This is the worst website ever!!!!! They didn't deliver my shipment, lost my money, because they wouldn't refund a package that has not been received! and their customer service is the worst! not helpful at all! I would never recommend this website!

No real chance of refund as costly to return to China. Terrible quality. Sizing unrealistic. Only thing that matched the advertisment was made in the fabric shown. Shocking. Spent £50. May as well set fire to my bank notes. Do not order through this site!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have given them 1 star because I couldn't give them Zero!! I ordered 3 matching dog coats as they had the colour that I wanted. I received an email telling me that they could only supply 2 so I emailed them straight back and cancelled the order. 3 days later they contacted me to say that they were sorry as they hadn't read my email in time and the order had been sent. After many emails complaining they told me it would have to send them back when they were received at my own cost which turned out to be £20 for the cheapest Royal Mail tracked .... it wasn't worth sending them back. As far as I'm concerned I will never use this company again, as obviously when there is a problem the complete lack of customer service shows. To add insult to injury the dog coats they sent are very poor quality and easily rip.

processing takes far too long and delivery charges are very expensive.the stuff i bought was fine but they take over a month to tell you that items are out of stock

I am at my wits end, ordered a jewellery box 3 months ago. I was told it had been shipped then it was supposed to have been sent by plane. Last I heard from Bloo that it was in customs waiting to be checked had been there since 21 January. I got an email the other day from customer care to say my ticket is closed and the issue has been resolved on their side. How can they say this when I haven't received my package.They ate now rejecting my emails because the ticket is closed. I want a refund because it's obviously lost. It really looks like a scam to me, I'm totally disgusted with the treatment I've received.

Wish I had read all the reviews before ordering from this company. My garment arrived very creased like a piece of rag looks nothing like as was advertised . Was recommended to order XL for my size which I did , garment was too big/long and try as myself and my husband did for most of afternoon could not contact the company to return this item which seems to have been a big problem for other customers I can only imagine they have no intention of giving any refund . So am now stuck with it.

The most unsatisfactory online retailer I have dealt with. It has no address, no 'phone number and no e-mail address. Delivery charges from its Birmingham warehouse are high. Lightinthebox responded only when I began a dispute with PayPal. Be careful about clothing sizes and ever you do don't try to return goods for refund. It's policy is very complicated and obviously designed to discourage returns. Taking photos of the goods and sending them back to China at the buyer's are totally unacceptable terms. Avoid Lightinthebox like the plague would be my advice.

Beware when you provide your address for shipping. Double and triple check it as their site seems to drop pertinent delivery information! Then they claim it was your fault that the merchandise does not get delivered and your totally out of luck. I learned my lesson the hard way and will never order from them again. Shipping costs are way to high anyway.

I ordered what looked like a white cotton blouse off the website. It arrived. The fabric was like lining material…very poor quality and an extremely bad fit.. I am now in the process of trying to return it. That’s a bit of a joke! I wasn’t aware that it was going back to CHINA!!! The address on the website is in England. The suggestion seems to be that it’s going to be too expensive to send it back so they are offering 10% of the cost. That is ridiculous!! It has scam written all over it. Avoid avoid avoid!!

Ordered a dress which doesn’t fit but I am unable to find a way to send it back as it is not in my order list on the app, no way of contacting customer service. I need a return ticket to send it back but website just goes round and round and is no help!!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a tracksuit 14th January today 14th February,still no track suit, no info from them. Can’t contact them help desk sends you in a circle back to beginning. Am now cancelling my transaction on my credit card

I ordered a wedding outfit mid January and I'm still waiting for a delivery. No communication from this company and I'm unable to contact them. My advise is steer clear. I wouldn't ever use light in the box again an appauling customer service

Order placed on 8 January - we had no idea it was coming from China - there is a UK branch online (with seemingly no address/contact number. Today, 12 February, there’s no sign of the order. £38 paid for a dressing gown. We’re assured it’s been shipped. This is absolutely disgusting service.
