Ordered Item on 31.10.20 9 days and waiting, confirmation email picture of item is completely different to the item ordered!?When tracking order it says nothing found! And looking at the other reviews I've been had over too...be very careful ordering from this company.. I feel lucky it's only £45 wasted and not £100's NEVER AGAIN will I order from them!!

It took 14 days for pkg to arrive, too late, they DO NOT take returns !!! I have never dealt with a company that does not accept returns. BEWARE $75 with unopened costume

Terrible company. My order didn't arrive and they've been no help trying to track it or refund me. There customer service representatives are rude and unhelpful. Do not order anything from them!

AVIOD - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - they ship the wrong size shirt and then contrary to what their own website says (READ their own return policy), they say you must submit all kinds of photos and then you have to pay for the return shipping, which is the OPPOSITE what their own website says WHEN the problem is that the WRONG SIZE WAS SHIPPED.

We are very sorry for the inconveniences this may have caused. Usually if there are problems customers will send us photos to proof their claims are correct. This allows us to process a refund without the items having to be send back. Sizing issues are in general preventable, as all our clothing is sold with a detailed size chart. It's was therefore perfectly logic we asked for photos so we could confirm the measurements of your shirt are different compared to those indicated on our size chart. As we didn't receive your photos we were unable to judge your case. We believe that you did check our size chart but the shirt size you received are incorrect. I ordered an item last Oct 24, 2020 und turns out i cannot find my order and cannot track my order! amount was already paid. I have not yet receive the item and cannot track it because my order was not in my account.

Charged an extra £21.32 from DHL for VAT and extra charges. I purchased a play tent, I was happy with the price on screen and saw nothing to imply there would be extra charges in addition to this. Nor did it mention it was being shipped from China. Once the parcel arrived I received an invoice from DHL wanting to charge me an extra £21.32 on top of the £35 I'd already paid. This is very expensive for an item that wasn't even very good quality. The play tent came in a zip up bag and the bag had come away at the seams from the zip, so was half open. I went to check the item on their website today and it no longer exists, also you can't access any of the items on their site to read the descriptions. The only plus side is no one can buy anything from them at the moment so hopefully save others from being ripped off.

Still waiting for an order that was placed 12 days ago, which had guaranteed delivery 5-9 days. My order confirmation is not for the item I ordered and customer service is not responding. I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. And no, I am not fooled by the many positive reviews written in poor english with dreadful grammar and atrocious spelling. Dont waste your money people.

Ordered a set of lights. No invoice and they took the money from my account. Now it's stating on their website that I don't have an account with them so I can't even contact customer service for a refund. Absolute scam website.

Terrible overpriced products with very poor quality and horrible delivery time . When you order something its wriiten 8-16 days and when you ask them where is your product after 45 days , they respond you may wait 90 days cause you have chosen postal service . I ordered a jacket and its soo bad painted like some 5 years old made that in children garden. DONT BUY ANYTHING . IT WONT LOOK LIKE ON THE PICTURES !!!

Zero stars if possible. I ordered a fidget toy from them previously, and it took so long to be delivered I forgot I purchased it. Upon arrival and opening the padded envelope, the paper and plastic packaging was somehow torn and dirty. The item itself was a bit scuffed but functional so I let it go. Last month, I ordered a dress for my sister's graduation. After submitting a friendly enquiry for a status update as I couldn't see it in my lightinthebox account, I was told the order doesn't exist. I'm thankful I put it through PayPal as it was in the triple digits USD. The customer service is ridiculous, they send stock messages that don't even address what you're saying. I've seriously had to restrain myself from using more colourful language. I had my ticket closed even after sending screenshots of all payments and confirmations, no acknowledgement of the order. It's such a great way to make money I guess, just straight up scamming people. I should've read other reviews first, not worth dealing with this lot. They must also spend some of that scammed money on employing bots to write grammatically problematic but positive reviews!!

LED bulbs were faulty. Refund refused because they had been used, despite there being know way of knowing this without using them. Scandalous. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Hi please dont order anything from this site i have just wasted £57 pound on tracksuits which was for xmas present had no end of trouble trying to get them sent back to be told i hadnt ordered from them until i told them to sort it they then got back to me to tell me i can send them back but would cost to much an offered me 30 percent money back so had to except that only to now find out it is 14 pound in rewards on their website which you can only use if you spend over £29 what a con so pls dont waste your time

I never got my order. It was guaranteed 4-7 business days. We passed 10 now. No reply!! I paid a lot of money for shipping. I can’t even communicate with anyone. Will not recommend to anyone. Karma will get you back!

God awful experience, do not purchase from these people, and I will not purchase from them again. First my package took forever, their app is a mess of tabs and is so confusing. When my package finally got here it was two sizes too small. And when requesting a return, I was refused since the clothing was considered cosplay. Now I'm out $70 dollar, don't download this app and don't use its services.
