). From then on, in order to check updates you are obliged to create an account & login to their website which I didn't like at all. After 2-3 weeks my order had still not been shipped so I had to create a "ticket request" to cancel the order. I then had to return to keep checking the ticket and eventually once the ticket was processed had to follow yet another link to request to withdraw the funds back to my payment card instead of keeping them pending to use on another item on their site. Everything about the set up is out of touch and hard work. Then the site only allows me to withdraw the cost of the goods and not the shipping cost despite the fact that they haven't packed or shipped my order. Still waiting for a response about that, again having to login daily to see if they have updated as there is no email/live chat etc. It's only about £4 so am not going to stress if I don't get it back, not worth it but am not impressed and I would not recommend this site to anyone. I actually found the item I'd ordered from here on ebay and received it within a few days, so I suggest looking around more online before buying anything from these time wasters.

Same here...ordered a thermometer 4/4/20 they said 3 to 5 days its been 22 days. No response...going to call the credit card company and report Fraud.

Complete rip-off from start to finish. This fraudulent company advertised free shipping then charged me for expedited shipping (5-7 business days). I did not get the items till 30 days later and they ignored my request for a shipping refund. The items were very cheaply made and some started falling apart right out of the package. We could only communicate on-line. Not by phone. Buyer be ware.

I ordered a thermometer over a month ago, paid extra for a quick delivery and never received it. I also paid for other items and paid the extra fee for delivery and they took over 3 weeks to get to me.

Saw they had nice t-shirts, but checked to see if the company reviews on google were any good. Reviews are terrible. Chinese company. That figures. Everybody needs to stop buying stuff from China.

I’m 21 and I wouldn’t call myself a complainer and this is literally my first online review because of how irate I am. The my large vogue hoodie fits like a medium(Maybe you should say that in the description). I ordered it 2 months before I got it in the mail. I wanted to wear it on vacation. Not buying from this website again. I could’ve got a NIKE hoodie for the same price. Don’t buy from this website

CAUTION - WORST COMPANY I've ever dealt with! They charged me for EXPEDITED SHIPPING and shipped it via USPS! It's almost a month and I still do not have my items, yet, they were sure to charge me for them. You cannot call to speak with anyone, and, they are helpless! They are telling ME that I have to track down the package. First, no response from them on what they're going to do to adjust the shipping charges since they clearly did not ship via EXPEDITED. I told them that's false advertisement and a blatant lie! No response from them other than telling ME to track down the package. This was my first order, which I certainly regret, and will definitely be the LAST one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...THEY ARE HORRIBLE!

Worst company I have ever used .. BEWARE !! I month since order .. still not arrived .. tracking number given was not valid . . ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECCOMEND YOU TO USE THIS COMPANY !!!

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I have purchased goods for €25 and paid extra €11 for an express delivery. Well... I was waiting for a delivery for almost a month (it was meant to be 4-6days). When the package arrived I was asked to pay additional €25 for custom duty! It was written down in an invoice as additional charges and I was only told by DHL driver what the cost was for. The product which was meant to cost €25 costed me €60! I did not accept the package and asked them for refund, but they are trying their best to avoid it! Never do business with them, they are nothing but scam!!!

they SUCK they sent me a tracking number and they NEVER sent it the USPS states they never received it.it still states for 12 days now on its way from Jamaica New York to the post office and they NEVER RESPOND

I wouldnt say I'm happy.. I finally did receive the masks I ordered , but they told me 4-7 business days to receive my order...Well it's been 3weeks and It finally showed up at my door.. Arrived in good condition.. Absolutely NO tracking info at any point although they say you can.. No carrier info, nothing.. In fact, there is no way to contact them to inquire.. Never will I use them again.. it's not worth the headache.. Good luck if you've placed an order..

DON'T DON"T DON'T!!!!!! reconsider ordering from here, they advertise stuff they don't have on hand or in stock, but take your money immediately and all you can do is sit and wait...wait....wait... Customer service is all done by etc etc, just more wait on your end and no anwers submitting your question, and then more waiting for an answer, they more then likely with change your shipping date, explain that "demand was high"and u wait some more. Also if you want to call its in LONDON so good luck there.......

THIS COMPANY FLAT OUT SUCKS! BUY ELSEWHERE. THEY LIE, THEY DO DELIVER ANYWHERE CLOSE TO THEIR STATED DELIVERY DATE. SURPRISED ATTORNEY GENERAL OR FTC HASN'T SHUT THEM DOWN. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUY ELSEWHERE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!
