Faulty products and appalling customer service. I paid £43.26 for expedited delivery and insurance of a shower faucet and basin tap. I expected some delay due to the pandemic but after a month of no acknowledgement of my order I was told it was out of stock. It arrived about 6 weeks later and I had to pay £81 Duty charge-this was not communicated. The tap is faulty and drips so had to be removed. The customer services take ages to respond and now have said they’ve credited me with £37.18 to spend on the site! I will never shop there again! I want a full refund and apology for the appalling service. DDO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!

Terrible, paid for items, no shipping email, not in the 'my orders' section, wont let me submit a customer claim, to query what is going on! DO NOT BUY A THING OF THESE

It's a scam don't use them my order had never arrived and it's been over a month. One very disappointed little girl waiting everyday for her puppy carrier.worst online shopping ever !

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY BE WARNED - they take your money immediately then you receive no goods! No customer service to contact, no orders listed, app won't download so no possibility of contacting them - BE WARNED!!!

Took a payment from me but said I didn't put the order through? placed another order however took ages for them to actually confirm the first one would be refunded. They sent me tracking over a week ago and said it can take yo to 11 days for delivery. I understand with everything at the minute there can be delays however my tracking had not been recognized on the site and am struggling to get a reply. Really disappointed

they are thieves , dont buy any thing from them, I did order products for $65 , they shipped 1 item only after 3 weeks and after many emails i sent them but even they dont respond to any email, so they got the money and sent me only 1 item it coast $5. So be aware from these site.

Please Cancel My Account, trying to get a refund has been a waste of time; I do not want a credit to waste more time with this fake ass fraudulent company, I know you won't refund the money. . now 5/16/2020 ordered 4/10/2020 over a month now of jerkassing around with this order, postal tracking you never sent it. your a fraud and a sham, and a two faced liar. and I'm tired of dealing with this trash. . I'm not going to waste any more money or time with you or your lies and a company that takes payments for product they don't have in stock, and never mailed out. I confirmed through to tracking systems you never sent the order your a liar. . need a review yea You Suck.

Terrible company. Do not use them. I have not had my goods or my money back. I spent over £50.00 and they credited $8 dollars to their own on-line account. No goods and no money back. Quite disgusting. I even had an email from them saying the delay was due to Covid-19. How disgusting that they would scam people and hide behind a global pandemic that is literally killing people in the thousands. Us any company but this one.

Con artists! Dont use them! I was told on the day of delivery I had to pay a fee to recieve my order. New to me? I was never informed of this until the delivery guy was at my door. My package was sent back by me, trying for a refund but cant actually get through to an actual human. Avoid!!!!

I ordered the led lights and eveything seemed normal but they was cheap my total was 69 dollars plus shipping which was around an extra 15 dollars. The company said they would take 4-8 business days I got them 3 days ago an ordered them the 20th if April the lights did not come with the plug and took so long to find one which was an extra 30 dollars the lights were super hot after 10 seconds of being on and the remote did not work the colors went blue and that was it when I tried to turn it off it went red and blue. Overall bad product and I wish I read the reviews beforehand currently waiting to get a reply on a refund. Do not get these this site is scam

I placed an order with Light In the Box on April 8, 2020. Their productS come fom China and delivery is extremely slow or you may not get your product. Tracking is not available until the package reaches USA. It took over a month and a few pieces of my order came. It is now 5 weeks and information is unavailable for the remainder of my order (The more expensive and important items). Their "ticket" or Customer Service has disappeared from my acct. and there is no way to get in touch with them. I bought insurance too! I don't think that I will receive the masks and liners and $41 + $7 insurance will be gone.

Waited more than a month for my order that was supposed to be here in 4-7 days. They provided a tracking number that said the item was never received. Spent 2 weeks going back and forth with a customer service representative (definitely doesn’t deserve the title) trying to get a refund. He admitted the order was returned but still hasn’t refunded me. Thank goodness for PayPal. This company should be put out of business.

Hi, I ordered from this company on the 26th April and have heard nothing from them, no invoice or anything. I can't even see any trace of my order and yet they took my money straight away. These people are thieves, I wish I had read the reviews first but my trusting nature went against that. Never again. If I do receive my product I hope they aren't going to ask for extra money as they won't get it. I needed hair trimmers for my partner which was supposed to be a surprise!!

I ordered face masks April 8, 2020 - paid $19.90 shipping to be delivered within 4-7 days and I have not received them yet (May 14, 2020) and my local Post Office has not received the shipment either and this company keeps sending me emails to buy more face masks after I have UN-subscribed 4 times already. They do not return my emails and there is no direct way I can contact them by phone. My bad, I should have checked their customer reviews before ordering. DO NOT order from this company located in China and save yourself a lot of hassle and money.

Ordered a new replacement wristband for my Garmin watch on 4/22. Contacted their email link and the response was in Chinese script, best I can tell considering I received an immediate response is that their email link was non-functional. Will dispute the payment with PayPal whenever they get up and functioning. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
