This site is a scam I never leave a review on sites but felt that I needed to warn people 4 weeks still awaiting items customer service is disgraceful DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

DO NOT BUY from this "company". I ordered several hundred dollars in bathroom faucets & fixtures, after SEVERAL weeks for my SLOW delivery, I opened my box of GARBAGE from CHINA! The box of junk was NOTHING that resembled the quality or color of what was shown on the internet. The company now says, I cannot return anything. Their website is misleading. I DO NOT WANT THIS BOX OF DEFECTIVE JUNK that I am apparently stuck with! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE OR COMPANY! MISERABLE & EXPENSIVE lesson learned!

Will never order from this site again. Poor, I'll fitting clothing. Nothing like the pictures. Completely miss sold. Obviously they won't pay for returns as they're in China and only offer 10% refund or suggest giving the items away to friends and family. Poor service. These were a birthday gift too costing over £100 (you can get them cheaper on Amazon) and I can't wear any of them or return them as it's costs the same amount. I also checked the sizing chart before asking my partner to order them! Couple of images attached so you get the idea.

I ordered pyjamas for my Grandson which did not fit and are of poor quality. I asked to return the and receive my money back. I was informed that it would be expensive to return the package to China (despite the parcel bearing a British address for sender) and that I should pass the onto someone else. I would be offered 10% or 20% Refund. Amounting to £4 on my £20 order. To say this is less than poor customer service is putting it mildly. I am not satisfied with this treatment and will never again order from this company

Tried to refund order of dress half an hour after I placed it as no longer needed it. Completely ignored me and sent email saying dress would still be processed, then another offering me 10% off. No refund yet. Very worrying and stressful experience ordering from this company. No refund as yet nearly 24 hours later

Item was massively oversized even though ordered according to size guide. Looked ridiculous. Extremely difficult to find any way to return. Emailed eventually and was advised the cost to return would be considerable and would I like a voucher for 20% off or credit of 10%. Will never use again.

Dreadful quality and impossible to return. Doesn't recognise email addresses, passwords, phone numbers. Keeps sending you round in circles on the website. No phone to contact, email address etc. DON'T BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!

I ordered a jumpsuit in February. I needed to return this item but there was no return slip or anything in the parcel.There was a small print message on the outside of the package to ring customer services before returning the item. I got no help from customer service so wrote a letter toZHIGU returns centre to which I have had no reply. this is disgraceful and I would never order anything from them again.

DO NOT USE! Ordered a top for a 12 year old. When it finally arrived it looked cheap and masty. I requested a return to be told that I would have to send it back to China. I quote: '.... based on our experience, the costs for return might be the same or half the price of your parcel, even by using the cheapest tracking service in the post office. So, to return to China may not be the most economical option. Instead, we suggest keeping the item, give it to a friend/family member. Sometimes, a new order for the correct size may be more cost-effective than a return. We would like to propose the following offers which may be more beneficial and practical than a return: a) Keep the item and receive a reward of 20% of the product's value. b) Keep the item with a refund of 10% of the product's value. ' I am absolutely disgusted by the service, the tone of their reply and I suspect I would spend the money on the postage and never see the refund' They should be out of business. NEVER EVER USE

Don’t use this company. There is no indication when you buy that everything is shipped from China. It took 3.5 weeks for my dress to come. It was then nothing like the dress they had advertised and was really cheap quality. It was also too large. But they would not pay for the return/exchange. So I completely wasted my money & the awful dress went to a charity shop. Light in the Box should not be allowed to operate like this. They are are cheating everyone.

I purchased two sets of bath accessories from Lightinthebox.com. I live in Poland and I had no idea they were shipping from China. When the items arrived at my door, I was asked to pay €45 customs. I refused to receive the items and sent them back. Lightinthebox customer service tells me there is no refund. I am living in Europe, and internet purchases can be returned to sender for the first 14 days without s reason. I even have a reason. I was not informed that the shipment was not from EU and I had to pay customs. Not getting a refund for items you do not accept? What if I accepted but did not like it? Does it matter? I will continue to believe it is not a legit company but built solely to rip off people without informing them well throughout the purchase process unless they refund me.

I bought a bread baking form a few months ago and after a few times of use, now the zinc coating has started sticking on my bread! Of course I didn't dare to eat. I was angry and went on the website to find contact information but there is nothing. There is also a silicon baking mat I bought at the same time (looks totally different from the picture on the website) that I haven't tried because it looks so fragile. I regret I bought stuff from them, just waste money and time for shitty products.

Product ordered looked nothing like the picture. The solar lights that came looked like a toddler constructed it from fishing lines and glue, additionally it doesn't even turn on. Now they want video of it before I can send it back. 2nd item was great, however the matching set that also was purchased at the same time suddenly was out of stock. They did refund my money, however now that it is back in stock they expect me to pay the full shipping fee again. Also, the 4-7 days shipping, ended up taking 7 WEEKS to get these products.

Avoid! Ordered trainers that were not the size they should have been. UK 9 but were more like a 6-7. Advised i had to pay for shipping back to China which wasn't worth doing! Customer service was terrible. Order took 3 weeks to arrive. Part of my order was missing. Now having to fight for a refund on missing item. Seriously do not purchase anything through this company.

Poor customer service Incredibly disappointed with the product. No space to report any dissatisfaction via the website. Its not worth spending your hard earned money on any purchase from them.
